羅隆基認爲言論與思想的自由是老百姓應亭有的基本人權. 他全力地要求國民黨施行保護人權的民主政治. 這樣主張的原因如下: 如果彈壓言論與思想的自由的話, 會大量出現了共産革命分子和盲從於共産思想的群衆, 其最終結果是只能産生沮害國家發展. 苦保護言論與思想的自由的話, 任何人都能批判共産黨, 防止共産黨勢力擴散. 而且, 還能造成抗日的輿論 共同對付日本對中國的侵略. 因比, 羅隆基認爲苦能達到治民主化, 能解決當面的許多難題. 可是, 國民黨把他的思想劃入了反動的主張, 對羅隆基進行了剝脫敎員身分以及拘禁. 國民黨政府對羅隆基的這樣迫害證明: 在政治運用中, 苦無政治民主化, 任何形式的憲法也都不能起實質性的作用. 其結果, 國民黨把那竺希望國民黨成功的 ‘諍友’ㆍ‘孤臣’ 推到他們積的對立面. 從而逐步喪失了興論主導階層的支持.

Ackjang is an eulogy by which King Sejong chanted China in good faith as an expression of submission. The eulogy has so far been taken for a poem blessing the founding of the Cho-Sun Dynasty. The aim of the study is to make it clear that Kasungduk and Chuksungsoo are the poems eulogizing the Royal virtues of Emperor Sunjong of Ming and wishing for his long life.

This paper investigates the relative equation between the melting current and diameter of the thread fuses which are manufactured in Korea. By, the research the main results obtained as following. 1) The relative equation between the melting current I and the diamter D of thread fuses is I=ad^312(here A is the constant value) 2) The equation is I=ad^715 by means of manufacturing process in Korean goods. 3) The constant A of Korean products is about 7.203 to 12.623. 4) The melting time of the rating current 5A twofold fuses is shorter than the rating current 10A fuse.

우리는 대중 매체를 통해 각국의 노인 인구의 증가 현상에 대하여 많은 보도를 접하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 현상은 이미 서구 선진국에서 뿐만 아니라 우리나라에도 사회적으로 큰 문제로 작용하고 있다. 특히 노인의 노화로인한 많은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 많은 연구들이 실시되고 있고, 체력의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 체력 측정시에 노인들에게 적용시킬수 있는 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있는바 우리나라에서도 이러한 서구 선진국의 연구를 응용하여 우리에게 알맞게 적용시킬 필요성이 있는바이다. 대표적인 이유를 꼽자면 바로 노인의 체력과 체격이 서구인들과는 맞지 않는다는 점이다. 따라서 우리나라 노인들의 체력과 체격에 적합한 연구방법 및 체력 측정법을 개발하여 적용시키게 된다면 많은 도움을 가져올 수 있을것으로 기대된다. 또한 그러한 많은 연구들이 현재 우리나라에도 직면해 있고 사회적으로 큰 문제가 되고 있는 노인 문제를 조금이나마 해결하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대되며, 노화연구에서 체력측정을 실시하려는 다른 연구자들에게도 좋은 참고 자료가 될것으로 생각된다. We had get a lots of NEWS that increasing the elderly peoples from mass media. In this the present condition was all-embracing the foreign state, such a situation was to getting more and more deeply social problem Korea also the same situation compared with, other countries. To overcome and solving the social problem that the increasing Korean elderly peoples. so We must have to apply other countries a method of fitness test in elderly. The purpose of this study was to apply to method of fitness test of study in elderly for Korean from foreign state study in method of fitness test in elderly. Generally, there were a lots of method of fitness test in elderly in foreign study. especially, it was utilized as follow that the 30-Second chair stand and Arm curl test for Strength. 6-minute walk and 2-minute step test for cardiovascular fitness. chair sit-and-reach, Back scratch and Sit and reach test for flexibility. 8-foot up-and go test for agility. also Body mass index, Vertical Jump, Manipulating pegs in a pegboard, Walking around two chair in a figure, Trunk flexion from a standing position, Balance on one leg with eyes open and so on. So, we might be apply the propose methods previously, If that is so, we could to solving the social problem that the increasing Korean elderly peoples. Thus, I will expect that this study will be a good references for other researchers in aging.

謹齋詩歌攷 : 關東瓦注를 中心으로 한 關東別曲의 考察 및 謹齋와 松江의 關東別曲의 對比

I have studied the poetry works of Keonjae (Ahn Chuk, 安軸) in order to read and appreciate Gwandong Beolgok correctly. Consequently, the investigation of Hansi(Chinese poems, 漢詩) inserting in Gwandong wajoo is needed for the right appreciation of Gwandong Beolgok. As the result of the examination of Hansi in Gwandong wajoo, it seemed that Keonjae had tried to relieve the poor people who had been suffered from the officials in addition to the bitter insults of Wuan(元) Dynasty in internal and external troubles at the tter part of Goryeo(商麗) Dynasty. Keonjae was on the side of these people. Though the bitter reality of the people was not expressed in Gwandong Beolgok, he viewed the nature as anti-sightseeing (反遊覽) for relieving the people from the sufferings. And he wrote Hansi in Gwandong Beolgok for the love of the people, not for the whole sightseeing providing the men of noble birth with the refinement of scenic beauties in Gwandong. When he appreciated them, he edited Gwandong Wajoo: that is a collection of Hansi. And Gwand Beolgok had been written as the total liquidation of Gwandong Wajoo. We can thin that the distinction between Keonjae and Songgang(松江) in Gwandong Beolgok is as follows; Songgang had the state of mind like Lipo(李白) for sublimating the political satisfaction among the whirlpools of partisan wrangling in Chosun(朝鮮) Dynasty into the Taoist thoughts, enjoying the nature sightseeingl and Keonjae had the state of mind like Tu Fu(杜甫) in the position of Confucian thoughts for relieving the people from the reality of bitter suffcrings, enjoying the nature anti-sightseeingly.
