본 연구 E. coli O157:H7에 대한 LP system(lactoperoxidae/thiocyanate/hydrogen peroxide)의 항균효과를 측정하기 위해 수행되었다. 초기 접종수준(10^2, 10^4, 10^7 cfu/ml), LP의 농도(10 ppm, 20 ppm, 30 ppm), 배지종류 (TSB, UHT milk, raw milk), 배양온도(5℃, 10℃, 15℃) 등에 따라 E. coli O157:H7에 대한 항균효과를 측정, 비교한 결과, 초기 접종수준을 10^2/ml으로 하였을 때와 LP의 농도를 10 ppm 및 5℃ 배양에서 항균력이 가장 높게 나타났다. This study was carried out to measure the antibacterial effect of lactoperoxidase/thiocyanate/hydrogen peroxide system (LP system) against E. coli O157:H7. When the initial inoculum levels (10^2, 10^4, 10^7 cfu/ml),concentration of LP (10 ppm, 20 ppm, 30 ppm), culture media (TSB-YE, UHT milk, raw milk) and storage temperatures (5℃, 10℃, 15℃) were set up differently for the experiment and the antibacterial effect was compared, the highest antibacterial effect of LP system was shown at 10^2 cfu/ml of initial inoculum level, 10 ppm of LP concentration and 5℃ of incubation temperature.

This paper deals with the design for speed controller to drive PMSM by matrix converter without DC-link circuit as the power conversion system of AC servo motor drive. To design the speed controller of PMSM drive, the closed-loop transfer function of speed controller is calculated and then the frequency-domain response characteristics are analyzed by bode plot using Matlab. Based on the results by bode plot, the speed control gains are determined. As the real effects of controller designed in the frequency-domain display in the time-domain, the performance of speed controller is confirmed by the step response of speed controller. The design examples are shown and its validity of the design method mentioned in the paper is verified through PSIM simulation.

This study was carried out to investigate the keeping quality of market milks collected from several dairy processing companies. Microbiological, chemical, and sensory properties of Ultra-high temperature(UHT) treated milks stored at 5, 10, 15℃ were evaluated during the storage of 15days. No significant difference during the storage was shown in bacterial counts, pH and titratable acidity. Standard plate count(SPC) was remained less than 20,000 cfu/ml after 15 day storage at 5, 10, 15℃. Also, Psychrotrophic bacterial count and Coliform count were not detected or detected at low level. The pH ranged from 6.55 to 6.83 and the titratable acidity ranged from 0.13% to 0.16%. In sensory evaluation, UHT milks showed normal flavor until 10days, but thereafter off-flavor was slightly developed. Consequently, UHT milks remained in good quality when stored at 5℃,10℃ until 15days except sensory properties, According to this experiment, the shelf-life of UHT milk can be extended to 10 days, even though maintaining the storage temperature strictly below 10℃ in milk market is not easy.

Many dairy lactic acid bacteria used for manufacturing fermented milk products produce exopolysaccharides(EPS), which are excreted into the milk during fermentation, prevent syneresis, and ensure proper texture and body of the end product. Furthermore, it has been claimed that EPS isolated from lactic acid bacterial cultures have antitumor and cholesterol lowering activities. Stabilizers can adversely affect the true yoghurt taste, aroma, and mouthfeel. Therefore, an alternative way to improve yoghurt texture and stability is the use of EPS producing bacteria. Most of EPS functions are of a protective nature. The ability of microorganism to sur-round itself in a highly hydrated EPS layer may provide it with protection against desiccation and predation by protozoans. Also, native dextran is used potentially in many products of food and pharmaceutical industries for their reasons.

WWW using the HTML provides convenient and efficient methods to process multimedia data and to handle archives without special platform. The manipulation and maintenance of the HTML information has some shortcoming which have static document styles and information systematizing embarrassing. Intranet is the method to overcoming HTML's problems and is efficient ways in the business areas. The core part of Intranet is cooperation with database. For the cooperation between the two parts, so called, Database Gateway is needed. This study focus on the design and implementation of Course Enrollment Management System using Internet, in which uses C-ISAM file for Database and CGI Interface methods.
