When hydrogen is dissolved in an oxide, protons and electrons make diffusion pair and thus lead to the transport of H_(2) under its chemical potential gradient. The present manuscript develops relationships between the chemical diffusion coefficient of H_(2) and the diffusion coefficient of protons and electrons by determining thermodynamic factor of H_(2), W_(H)_(2). When thermodynamic ideal behavior is assumed for protons and electrons, W_(H)_(2) turns out to be 4. If hydrogen solubility in the oxide follows Henrian ideal behavior, W_(H)_(2)= 1. In case hydrogen solubility obeys Sivert's law, we obtain W_(H)_(2)= 2.

Inmate’s correctional and educational programs has contributed to reducing the recurrence of crimes so that the general citizens can be freer from crimes, playing the roles of crime prevention and shield for the society. This paper investigates satisfaction about entrepreneurship education of Inmate’s because do questionnaire deduce problem and presented improvement plans. Improvement plans on entrepreneurship education of Inmate’s are presented: 1. Enforcement of entrepreneurship education about definite education subject person, 2. Education enforcement by special quality of education subject person, 3. Increase of entrepreneurship education process, 4. Released convict settled successfully in society. real entrepreneurship speaker practical use etc.

The SiC-porcelain powder mixtures containing 51.9 wt% SiC are produced as by-products from surface abrasion process of porcelain core. This raw powders were used as starting materials for SiC containing ceramics and was fired for 1∼5 hrs at the temperature between 1200∼1500℃ in N_2 atmosphere. As increase of firing temperature the whole properties were increased. Specially in the case of density and bending strength these properties critically increased after that hearted at 1400℃ for 3 hrs. The formation of β-sialon. which was predicted after hear treatment was shown in the specimen fired at 1400℃ for 5 hrs and at 1500℃ for 3∼5 hrs. The microstructure of SiC-porcelain ceramic composites showed that the sintering was proceeded with the formation of glass phase. The specimen fired at 1500℃ for 5 hrs revealed 2.478 g/㎤ bulk density 19 % porosity and 223 MPa bending strength.

A supplier has a great effect on inventory management, production planning and control, and product control. The present study focused on the fact that conventional supplier selection models cannot preclude the prejudice of the evaluator, and attempted to develop and make an empirical test on a new, designed of the objective and rational model for selection The methods and procedures in the study are as follows. This study ① designed a new rational supplier selection model included delivery period ② applied quality cost data of manufacturing industries to the designed model in order to evaluate the usefulness of the new model. According to the result of this study, the designed supplier selection model comprising delivery produced various supplier evaluation depending on punctual delivery rate when total acquisition quality cost, input inspection, and process quality were considered.

In a high speed spindle system, it is very important to monitor the state of rotating rotor. Particularly in active control spindle system, the position sensor must provide feedback to the control system on the exact position of the rotor. In order to monitor the state of a high speed spindle exactly, high accuracy and wide frequency bandwidth of sensors are important. The focus in this paper is to make a fiber optic sensor for monitoring rotor of magnetic bearing, to design the circuit for detecting optical signal, and to evaluation static and dynamic characteristics of fiber optic sensor.

Discontinuous fibers of Y-TZP and Y-TZP/Al₂O₃ were prepared and their thermal stability was tested after maintaining at 1500℃ for 6 hrs in air. Alumina addition enhanced the high-temperature microstructural stability of the fibers with respect to exaggerated grain growth of ZrO₂. Addition of Al₂O₃ suppressed the formation of large cubic ZrO₂ grains on the surface of the Y-TZP fibers. The large cubic ZrO₂ grains were found in the Y-TZP fibers and their formation was extensive after heat treating at 1500℃. Whereas, the large cubic ZrO₂ grains were not found in the Y-TZP/Al₂O₃ fibers tested under identical conditions and a more uniform microstructure resulted.
Ce-TZP/Al_2O_3 복합체의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

Effects of Al_2O_3 addition on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ce-TZP were studied. 12, 14, 16 Ce-TZP containing 0-4 wt% Al_2O_3 were synthesized. Density bending strength Vickers hardness microstructure and the amount of stress induced phase transformation were examined. Vickers hardness increased linearly with increasing amounts of Al_2O_3. The amount of transformation and fracture toughness decrease linearly with increasing of Al_2O_3. Relative density decrased with increasing Al_2O_3 content in all compositions of Ce-TZP. Grain growth of Ce-TZP was inhibited by Al_2O_3 by Al_2O_3 dispersion and fracture mode of Ce-TZP/Al_2O_3 composites transformed from intergranular to transgranular fracture as the amount of Al_2O_3 increased.
