This paper tries to find out the patterns of interest in Japan and the attitudes accompanying with the interest. The data are based on students' homeworks on the title of "What I want to know about Japan." The homework was given to 171 sophomore and junior students of Japanese major at Dong-A University in the spring of 1983. Major findings of the content analysis include: 1. Four major type of interests in Japan; topic related to Korea-Japan relations, Japanese economic success, culture and their counterparts in Japan. 2. The first two topics are regarded to be determined mainly by politico-historical or politico-economical condition. Whereas, the third topic is more autonomous and the fourth is more automatic type of interest. 3. Repulsive attitude toward Japan is more dominant in the first topic, whereas, indrcement is dominant in the third and fourth topic, and the two attitudes are mixed up in the second topic.

韓國人が日本の民族差別を批判すゐ態度と日本人がァメリの人種差別を批判する態度の問lて はパラレルな關係があゐ。どこて? いずれも批判すゐ人間の所屬すゐ社會の方が批判されゐ社會よリも民族間題や人種問題で試練が少ない。つまり日本はァメリヵに比べると,韓國は日本に比べゐとエスニック葛藤や緊張に欠けていゐのであり,このことはァメ リカ人より日本人 の方が,日本人より韓國人の方が,ことエスニツクの問題て關してはウブでありまた鍵練て欠けていゐことを示唆すゐ。したがって,彼我の間てあゐこのギャッフて氣づいてぃゐ 者は批判を慎む。それをあえてすゐ者は安易さを笑われて然ゐべきだろう 。
Self-Assembled Monolayer Modified MoO3/Au/MoO3 Multilayer Anodes for High Performance OLEDs

We control the work function and the surface energy of the MoO3/Au/MoO3 (MAM) anode of OLEDs by modifying the top MoO3 layer viavapor phase deposition. The performance and stability of the device aresignificantly altered depending on the dipole direction of the selfassembledmonolayer (SAM) with permanent dipole moment insertedbetween N,N'-Bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N,N'-bis(phenyl)benzidine (NPB)film and a MAM anode as well as on the interfacial wetting between theSAM and NPB layer. A CF3-terminated monolayer on a MAM electrodeimproved the performance and stability of the OLEDs relative to areference device with only a MAM electrode, demonstrating that coatingwith SAMs via vapor phase deposition is an effective method to engineerthe interface of MAM electrode optoelectronic devices.
