        야생벼 Oryza minuta에서 유래한 수원506호의 흰잎마름병 저항성유전자에 대한 고찰

        벼 흰잎마름병은 세계적으로 벼 재배치에서 가장 문제시되는 병해충의 하나이다. 우리나라의 경우 상습발생지를 중심으로 Xa1과 Xa3 이 저항성 유전자로 활용되었으나, 소수의 저항원이 집중적으로 활용됨으로 인해 최근 이병화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 특히 최근 Xa1과 Xa3 모두를 침해하는 새로운 균계 K3a가 확인됨에 따라 새로운 저항성 유전자의 동정 및 활용의 중요성이 높아가고 있다. 국내육성 자포니카품종 화성벼와 야생벼 O. minuta 간의 종간교잡을 통해 확립된 수원506호의 흰잎마름병에 대한 유전분석을 실시하였다. 수원506호와 통일계 품종인 밀양23호간의 교잡을 통해 확보한 F2 개체들을 활용하여 흰잎마름균주 HB3011 의 접종에 따른 병반장의 변이와 유전자지도 작성에 사용된 SSR 마커의 유전자형간의 연관성분석을 수행하였다. 수원506호의 흰잎마름병 저항성을 지배하며 우성유전자로 작용하는 주동유전인자가 염색체 4변 하단에서 SSR 마커 RM255 에 의해 표지 되었는데, 해당 염색체영역은 Xa1과 Xa2 및 Xa22 등이 보고되었던 영역과 매우 유사할 것으로 추정되었다. Bacterial blight (BB), cuased by the vascular pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, is one of the major threats in rice fields worldwide. In Korea, two resistance genes against BB, Xa1 and Xa3 had been intensively used for developing high quality japonica rice cultivars. Those traditional resistance sources have being rapidly ified by the adopting of BB pathogen through mutations of the corresponding avr-genes, such as K3a exhibiting high compatibility to both Xa1 and Xa3. To expanding genetic resource against BB in Korea, the Suweon506, an introgression line between a Korean japonica cultivar, Hwaseong and a wild relative, Oryza minuta, was be subjected for genetic analysis owing to the BB resistance. Through association analyses between the pathotyping and genotyping results for each F2 progenies, derived from a cross between Suweon506 and a Tongil type cultivar, Milyang23, a major resistant dominant gene is localized on the subterminal region of rice chromosome 4, where at least three BB resistancde genes, Xa1, Xa2, and Xa22, were reported previously.

        이슬람교의 복지사상 및 제도가 기독교사회복지에 갖는 함의

        본 연구의 목적은 이슬람교의 복지사상과 제도가 기독교사회복지와 어떠한 차이점 과 유사점이 있는지, 또 그러한 사항들은 기독교사회복지에 어떠한 함의가 있는지 고 찰해 보는 것이다. 이슬람사회복지와 기독교사회복지의 유사점은 사회정의와 평등을 강조하고, 부(富)와 경제행위에 대해 긍정적으로 인식한다는 것이다. 이에 반해 이슬 람사회복지는 자선을 제도화된 의무로 규정하였다는 점에서 기독교사회복지와 차이가 있다. 이러한 이슬람사회복지의 강제적인 집행은 이슬람 사회가 정교일치의 사회이기 때문과 관련이 있다. 이는 대부분의 기독교국가가 정교분리가 이루어지는 것과 차이 가 있다. 다음으로 이슬람사회복지는 자카트(zakāt)라고 하는 공공부조제도 중심으로 이루어지고 있지만, 기독교사회복지는 다양한 사회서비스, 옹호활동 등을 포함하고 있 다. 이슬람사회복지가 기독교사회복지에 갖는 함의로는, 첫째, 이슬람사회복지를 통해, 계몽주의와 합리주의라는 서구 중심 세계관에 의해 경도된 기독교사회복지에 새로운 성찰과 반성을 할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 이슬람사회복지가 여성억압 등의 문제에 소 극적으로 대처하고 있는 것에 대해 비판적으로 인식해야 할 필요가 있으며, 한국의 현대 기독교사회복지가 후기산업사회에 진입하면서, 사회서비스의 확충 등이 진행되고 있음을 고려할 때에, 이슬람교 사회복지가 주는 함의는 거시적이고 이념적인 측면 에서는 클지 모르지만, 미시적이고 실천적인 측면에서는 함의를 도출하기가 매우 어 려운 측면 또한 존재한다는 점이다. The purposes of this study are to investigate any differences and similarities between the Islamic Christian thought and social welfare and Christian social welfare and to study such matters have any implications for Christian Social Welfare. The similarities between Islamic and Christian social welfare emphasizes social justice, equality, wealth and they perceive economic activities ac positive things. In contrast, Islaminc social welfare is different from Christian social welfare in terms of Islamic social welfare provision as a duty, Islamic social welfare is a institutionalized charity and such coercive enforcement is related that the fact that the Muslim communities are theocracy communities. This is different than most Christian countries made the separation of church and state. And the other fiffernce between Islamic Christian social welfare is that the Muslim community is made up of a central public welfare assistance scheme called Zakāt however Christian social welfare has a variety of social services, and advocacy. The implications of Islamic social welfare for Chrstian social welfare are like these, first, Islam social welfare through will be able to give introspection and reflection to Christian welfare which havs been biased toward the western world view such as the Enlightenment and rationalism. Second, we have to recognize and respond critically that the Islamic social welfare havs been dealt with passively on the issue such as women's oppression. and while South Korea's modern Christian social work enters the post-industrial society, and is evolved to social services state, it is hard to find the implications of the Islamic social welfare for the micro and professional social work practie in Korea.

      • 교회를 통한 지역사회개발 가능성 모색

        This study intended to find out the possibility that the church can contribute to rural community development in Korea. Based on theoretical study of the church-based community development, activities of a model church were analyzed in terms of motivation, capacity, and opportunity to figure out its outcome and prospective. And a comparative study was also done between the model church and a nearby church which was under the similar socio-cultural conditions but not active in community development work. A total of 173 respondents from the two church areas were surveyed with interview schedule in relation to their community satisfaction, attitude toward the church, opinions on the church based community development. In conclusion, the church's self-reliant motivation, rather newly arising one, will enhance the possibility for rural churches to participate in community development. The weakness in capacity rural church has for the community development can be overcome by self-sacrificial effort and committment of church leaders. The church's community development benefits both church and the residents. Therefore the church-based community development can be an alternative for both rural communities and churches in it to survive in the crisis of disintegration, and expected to be transferred to other areas.

        The purpose of this study was to develop safety instruction material that can use efficiently through analyze segments connected with safety in elementary science material field experiment. Therefore, established following assignment to achieve purpose of this study. First, analyze whether there are some things on hazardous factor that can be connected to safety accident at elementary science material field experiment. Second, develop multimedia material for effective safety instruction. Third, recognize teacher's legal liability through published paper and case study. To settle the above subject, secures theoretical basis through literature study and collected datas connected with safety instruction through internet search. Also analyzed risk factor and safety connection contents that can be connected to safety accident through the 7th elementary science textbooks. Then arrange this systematically and made a story board. Safety connection animation datas that film by camcorder edited by vegas 4.0 and used Macromedia company's Director MX developing multimedia material. before scientific experiment class beginning or when educate safety, divide into greatly 6 low rank menus to use easily necessary member and arranged connection menus inside. All materials were manufactured to use easily maximum for user. This material will prevent beforehand accident to occur because make an experimenter know enough safety precaution, safety equipment, experiment tool directions etc. when safety accident occurred, will help unconnect to large size accident because do quick emergency measure.

      • 協同圈 地域社會開發 自治制 運營事例 山北地域 綜合開發을 위한 基礎調査

        By means of group informant approach, a baseline survey was conducted in the SANBUK area (seven Ri units with 23 natural villages, 502 households and 2,811 population) where the Community Development Foundation programs were implemented since 1973. Throughout the survey, it was impressed that the existing SANBUK C.D. Committee be a model for democratic self-help in a multi-village rural community. Assuming that the Sanbuk community development is a successful case model for interaction of community interests and agency inputs through a nonformal approach, the following implications may be drawn: 1) There must be a community-wide muti-village self-governing community development association or body like SCDC consisting of an approved number of representatives from member villages which have common interests; 2) All kinds of development programs of projects of the community concerned should be planned, or at least reviewed, by this representative oranization. 3) Above all, it is very important for a non-government agency to assist the construction of a community center in the middle of an area which may well be utilized at ease by all levels of residents, and to dispatch a well qualified change agent to that area on a full time basis, at least for a few years, who can get along with all the villagers and other persons and help a self-governing body carry out development functions; 4) All the institutions and services should be involved in the body of planning of the self-governing sysrem so that they would be very cooperative in pursuing their community development programs; 5) Coordination, seeking funds, good management, education communication, and good public relations are the main functions of the self-governing association; 6) Democratic process of organization/ decision making and balanced distribution/allocation of resources are two crucial tasks of successful community development.
