N/A Effects of Si and Ni addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Cu-12wt.%Al-5wt.%Fe-1wt.%Mn alloy have been investigated experimentally. Microstructure of the as-cast specimen is found to be refined markedly by additions of Ni and Si. By the addition of Ni, volume fraction of the k phase is increased, but volume fraction of the y phase is decreased. Hardness is increased with the addition of Ni, due to increasing of k phase which is harder than y phase. However, Charpy impact value is not significally decreased possibly due to the formation of isolate k phase. (Received February 19, 1998)
학습 차원을 강조한 초등 과학수업의 과학적 태도와 과학 학습 성취도 분석 - 5학년 '열매' 단원을 중심으로 -

Dimensions of learning, based on the vast studies on teaming psychology and teaming processes, have been played an important role as one of the frameworks of curriculum and teaming strategies. Dimensions of Learning consist of 5 Dimensions, each of 'Attitudes and Perceptions', 'Acquire and Integrate Knowledge', 'Extend and Refine Knowledge', 'Use Knowledge Meaningfully', 'Habits of Mind'. And each dimension has $3\~8$ lower categories in itself, The elementary 5th grade science lesson emphasizing upon Dimensions of Learning was developed in this study. The lessons dealt with almost every lower categories of Dimensions of learning. We analysed students' scientific attitude and scientific achievement quantitatively after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning in comparison with typical lesson laying stress on teachers' guides. The results are as follows; Students' scientific attitude was significantly changed after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning. The willingness, positiveness, straightforwardness, and openness of lower categories of students' scientific attitude were more significantly changed especially. But students' scientific achievement was not significantly changed after the lesson emphasized upon Dimensions of Learning.
머신비전을 이용한 PWM Shaft의 자동검사 시스템 개발

In this paper, in order to overcome shortcomings of manual inspection for the automotive PWM Shaft, we developed an automated inline inspection system. The automated inline inspection system consists of the work feeder unit, conveying unit, outer diameter check unit, run-out and roundness check unit, machine vision, defective separation unit and status alarm unit. We used the machine vision system for automatic inspection process and designed the inline systems for automatic feeding and selecting process. Also the repeated operation test was performed in order to verify the precision and reliability of the proposed automated inline inspection system.

The new plate-type ultrasonic waveguide sensor has been developed for the versatile applications in an under-sodium viewing of a sodium-cooled fast reactor. In this study, the experimental and numerical study of the propagation and radiation beam profile of A0 leaky Lamb wave in a plate waveguide sensor has been carried out. A novel technique which is capable of steering a radiation beam of a waveguide sensor without a mechanical movement can be achieved by a frequency tuning method of the excitation pulse in the dispersive low frequency range of the A0 Lamb wave. The ANSYS-LSdyna FEM code was used in this numerical simulation for the dynamic transient analysis of the ultrasonic wave propagation.

This paper deals with the study for optimal design of the column system in a SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy), which design determines the magnification of the SEM. To enhance the resolution, the probe diameter must be reduced. This study carries out the analysis of the electro-magnetic lens and finds out design parameters in the column to effectively increase magnification. This paper suggests how the design parameters affects the magnification through sensitive analysis and ray-tracing method.
초등학교 「슬기로운 생활」 교과를 위한 성취기준, 평가기준 및 평가도구 개발

To get an appropriate and meaningful performance assessment outcomes and to provide the base of essential elementary educational evaluations, we had tried to establish achievement standards, assessment standards and had developed appropriate assessment tools in 「Intelligent Life」 course of the elementary school in this study. The following things were taken into account to establish achievement standards, assessment standards and to develop assessment tools. First, managing deeply not only cognitive domain but also the basic inquiry skills and affective domain, all-round educational properties of integrated courses were likely to come out. Second, evaluating instructional processes as well as instructional results, we had developed assessment standards in elementary 2nd grade`s 「Intelligent Life」 course. Third, developing assessment standards on the basis of the 7th Curriculum, we had examined both text book and teacher`s guide to promote effectiveness of field application The type of an assessment tools had been developed variously, considering the characteristics of the elementary lower grades and properties of elementary 2nd grade`s 「Intelligent Life」 course. We had developed assessment tools to observe and evaluate practical achievement levels, placing great importance on the types of an assessment tools including observing, narrative of inquiry, report, etc. As a result of investigation of elementary teachers` understandings of the developed achievement standards, assessment standards, and an assessment tools, were revealed in the affirmative on the whole.
