The Indexing of medical literature is the stem of information retrieval system. And efficient indexing & retrieval system is closely related with research process, therefore have an influence on the expansion and growth of medicine. There are several medical literature indexing system and bibliographic databases in Korea. But, many institutions intervene indexing project and overlap of indexing work. In addition to, the indexing & retrieval system is still far from sufficient for all end users of Korean medical lietrature. The purpose of this study is to analysis the present state of medical literature indexing systems in Korea and the important factor for prosperity.
반응표면 분석법에 의한 Aminated Polyketone 음이온 교환막의 합성공정 최적화

본 연구에서는 수처리 및 배터리 산업용 폴리케톤 음이온 교환막을 Paal-Knorr 반응 메커니즘에 따라 합성하였다. 또한 FTIR 및 XPS 스펙트럼 분석을 통하여 다른 N,N-dimethylethylenediamine(DME)의 농도와 시간에 따라 합성된 폴리케톤 음이온 교환막의 구조를 확인하였다. RSM 분석으로 막의 최적 합성 조건을 실험값과 비교하였다. SEM-EDS 분석으로 아민화율을 확인한 결과 최대 전환율, 이온교환용량(IEC), 팽윤율(S.R.)은 각각 52.7%, 0.82 meq/g, 10.1%였다. RSM에 의한 폴리 케톤 음이온 교환막의 최적 합성 공정 변수를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 합성된 폴리 케톤 음이온 교환막의 실험 결과는 RSM에 의해 시뮬레이션된 응답 최적화 요구 지수와 잘 일치했다. In this study, polyketone anion exchange membranes for water treatment and battery industries were synthesized by the Paal-Knorr reaction mechanism. In addition, the structure of the polyketone anion exchange membrane synthesized according to the concentration and time of different N,N-dimethylethylenediamine (DME) was confirmed by FTIR and XPS spectrum analysis. Response surface methodology (RSM) analysis was performed to compare the optimum conditions of the membrane with the experimental data. As a result of confirming the amination rate by SEM-EDS analysis, the maximum conversion, ion exchange capacity (IEC), and swelling ratio (S.R.) were 52.7%, 0.82 meq/g, and 10.1%, respectively. Optimum synthetic process parameters of polyketone anion exchange membrane by RSM were confirmed. The experimental results of the polyketone anion exchange membrane synthesized are in good agreement with the response optimization requirement index simulated by RSM.
