        자돈에 있어 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 이산화게르마늄을 함유한 게르마늄 용질액을 자돈에 급여하였을 때 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 3원 교잡종 자돈 60두 (평균체중 11.22±0.10㎏)를 공시하였다. 시험설계는 옥수수-대두박 위주의 대조구(CON)와, 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 0.5 ppm 첨가한 구(GC0.5) 및 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 1.0 ppm 첨가한 구(GC1.0)로 3개 처리를 하였다. 0-10일간 사양시험기간동안, 일당증체량에 있어서 GC0.5 처리구가 약간 높게 평가되었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 그러나 전체 시험기간동안, 일당증체량, 일당사료섭취량 및 사료효율에 있어서 처리구간에 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 영양소 소화율에 있어서는 GC0.5 처리구가 조회분(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.04), 칼슘(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.01), 인 (linear effect, P<0.02; quadratic effect, P<0.04) 소화율이 유의적으로 높게 평가되었다. 혈액내 neutrophil 농도에 있어서는 게르마늄 용질액의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 결론적으로, 자돈 사료내 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 수치에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary germanium colloid on the growth performance and hematological values in nursery pigs. Sixty pigs (11.22(0.10 ㎏ average initial body weight) were used in a 20 d growth assay. Dietary treatments included 1) CON (basal diet), 2) GC0.5 (basal diet+0.5 ppm germanium colloid) and 3) GC1.0 (basal diet+1.0 ppm germanium colloid). For d 0 to 10, pigs fed GC0.5 diet grew faster than pigs fed CON and GC1.0 diets (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). However, through the entire experimental period, no statistical differences were found for aver-age daily gain, average daily feed intake and gain/feed. Apparent digestibilities of crude ash (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.04), calcium (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.01) and phosphorus (Linear effect, P<0.02; Quadratic effect, P<0.04) in pigs fed GC0.5 diet were greater than for pigs fed CON and GC1.0. Neutrophil concentration in blood increased as the concentration of germanium colloid in the diets was increased with significant difference (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). In conclusion, growth performance and hematological values were not influenced by dietary germanium colloid.

        The effect of soils on the activity of pentachlorophenol was investigated by bioassay using wheat seedling and three samples taken from the Cheju Province according to the depth of the soil, which was identified to include more of gibbsite and various crystalline clay minerals. PCP added to soil suspensions has more or less disappeared from the soil solution indicating that PCP was adsorbed by humus and soil colloid and precipitated owing to the exchange of Na ion from PCP hydrogen ion from soil colloid and humus. The effect of PCP has disappeared with the content of organic matter as follows; surface soil<medium profile<subsoil. And the toxicity to wheat seedling was mostly depended upon the anion form, and adsorbed PCP retained some degree of activity.

        For the six column barley and wheat, the percentage of protein and the weight and the amount of carbohydrate enzyme per grain were measured. The experiment revealed the fact that the above quantities are slightly different for each grain depending on the vertical position of the grain in the ear. The principal results may be summarized as followes; (1) The grains which have the maximum average weight are those taken from the middle portion of an ear. (2) The Percentage of protein, unlike that for the two column barley, is small for the grain in the upper part of an ear and gradually increases as the position comes down. (3) In regard to enzyme activity, it was found that the activity of Amylase increases in proportion to the percentage of protein, whereas the activity of Saccharase and of β-Glucosidase shows no such proportionality.

        육성 - 비육돈에 있어서 성장과 영양소 소화율에 대한 익스펜딩 가공사료의 효과

        Two experiments were conducted to determine the effect of expended-crushed(EC) diet on growth performance and nutrient digestibility in growing and finishing pig. Dietary treatments were either mash(MS) or EC in both growing (Exp. 1) and finishing pigs(Exp. 2) trial. In Exp. 1, 36 growing pigs(Duroc × Yorkshire × Landrace, average initial body weight of 16.09±0.2kg) were used in a 21 day growth assay. Pigs fed EC were higher (P$lt;0.05) in average daily gain(ADG) than pigs fed MS, whereas no significant differences in average daily feed intake(ADFI) and gain/feed(G/F) were found between dietary treatments. Also, DM and N digestibility of EC were, in general, significantly improved compared to those of MS(P$lt;0.05). In Exp. 2, 32 finishing pigs(Duroc × Yorkshire × Landrace, average initial body weight of 65.45±0.5kg) were used in a 37 day growth assay. ADG was greater(P$lt;0.05) for pigs fed EC than for those given the MS. However. ADFI, G/F and nutrient digestibility were nut different between pigs fed each diet(P$gt;0.05). In conclusion, during both growing and finishing phase. EC of the corn-soybean meal based complete diet resulted an improvement in ADG compared to MS.

      • 사과나무 腐爛病에 對한 Prochloraz와 Triadimefon의 抗菌性

        Imidazofe系 農藥인 prochloraz와 triazole系인 triadimefon의 사과나무 腐爛病菌(Valsa ceratosperma)에 對한 抗菌力 및 脂肪酸의 組成變化에 미치는 影響을 調査한 結果는 다음과 같다. 菌이 生育하고 있는 PS液體培地에 두 藥劑를 各各 處理하였을 때의 I?값은 prochloraz의 경우는 1~5ppm이었고 triadimefon은 5~10ppm이었으며 prochloraz의 沮害能이 다소 높았다. 菌絲의 顯微鏡 觀察結果 藥劑 處理區에서는 모두 菌絲의 異常生育現象이 觀察되었다. 菌體에 藥劑를 處理함으로 인해서 脂質의 變化를 調査한 結果 菌體中의 總脂質 및 脂肪酸의 含量變化는 없는 것으로 나타났다. In order to elucidate the antifungal activity of prochloraz(imidazole) and triadimefon(triazole), the mycelia of the Valsa ceratosperma were treated with the compounds in vitro. Prochloraz applied to the target pathogen inhibited mycelial growth more than triadimefon. The concentration for the 50% inhibition of mycelial growth(I?) was 1-5 ppm in treatment of prochloraz and 5-10 ppm in treatment of triadimefon. The mycelia of Valsa ceratosperma treated with low concentration of prochloraz and triadimefon were morphologically abnormal as observed with an optical microscope. Content of total lipid and fatty acids were not changed by the treatments of prochloraz and triadimefon, respectively, in liquid medium.

        The effects of agricultural chemicals on soil micro-organism's development and green plant growth were investigated. The results were as follows: 1. The concentration of agricultural chemicals necessary to inhibit the development of soil micro-organisms in culture was found to be higher than the minimum inhibiting concentration for pure culture of two species of Bacillus bacteria. 2. Treatment with the normal dose of agricultural chemicals promoted development and carbohydrase activity in soil micro-organisms, but increases over the normal dose produced inhibition in development of the microorganisms. 3. It was concluded that agricultural chemicals are associated with plant growth, and that the normal dose of agricultural chemicals serves especially to promote carbohydrase activity in greem plants. 4. Treatment with agricultural chemicals decreased the content of carbohydrate in green plants but increased the content of reducing sugar.
