식품위생에 대한 소비자의 인식도 및 정보요구도에 관한 연구(2) : 식중독을 중심으로 Focused on Foodborne Illness

Thii study investigated the consumers' awareness and information needs towards foodborne illness. Data were collected from 504 adults in Seoul, Daegu and Busan by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, 2 test and regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows. The results of this study were as follows: (1) the consumers' concerns and information needs about foodborne illness were generally high, (2) about four-fifths of the subjects were extremely worried about foodborne illness caused by fish, (3) about twethirds answered that the major factor of foodborne illness in cooking was unfreshed or contaminated food stuffs, (4) the respondents primarily wanted to get the information about the method to choose fresh food, and (5) the result of the regression ar&m showed educational attainment and concerns about foodborne illness were the factors affecting the consumers' information needs.

Objectives: The following study was undertaken in order to seek the acupuncture operation method of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun(傷寒論)${\gg}$ Liu-jing-Bian-Zheng(六經辨證) Methods : Based on the documents quoted in ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun ${\cdot}$ Xu Wen(傷寒雜病論 ${\cdot}$ 序文)${\gg}$ of "Zhang, Zhong-jing(張仲景)", the relativity of the theory of jing-Mai(經脈) and Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng of convalescence, and from the Liu-jing-Bing(六經病), the origin and implication that caused Yang-Ming-Bing(陽明病) to form was studied on the basis of acupuncture medicine publications and the commentary writing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$. Results: 1. ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ Liu-jing-Bian-Zheng has succeeded and was developed based on Liu-jing-Fen-Zheng(六經分證) of ${\ll}$Su Wen ${\cdot}$ Re Lun(素問 ${\cdot}$ 熱論)${\gg}$. In addition, the summary of Liu-jing-Bing became the general principle of Fen-jing(分經) and Ding-Zheng(定證) that may be applicable to Fenghan(風寒), Wenre(溫熱), Lili and Zabing(雜病). 2. Most commentators of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ in the Song, Ming and Ching Dynasties of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ interpreted the Yang-Min-Bing in physiological and pathological aspects of Rong-Wei(榮衛) as the disease of the Stomach meridian and Large Intestine meridian. 3. From the Liu-Jing-Bing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$, the region of acupuncture treatment of Yang-Min-Bing is treated with the needle from the point of view of Bing-Zheng-Lun-Zhi(辨證論治) with the basis of the important region of acupuncture of the Stomach of meridian ${\cdot}$ Large Intestine of meridian.
초등교사의 직무 스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지, 직업 정체성, 회복탄력성의 구조적 관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to reveal the structural relationships between diverse variables in understanding the effects of job stress on the burn-out of elementary school teachers. After developing the measurement tool for research analysis, a survey was conducted targeting 700 elementary school teachers working in Gyeonggi-do region for about four weeks from December 1st 2017 to December 29th 2017. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA and structual mode analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in the results of analyzing the influence relationship between job stress and burn-out, the job stress of elementary school teachers had positive(+) effects on the burn-out. Second, in the results of analyzing the mediating effects on social support, professional identity, and resilience, the job stress had indirectly positive(+) effects on the burn-out through the mediation of social support. Also, the job stress had indirectly positive(+) effects on the burn-out through the mediation of professional identity, while the professional identity had indirectly negative(-) effects on the burn-out through the mediation of resilience. Meanwhile, the job stress had indirectly negative(-) effects on the burn-out with the mediation of resilience. The results showed that the resilience of elementary school teachers had the mediating effects of recreasing burn-out, while the social support and professional identity had the mediating effects of increasing the burn-out. The professional identity decreased the burn-out through the mediation of resilience. Based on this analysis result, it is necessary to find ways to increase the resilience to prevent burn-out of elementary school teachers. 본 연구는 초등교사의 직무 스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 있어서 다양한 변인들과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 분석을 위해 2017년 12월 1일부터 2017년 12월 29일까지 약 4주에 걸쳐 경기도 지역에 근무하는 초등교사 700명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA), 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스와 소진 간의 영향관계 분석 결과 초등교사의 직무 스트레스는 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지, 직업 정체성, 회복탄력성 변인에 대한 매개효과 분석 결과 직무 스트레스는 사회적 지지를 매개로 소진에 간접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무 스트레스는 직업 정체성을 매개로 소진에 간접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 직업 정체성은 회복탄력성을 매개로 소진에 간접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 직무 스트레스는 회복탄력성을 매개로 소진에 간접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과 초등교사의 회복탄력성은 소진을 감소시키는 매개효과를 가지고 있는 반면, 사회적 지지와 직업 정체성은 소진을 증가시키는 매개효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업 정체성은 회복탄력성을 매개로 소진을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 통해서 볼 때, 초등교사의 소진 예방을 위해서는 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

This study examined the consumers' awareness and information need toward the irradiated foods and environmental hormones. The data were collected from 350 adults living in Daegu and Busan by the self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted by SPSS. The results of the survey were as follows: (1) consumers' awareness regarding the irradiated foods and environmental hormones were low, while consumers' concerns for them were high, (2) the orders of the information needs for the irradiated foods are safety of irradiated foods, dose permitted for food irradiation, benefits of irradiated foods, kinds of permitted irradiated foods, and legislations of food irradiation, and (3) the orders of the information needs for the environmental hormones are harmfulness of environmental hormones, standards for contamination by environmental hormones, materials releasing environmental hormones, methods to prevent environmental hormones, and kinds of environmental hormones.
