Electrical relay in an essential part of smart grids, electrical vehicles, and LED lightning systems. Therefore, studying relay reliability is important. Relays using permanent magnet actuators (PMAs), which are energy efficient, are also in the spotlight. However, most of the permanent magnets used in PMAs have a characteristic wherein the magnetic flux decreases as the temperature increases. When the magnetic flux is reduced, the force acting on the actuator is reduced. Therefore, in this study, we measured the decrease in the relay operating speed with permanent magnet reduction due to temperature rise. In addition, changes in the bouncing phenomena due to magnetic flux reduction were analyzed. As a result, the operating speed of the relay has decreased and the bouncing phenomenon has not significantly changed.

TEM Horn antenna is typically used in HPEM area. It is necessary to apply a high voltage of the antenna for radiating HPEM. Then, it is necessary to insulate essentially of applying a high voltage to the antenna. At this time, radiation pattern and gain of the TEM Antenna is changed. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze changing characteristics by using simulation. In this paper, I analyzed the radiation pattern of the antenna in accordance with the lens and insulating material. As a result, it was observed that the value of the gain is changed in accordance with the frequency. The lens is used for the antenna, the gain characteristic is improved.
열화된 광유와 식물성절연유에서 온도, 벤조트리아졸의 유동대전 영향

In this paper, the FT-IR, conductivity and flow electrification phenomena of Vegetable oils were discussed. Vegetable oil has high flash point and eco-friendly properties compared to conventional mineral oil. Accelerated aging transformer oil samples produced in the oven at 140[℃] for 500 hours, 1000 hours, 1500 hours, 2000 hours. Serial device to measure the flow electrification phenomena was designed and fabricated. Pico ammeter and the Labview data measurements were utilized. The effects of Temperature and antistatic agent on fluid flow electrification were investigated. Both Mineral and vegetable oil showed similar trends for temperature change. The polarity reversal occurred in mineral oil with antistatic agent above 10 ~ 30[ppm] and in vegetable oil with antistatic agent above 5[ppm].
교반기 매개변수에 따른 교반형 전자파 잔향실의 특성 및 유용성 평가

This paper analyzes optimal stirrer parameter to improve field uniformity in a mode-stirred reverberation chamber. Stirrer parameter is varied about stirrer height and stirrer angle. Also we analyze quality factor, number of excited modes and stirrer efficiency that affect field uniformity. The results show good performance as higher as stirrer height. Isotropic field distribution is formed at 45 ° stirrer angle. When stirrer angle varies, scattering characteristic of incident wave are changed. So electric field distribution in a mode-stirred reverberation chamber is also changed. Therefore, it affect field uniformity. The results expect to help that designs stirrer for get better field uniformity. Immunity test performed designed mode-stirred reverberation chamber for semiconductor that categorized by technology. Test result shows that good recurrence compared wave-guide immunity test.
반도전성 실리콘 고무의 플라즈마 처리에 따른 표면의 특성변화

This paper was investigated the changes of surface properties of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber due to oxygen plasma discharge. The modifications produced on the silicone rubber surface by oxygen plasma were accessed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), contact angle and Surface Roughness Tester. The results of the chemical analysis Showed that C-H bonds were broken due to plasma discharge and Silica-like bonds (SiOx, x=$3\~4$) increased. It is thought that the above changes lead to the increase of surface energy of high-temperature-vulcanized (HTV) semiconductive silicone rubber also, Surface roughness was increased with cleavage of side-chains and oxidation process, it confirmed change as the SEM. The micromorphology of surface and hydrophobicity due to plasma discharge based on our results were discussed.

In these days SF. mixtures and alternative gas have been studied because of global warming and liquefying at low temperature and high pressure. At present work the breakdown characteristics of SF. /CF₄ mixture in non-uniform field was performed. The experiments were carried out under positive and negative standard lightning impulse (SLI) voltages. The point-plane electrode was used with 3 ㎜ gap distance in the test chamber. The SF. /CF₄ mixture which contain 20% of SF. was compared with pure SF. and CF₄ gas. Experimental gas pressure ranged from 0.1 to 0.4 ㎫. The breakdown voltage under negative SLI is higher than the breakdown voltage under positive voltage. And the breakdown voltage of SF. 20%, CF₄ 80% mixture is similar to that of pure SF. .
