This paper deals with the economic feasibility model and analysis of a hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle [FCV] against two similar types of non-business vehicles fueled with gasoline [GV] and diesel [DV] considering greenhouse gas [GHG]. Considering the price of vehicles and annual operating cost, we build a classical economic feasibility model. Since the economic feasibility could be affected by many input factors such as the prices of vehicles, the price of fuels, annual driving distance and so on, we estimate the average future values of input factors, which is defined as the average case. Based on the average case, we assess the representative economic feasibility of a FCV with/without GHG, and by changing various annual driving distances, we assess its economy in terms of net-present value, internal rate of return, and payback period. In addition, we make some sensitivity analysis of its economic feasibility by changing the values of the critical input factors one at time. Based on the average case, it turns out that the consumer of a FCV could save 25,000 won/year for a GV, but the consumer could pay 120,000 won/year more for a DV. This indicates that gasoline vehicles could be replaced gradually by FCVs in Korean market which might be formed by those consumers driving annually more than approximately 14,800 km. As the results of our sensitivity analysis, it turns out that a FCV is no more economical if the difference of the prices between FCV and GV is more than 10,130,000 won or the price of hydrogen fuel could be more than 5,136 won/kg.
방송프로그램 수용자의 개인 성향과 PPL 수용태도와의 관계연구

본 연구는 PPL에 대한 수용자의 수용성의 차이에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 동일한 드라마의 PPL에 노출되어도 PPL의 효과는 다르게 나타난다. 어떤 수용자들이 PPL에 대해 더 우호적인 태도를 보이는지에 대한 연구는 PPL의 효과를 이해하는 데 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 개인 성향 관련 요인들이 PPL에 대한 태도와 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 수용자의 물질주의와 체면중시 브랜드 소비성향이 PPL수용태도와 관계가 있는지를 탐색적으로 연구하였다. 이를 위해 대학생(235명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 수용자의 물질주의 성향과 체면중시 브랜드 소비성향은 PPL 광고태도, PPL 제품태도, PPL 제품 구매의사와 정적으로 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과의 함의와 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다. This study attempted to examine the difference of audience acceptance for PPL practice. There seemed to be different response among audience even if they exposed to the same PPL featuring in the television drama. It is important to understand why some audience show more favorable response toward PPL than others. Previous research about PPL effectiveness has been mainly focused on the presentation mode of PPL such as prominence(salience). However, studying the influence of audience personality on PPL effects also crucial to understand how the PPL effect processed properly. Therefore, current study was examined the effect of the audience personality on PPL practice. In this study, two personality variable(materialism and face-centered brand consciousness) were investigated. The results and implication were discussed.

Methamphetamine, a commonly used addictive drug, is a powerful addictive stimulant that dramatically affects the CNS. Repeated METH administration leads to a rewarding effect in a state of addiction that includes sensitization, dependence, and other phenomena. It is well known that susceptibility to the development of addiction is influenced by sources of reinforcement, variable neuroadaptive mechanisms, and neurochemical changes that together lead to altered homeostasis of the brain reward system. These behavioral abnormalities reflect neuroadaptive changes in signal transduction function and cellular gene expression produced by repeated drug exposure. To provide a better understanding of addiction and the mechanism of the rewarding effect, it is important to identify related genes. In the present study, we performed gene expression profiling using microarray analysis in a reward effect animal model. We also investigated gene expression in four important regions of the brain, the nucleus accumbens, striatum, hippocampus, and cingulated cortex, and analyzed the data by two clustering methods. Genes related to signaling pathways including G-protein-coupled receptor-related pathways predominated among the identified genes. The genes identified in our study may contribute to the development of a gene modeling network for methamphetamine addiction.
