Three company on domestic home applicances have been carry out design policy that make a selection refrigerator a central sale goods, because promote in phase of goods, Major purpose of this thesis are that the companies establish design policy which is coincident with needs of consummer, as present of logical solution throught the environmental analysis of refrigerator which accupying the first place, and have called the major term of house hold goods, in the scale of an offering amount.
천이상태에 있는 커스프균열에 대한 열응력세기계수의 경계요소 해석

본 연구에서는 경계요소법에 의해 천이상태 열전도문제를 해석하는 프로그램 과 Sladek등이 제안한 열탄성 경계적분방정식을 기초로 하여 열탄성문제를 해석하는 프로그램을 개발하여, 유한체 내에 존재하는 Griffith 균열에 대해 정상 및 천이상태 에서 계산한 열응력세기계수와 유한체 내에 존재하는 대칭 입술형 커스프균열(symme- tric lip cusp crack)에 대해 정상상태에서 열응력세기계수를 계산한다. 그 결과를 기존의 해와 비교하여 프로그램의 타당성을 입증한다. 그후 대칭 입술형 커스프균열 에 대한 천이상태에서의 열응력세기계수를 계산하고자 한다. The boundary element method is applied to determine thermal stress intensity factors for a cusp crack in transient state. In the steady temperature field, numerical values of thermal stress intensity factors for a Grifith crack and a symmetric lip cusp crack in a finite body are in good agreement within .+-. 5% with the previous solutions. In transient state, the numerical values of thermal stress intensity factors for the Griffith crack are also in good agreement with the pervious solutions. In both steady and transient states, those for the symmetric lip cusp crack with the crack surface insulated or fixed to the constant temperature are calculates for various effective crack lengths, configuration parameters and uniform heat flow angles. The variations of the thermal boundary conditions of the crack surface have a effect on stress intensity factors. The signs on the values of thermal stress intensity factors can be changed in time variation.

Because welding residual stress is formidable result in electric resistance spot welding process, and it detrimentally affect to fatigue crack initiation and growth at nugget edge of spot welded la p joints, it should be considered in fatigue analysis. Thus, accurate prediction of residual stress is very important. In this study, nonlinear finite element analysis on welding residual stress generated in process of the spot welding was conducted, and their results were compared with experimental data measured by X-ray diffraction method. By using their results, the maximum principal stress considered welding residual stress at nugget edge of the spot welded lap joint subjected to tension-shear load was calculated by superposition method. And, the $\Delta$P- $N_f$ relations obtained through fatigue, tests on the IB-type spot welded lap joints was systematically rearranged with the maximum principal stress considered welding residual stress. From the results, it was found th2at fatigue strength of the IB-type spot welded lap joints could be systematically and more reasonably rearranged by the maximum principal stress($\sigma$1max-res considered welding residual stress at nugget edge of the spot welding point.
구조응력기반 마스터 S-N 선도를 이용한 노치를 가지는 Al 7075 시편의 피로수명예측

본 논문에서는 임의의 응력 집중 계수를 갖는 일반 노치 구조물에 대한 마스터 S-N 선도를 이용한 피로 수명 예측 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 미국의 바텔 연구소에서 수행한 알루미늄 7075 노치 시험편(Kt = 1.5, 2, 4, 5)에 대한 피로 수명 데이터를 이용하여 구조응력을 계산하고 이에 기초한 마스터 S-N 선도를 작성하였다. 그 후 작성된 마스터 선도에서 유도된 예측 값과 Kt 3의 노치 시편에 대해 새롭게 실시한 피로 시험 결과를 비교하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 결과적으로 구조응력 기반 마스터 S-N 선도의 피로 수명 예측의 정확성과 유용성을 검증하였다. This paper proposes the possibility of fatigue life estimation using the master S-N curve of a general notched structure with arbitrary stress concentration factor. Firstly, the structure stress was computed from the fatigue data that had been generated by Battelle Institute for Al 7075-T6 notched specimens (Kt=1.5, 2, 4, 5), and a master S-N curve based on the structural stress was drawn up. Secondly, a novel fatigue test was conducted for a notched specimen (Kt=3) and the result of this test was compared to the predictive value derived from the master S-N curve. From these processes, it was possible to validate the accuracy and usefulness of fatigue life estimation using master S-N curve.
