      • Bela Bartok의 黃金分割에 關한 硏究

        In the first half of the 20th Century we can find three striking trends in the western music as follows: first, a mode of music adapted new elements and dictions from a racial or folk music has continuously been developed; second, Neo-classism has turned up; third, three has come Dodecaphony. In this era. therefore, A. Schonberg. 1. Stravinsky and Bela Bartok can be called leading composers. In Philosophie der Neuen musik Th. w. Adorno(1903-1969) regards A. Schonberg and I. Stravinsky as two extreme musicians, and Bela Bartok as a middle -roadishmusician, but from his strong individuality and will affected in his music he is heterogeneously estimated as a nationalist or a Beethoven in modern times. Since the abolition of modern music was discussed. Bartok had just become the pioneer who tried to find a creative way out of racial and folk music unrecognized as music, and with the method which he adapted as a composer seeking a creative universality he could be estimated as a Beethoven of modern times in the respect of the total of folk materials and classic forms indicated by S. Moreux. "Golden Section", one of Bartok's important diction is the dividing method to become the proportion of the length should be "a:b=b:(a-a)", when a segment is divided into two and in the field of formative arts, "Golden Section" was known to be the most beautiful proportional relation called "Divina proportion in the middle ages. The relation of the number in Gold Section become that the total amounts of the first and the second term equal to the third term (eg. 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34...), and this is a always called "Fibonacci's progression." By applying the relation of "Golden Section" to every part of his works, his diction was greatly improved. Especially in his many works after the work of 'String Quartet No. 3 he adapted this relation thoroughly and accurately. In this study I am going to analyze the instance of which he adapted 'Golden Section' horizontally and verticully among the works of which he introduced "Golden Section"at first centering around the following five masterpieces he wrote in his maturity, and investigate his musical pecuriarity. In the respects of formality and harmony Bartok's composing skill is closely related with "Golden Section". That is, in his works "Golden Section is the important structural principle like Overtone harmony or musical form of multiple relation, and his feature of musical composition can be found that the world of the inner strain created by "Golden Section" is balanced with the world relieving the tension by the consonance brought from the overtone formation or the overtone procession. 1.       • 절차적 정의와 조직투입 , 그리고 성격간의 관계연구

        본 연구는 절차적 정의와 조직몰입, 그리고 성격(통제소재)간의 관계를 이론적으로 고찰하고, 실증적으로 검증한 것이다. 지금까지 조직정의에 대한 연구는 상황변수를 간과함으로써 한계에 부딪히고 있다. 이 연구에서는 상황변수인 개인의 성격(통제소재)을 도입해서 절차적 정의와 조직몰입간의 관계를 연구했다. 연구결과를 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 절차적 정의가 높을수록 조직몰입도가 높게 나타났다. ① 내재론자의 경우는 절차적 정의와 조직몰입이 비교적 강한 양의 상관관계를 가졌다. ② 외재론자의 경우는 절차적 정의와 조직몰입간의 상관관계가 낮았다. 둘째, 내재론자는 왜재론자보다 조직몰입도가 높게 나타났다 셋째, 내재론자는 왜재론자보다 조직몰입에 있어 절차적 정의에 더 민감함이 입증됐다

      • 온도규격 설정을 위한 동아시아 온도 분석연구

        In this paper, a statistical meaning that the 1% frequency value which is used as a basis for the temperature specification generation for weapon systems is similar to $3{\sigma}$ frequency value of a year is presented, and the theoretical reference for temperature specification generation is made. The new method which extracts the 1% frequency value from general weather data, not depending on long term temperature hour data, is established, and the temperature analysis result of East Asia is also presented by using this method. On the basis of these result, operational temperature for the weapon systems to be used in the area of East Asia is recommended.

      • Liposome 에 의한 Agrobacterium Ti Plasmid 의 식물세포내 도입

        Agrobacterium tumefaciens was isolated from crown gall of Wistaria floribunda. Ti plasmid labeled with tritium was purified from the bacterium and encapsulated into PS or PS-Chol liposomes by REV method. When measured by the radioactivity of tritium-labeled Ti plasmid encapsulated into liposomes the encapsulation efficiencies were 0.25 and 0.41% for PS and PS-Chol liposomes, respectively. Protoplasts from Nicotiana sanderae were released in good yields when the chopped leaves were treated with 1 ppm of NAA and BA prior to enzymic digestion with 0.1% macerozyme and 1.5% cellulase. When octadecyl rhodamine B-labeled, REV liposomes entrapping Ti plasmid were fused with protoplasts in the presence of 10% PEG after pre-washing with 5mM CaCl₂, about 7.5% of the added liposomes were fused with protoplasts regardless of their lipid compositions. It was calculated on the basis of the above results that about 20 Ti plasmid were transfered into one plant protoplast by the present in vitro Ti plasmid transfer system.

      • Liposome 을 이용한 Ti Plasmid 의 꽃담배 원형질체내 도입

        Ti plasmid of A. tumefaciens was labeled with ³H-thymidine, purified and encapsulated into phosphatidylserine (PS) and PS-cholesterol (Chol; 1:1 molar ratio) liposomes by lyophilization-rehydration method. PS was supplemented with 1 mole percent octadecyl rhodamine B for fluorometric measurement of PS. Liposomes entrapping ³H-Ti plasmid were fused with Nicotiana sanderae protoplasts by treating with 5 mM CaCl₂ and 10% PEG. The fusion was evidenced by fluorescence microscopic technique. The amounts of Ti plasmid and PS associated with protoplasts were assayed by the radioactivity of ³H-Ti plasmid and by the fluorescence of rhodamine B. About 7.9% of the PS liposome and 7.2% of PS-Chol liposome were fused with protoplasts. During the fusion process, about 30% of the liposomal contents of PS-Chol liposome was leaked, in contrast to about 60% leakage of its contents in PS liposome. Accounting the number of liposomes fused with protoplasts together with the encapsulation efficiency and the leakage of liposomal contents, it was calculated that ca. 1,700 Ti plasmid was transfered into one protoplast by the present method. This result may indicates that the present method transfers enough Ti plasmid into plant protoplast to elicit genetic transformation of plants.
