赤丸二十日 무우品種의 人爲同質 四倍體에 對한 細胞學的 實驗

몇가지 有用形質을 갖인 赤丸二十日무우 品種의 四倍數를 實用化하기 爲한 基礎資料를 얻고저 減數分裂時에 이러나는 染色體의 行動에 關하여 1970年 2月부터 10月사이에 實驗하였다. 減數第1分裂中期에서 染色體가 正常接合을 하는 細胞(18Ⅱ)의 出現率을 約24%였는데 比하여 減數第2分裂中期에서 染色體가 正常分布를 하는 細胞(18-18)의 出現率은 約67%로서 細胞學的으로 보다 높은 正常度를 보였다. 減數分裂 科程에서 各種 異常細胞가 觀察되었으나 이들中 第1分裂中期에서는 4Ⅳ+10Ⅱ의 接合型細胞 그리고 第2分裂中期에서는 19-17의 分布를 나타내는 細胞가 各各 12% 및 13%로서 出現率이 가장 높았다. 그러나 減數제1 및 第2分裂中期에서 觀察된 正常細胞의 出現率에 比하여 花粉은 90%라고 하는 比較的 높은 稔性을 보였다.

중년 여성의 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계: 적응유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aimed to analyze the relationships among the middle-aged women’s gender role conflict, resilience, and psychological well-being, and to examine the mediating model of resilience on gender role conflict and psychological well-being. Data were collected from July 28 to August 5, 2021 for 302 middle-aged women aged 40-65 years. The Gender Role Conflict Scale specialized for middle-aged Korean women, internal traits subscale of Ahn’s Resilience Scales, and Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale were used for this study. PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4 was used to analyze the mediating effect. Results revealed that the middle-aged women’s gender role conflict was negatively correlated with resilience and psychological well-being. And, the middle-aged women’s resilience was positively correlated with psychological well-being. Because both the direct effect of the middle-aged women’s gender role conflict on psychological well-being and its indirect effect through resilience were statistically significant, it was found that the middle-aged women’s resilience was partially mediating their gender role conflict and psychological well-being. 본 연구는 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등, 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 분석하고, 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 적응유연성이 매개하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 만 40-65세 중년 여성 302명을 대상으로 2021년 7월 28일부터 8월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 이 연구를 위해 한국 중년 여성에게 특화된 성역할 갈등 척도, 적응유연성 내적 요인 척도 및 Ryff의 심리적 웰빙 척도를 사용하였다. 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모형 4로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등은 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙과 부적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 심리적 웰빙과 정적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 심리적 웰빙에 대한 성역할 갈등의 직접효과와 적응유연성을 통한 간접효과 모두 통계적으로 유의하여 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

학교청소년의 수련활동과 자원봉사활동, 자아존중감, 공동체의식의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 학교 청소년의 수련활동 및 자원봉사활동이 자아존중감과 공동체의식에 미치는 직접효과를 확인하고, 수련활동과 자원봉사활동이 자아존중감을 매개하여 공동체의식을 강화하는지에 대한 간접효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 또한 성별이 이들 인과관계를 조절하는지 그 조절효과(moderating effect)를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부가 2008년 실시한 ‘아동청소년종합실태조사’ 자료를 기초로 하여 만13세-18세 청소년 중 학교 청소년 2,004명의 자료를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 7.0을 활용해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교청소년들의 수련활동과 자원봉사활동은 공동체의식에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 수련활동과 자원봉사활동은 자아존중감을 매개하였을 때 공동체의식에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 각 경로에 대한 성별의 조절효과를 분석한 결과에서는 자아존중감이 공동체의식에 영향을 미치는 경로 외에는 각 경로에서 성별 간의 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 함의를 살펴보았다. This study examined the direct and indirect effects, through self-esteem, of school adolescents' training activity and voluntary service of on sense of community. In addition , the study investigated the moderating effect of sex. The study data based on 2,004 of middle school and high school students among respondents of the survey on 'child-youth synthesize survey', which was the research of ministry for Health, Welfare affairs. As a statistical method, structural equation model was employed. The study results showed that school adolescents' training Activity and voluntary service did not affect directly on sense of community, but training activity and voluntary service affect indirectly on sense of community through self-esteem. The study did not find the moderating effects of sex, except for path from self-esteem to sense of community. Based on the results, implications for adolescents welfare policy and practice were discussed.

P-434 : The Study of an Interferometric Biosensor Chip for Biomonitoring DNA Damaging Chemicals

In E.coli, DNA damage coordinately induces a set of genes, resulting in several physiological changes, termed the SOS response. Recombinant E. coli GW1040 (dinD::lacZ) releasing β- galactosidase by a SOS regulon system have been used to effectively monitor endocrine disruptors. Low enzyme activity of less than 10 units/ml can be rapidly determined, not by conventional time-consuming enzyme assay, but by an alternative inter- ferometric biosensor. Heavily boron-doped porous silicon for application as an interferometer was fabricated by etching in order to form a Fabry-Perot fringe pattern, which caused effectively the change in the refractive index of the medium including β-galactosidase. In order to enhance the immobilization of the porous silicon surface and to reduce of nonspecific binding, a calyx crown derivative (prolinker®-A) and anti-β-galactosidase was applied. ELISA method was used to verify the sensitivity of interferometric biosensor in the antigenantibody reaction.
