흰쥐에 20% 카제인 기본식이에 methionine 0.3%, cysteine 0.3%와 0.6%를 각각 첨가하여 급여한 후 혈장 및 간 지질대사 및 분 중의 neutral steroids 및 담즙산 배설에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 혈장 cholesterol 농도는 methionine 첨가군이 111.8㎎/dl로 가장 높고 cysteine 0.6%군이 95.8㎎/dl로 가장 낮았다. 혈장 free cholesterol은 cysteine 0.6%군이 가장 높고, methionine군이 가장 낮았으나, 혈장 cholesteryl ester는 methionine군이 가장 높고 cysteine 0.6%군이 가장 낮았다. 혈장 HDL-cholesterol은 실험군간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, LDL-cholesterol은 methionine군에서 가장 높았고 cysteine 0.6%군에서 가장 낮아 동맥경화지수도 methionine 군에서 2.73으로 가장 높고 cysteine 0.6%군에서 1.96으로 가장 낮았다. 혈장 triglyceride와 phospholipid 함량은 식이 중 methionine이나 cysteine 첨가로 인해 유의적인 변화가 없었다. Methionine과 cysteine은 간조직의 total cholesterol, free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester 및 triglyceride 함량을 감소시켰다. 간의 phospholipid 함량도 methionine과 cysteine에 의해 감소하는 경향은 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 분으로 배설되는 cholesterol, cholestanol 및 coprostanone 양은 대조군과 실험군간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, coprostanol과 총 neutral sterol 배설량은 cysteine 첨가 식이군에서 유의적인 증가를 보였다. 분으로 배설되는 담즙산의 경우는 methionine과 cysteine 0.3%군에서 약간의 증가를 보였고, cysteine 0.6%군에서는 유의적인 증가를 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과로 보아 cysteine은 cholesterol을 coprostanol 및 담즙산으로의 배설을 증가시킴으로써 혈장 cholesterol을 감소시키는 것으로 사료된다. The effect of sulfur-containing amino acids on lipid metabolism was studied in rats fed casein as a protein source. Plasma cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and atherosclerotic index decreased in the cysteine group compared to the methionine group. Plasma triglyceride and phospholipid levels were not affected by the supplementation of the sulfur-containing amino acids. The levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in liver decreased by both methionine and cysteine. Cysteine increased the fecal excretion of coprostanol, total neutral steroid and bile acid. The results suggest that plasma cholesterol level is affected by dietary ratio of cysteine/methionine and that the hypochole-sterolemic effect of cysteine is, at least in part, through reducing cholesterol absorption from small intestine and through enhancing fecal excretion of bile acids.
제로에너지건축물 인증에 대한 설계자와 시공자의 인지도 차이 분석

Purpose: This study compared and analyzed the difference in awareness of zero-energy building certification for designers and builders who should reflect actual zero-energy building elements in buildings among the participating entities related to certification. Method: In this study, in order to compare and analyze the difference in awareness of zero-energy building certification for designers and builders, who are major participants in the certification of zero-energy buildings, this study was conducted with site-related personnel of large domestic construction companies and design staff of design offices. was performed. Result: In relation to the zero energy building certification, it was found that the designers were more aware than the constructors. In the case of the designer, the item of participating in the zero-energy building certification construction showed a higher level than that of the constructor. Next, as a result of analyzing the differences in insulation-related detailed items, it was found that designers had higher levels than Builders in terms of the need for expertise when constructing insulation materials. Also, looking at the results of comparing the differences in the specific items related to the zero-energy building certification, it was found that the designer contributed more than the builder in the case of the national policy contribution due to the zero-energy building certification. Also, in the case of the value of zero energy building certification, it was found that the designer has more value than the builder.

All sorts of technique for schedule progress management is being developed recently. These can change and develop the abstractive concept model to a detailed model that describes the visual 3D image about a schedule plan. but, this technique is troublesome, because this requires the handwork by means of connection between 3D-CAD and scheduling Program. In this study, the process of real-time schedule progress control system using the integrated database by 3D-CAD object information system and schedule module is presented. This study present the process of a schedule progress management using UML, and the process of real-time schedule progress management using RFID system. Through this study, we want to realize the rapid generation of estimated schedule information and to simulate and analyze actual schedule information by real-time.

Weather factors affect cost increases and progress management under construction. Because progress schedule is delayed by weather factors, the construction costs are increased. It is an essential element to control the progress schedule applying weather factors to the progress management. This study applies monthly working-day percentages which is estimated by databases of past weather information to RTPM system. Through do progress management in construction projects exactly, will try to minimize risk of process control that do that is to weather factors. Also, will compare calamity in safety supervision side that do that is to weather factors beforehand. Based on the factors and the expected impact of factors together with the weather data during the last 50 years in Seoul region gathered from Korea. Through it, calculated number of month working day of RCA``s structural steel work. Studied way that apply to RTPM system.
