According to the reports by the OECD and UN in 2012, Korea is evaluated highly of its enthusiasm and level of education compared to other evaluation indices. This result implies that Korea has much more interest in education than other countries. In reality however, the nation does not provide an adequate condition in other aspects such as the quality of life of citizens and its educational environment. For this reason, our country currently promotes and operates various policies and environmental improvements in an effort to coincide with the timely demands and to cope up with the advanced educational system. Researches in particular are being implemented on Korea's current educational policies by specialists related to their specific fields. This study is to understand the periodic trends of the educational facilities according to the specialist-oriented articles and apply it as a basic resource to the future researches on the corresponding field.

프로야구단의 사회공헌활동이 팬 행동의사에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 프로야구단의 사회공헌활동이 팬 행동의사에 미치는 영향을 분석한 것으로 서울 잠실야구장을 방문한 야구팬 300명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 그 중 미흡한 자료 8부를 제외한 292부를 최종자료로 사용하였다. SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회공헌활동이 팬 행동의사에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회공헌활동 중 사회적 차원만이 관람효과(팬 행동의사)요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회공헌활동이 팬 행동의사에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회공헌활동 중 사회적 차원만이 관람동기(팬 행동의사)요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회공헌활동이 행동의사에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회공헌활동 중 사회적 차원과 공익적 차원의 두 요인이 행동의사 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the corporate social Responsibility(CSR) activities of professional baseball fan intention to, Seoul Jamsil Baseball baseball fans found 300 people was insufficient material wealth 8 of them except the 292 call was used as the final data. Correlation and multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 analysis results are as follows. First, the viewing effect factors on the social dimension of CSR activities significantly affecting the analysis results showed that the impact of philanthropy fan intention to. Second, analysis of the impact of philanthropy fan intention to watching motivational factors in social dimension of CSR activities statistically significant impact was the result. Third, the results of analysis of the impact of philanthropy intention to physician factors on the social dimension and the public interest dimension of two factors act in social contribution activities statistically significant influence was found.

1920년대 일본아동문예잡지 『긴노후네』와 조선동화

In this paper, I introduced and analyzed the contents of 12 Choseon Donghwa in the Japanese modern literary magazine “KINOFUNAE”, and examined the social and the historical background. It also describes the characteristics of choseon Dongwa and its implications through sentences and illustrations. It was only a few years after the launch of the book, “The lump”, “Maiden and Woodcutter” and “Rabbit’s judgment” and other stories of Choseon were published intensively. However, since magazine activities are most active and diverse, it was time to secure readers. Not only was the awareness of the Choseon Donghwa highly influenced by the storybook of the Choseon Donghwa, which was published in the past, but also the lecture on the Choseon Donghwa of the “Dowa telling Department, Dongyo singing Department” did. It can be said that the Choseon Donghwa shows the transition from the re-wrire to the creative. The characteristics of Choseon Donghwa are that the Choseon Donghwa is transforming through the use of the goods, and it is confirmed that the images of the Choseon Donghwa are formalized and symbolized through the illustrations. 이 논문에서는 일본 근대 아동문예잡지 『긴노후네』에 게재된 조선동화 12편의 내용을 소개・분석하고, 시대적, 사회적 배경을 살펴보았다. 또한 조선동화의 특징을 정리하고, 문장과 삽화를 통해 그 의미를 짚어보았다. 『긴노후네』에 조선동화가 집중적으로 실린 것은 창간 후 2, 3년에 불과하지만, 잡지의 대내외적인 활동이 가장 활발하고 다양하게 전개되면서 많은 독자를 확보해가던 시기였다. 이전부터 발간되던 조선설화집의 영향으로 조선동화의 인지도가 높았을 뿐 아니라, 『긴노후네』가 22년에 실시한 ‘동화・동요 강연부’의 조선순회강연도 조선에 대한 관심을 모았던 요인으로 작용했다. 12편을 재화한 작가의 서술방식은 동일하지 않았지만, 대부분 일본에 유포되어 있던 조선동화를 바탕으로 서사전개를 크게 변형시키며 재화라기보다 창작에 가까운 작품이 많았다는 점을 지적할 수 있다. 서사전개나 사용도구, 등장인물이 과감하게 변형되면서 조선동화는 재화에서 창작으로 나아가는 과도기적 모습을 보여준다고 할 수 있겠다. 또한 삽화를 통해 정형화되고 상징화된 조선의 이미지가 동원되어 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

지역축제의 서비스품질이 성과에 미치는 영향 연구(금산인삼축제를 중심으로)

본 연구는 금산인삼축제를 중심으로 서비스품질에 대한 연구를 통해 축제 만족도와 지역이미지에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 확인하기 위함이다. 금산인삼축제에 방문한 방문객을 대상으로 축제에 대한 서비스품질에 대해 조사하고 서비스품질이 만족도와 이미지 및 가치 등에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지를 확인하였다. 요인분석결과 서비스품질은 총 4개의 요인으로 분석되었는데, 각각의 요인명은 용이성 및 다양성, 안내, 편의성 등으로 분석되었고, 종속변수는 만족도 및 행동의도, 축제 가치와 이미지로 각각 요인명을 명명하였다. 본 연구를 통해 금산인삼축제에 대한 서비스품질의 재평가와 금산인삼축제가 만족도와 지역이미지 및 지역 가치의 향상에 영향을 주었다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 금산인삼축제의 지속적 발전은 금산지역의 이미지 제고와 방문객 증가로 지역경제의 활성화에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이며, 분석에서 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 종속변수에 많은 영향력을 미치는 서비스품질 요인을 중심으로 축제 발전을 위해 노력해야 할 것이고, 이러한 결과는 축제 조직위원회에 실무적 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. This study is to determine the impact of Geumsan Insam Festival’s service quality on festival satisfaction and local image. We’ve researched the festival’s service quality based on the visitors at Geumsan Insam Festival and determined the impact of service quality on satisfaction, value and reputation. The factor analysis of service quality was analyzed by a total of 4 factors and those are festival experiment environment, usability and diversity, information and convenience and etc., and the dependent variables are satisfaction, behavioral intention, and value and reputation of the festival. Through this study, we were able to found out that the reevaluation of service quality on Geumsan Insam Festival was affected on enhancement of satisfaction, local value and local image. Therefore, the sustainable development of Geumsan Insam Festival can impact positively on activation of local economy due to the improved image of Geumsan area and increased number of visitors, and the festival will be developed based on the service quality factors that has great influence on many dependent variable based on the analysis; therefore, we believe that that these results will practically help the festival organization committee.

고려시기 ‘밀성군지역’의 성립과 지리적 범위

This paper describes about the establishment and the geographical range of ‘Mirsung-gun Area(密城郡地域)’. This region had been composed of three ‘Gun-Yeonghyeon units(郡領縣單位)’ through the era of King Taejo(太祖) as going through the establishment of Goryeo dynasty. After that in 995 (14th year of King Seongjong(成宗)’s reign) while reorganizing the local government system, it was reclassified as two ‘Ju-hyeon units(州縣單位)’, and in 1018 (9th year of King Hyeonjong(顯宗)’s reign), it was reclassified as one ‘Juhyeon-Sokhyeon unit(主縣屬縣單位)’ called ‘Mirsung-gun Area’ with the establishment of ‘Juhhyeon-Sokhyeon system(主縣屬縣體制)’. ‘Mirsung-gun Area’ consisted of Mirsung-gun(密城郡) for Juh-hyeon(主縣), and six Sokhyeons(屬縣), which were Changnyeong-gun(昌寧郡), Cheongdo-gun(靑道郡), Hyeonpung-hyeon(玄風縣), Gyeseong-hyeon(桂城縣), Yeongsan-hyeon(靈山縣), and Punggak-hyeon(風角縣). ‘Mirsung-gun Area’ during Goryeo dynasty was surrounded with a range of mountains and a river, having Nakdonggang-river(洛東江) as south and west boundary, and Nakdong-jeongmaek(洛東正脈)-range of mountains with Biseul-gimaek(琵瑟支脈) and Yeongchuk-gimaek(靈竺支脈), which are branched off from Nakdong-jeongmaek, as north and east boundary. In Goryeo dynasty, geographical factor played an important role when establishing ‘Juhyeon-Sokhyun unit’ in 9th year of King Hyeonjong’s reign, and so did for ‘Mirsung-gun Area’. Mirsung-gun, which was Juh-hyeon, was located in southeast of ‘Mirsung-gun Area’, and its ruling place was at the center of ‘Mirsung-gun Area’ where Miryanggang-river(密陽江) was running through. The ruling place of Mirsung-gun had a very advantageous location for an effective governing. Also, the stations(驛) built in ‘Mirsung-gun Area’ was used when traveling between Gyungju(慶州), which was Gyaesu- gwan(界首官), and Mirsung-gun, and between Mirsung-gun and Sokhyeons.
