ERG요인이 조직기반자긍심에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study proved that the importance of Alderfer’s ERG theory. it checked the effects of these three elements on organization-based self-esteem through resilience. In particular, the relationship between the ERG and the psychological factors of the members of the organization is investigated. Moreover, we attempt to verify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between ERG and organization-based self-esteem. This study was used for analysis a survey on data 265 employees in 10 organizations. The major finding are as follows. it was found that all three elements of ERG was positively effected resilience. Furthermore, resilience was found to improve the level of organization-based self-esteem. Finally, it was found that resilience have played a mediating role on the relationship between the ERG and organization-based self-esteem. In the conclusion, the summary and implications of the study and the future direction of the study were presented. 본 연구는 ERG의 구성요소들이 회복탄력성을 매개로 조직기반자긍심에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 특히 ERG와 조직구성원들의 심리적 요인 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 욕구와 태도 간의 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 검증하기 위해 10여 개 기업에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 자료를 토대로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 통해 ERG의 하위요인인 생존욕구, 관계욕구, 성장욕구는 모두 회복탄력성 및 조직기반자긍심을 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 회복탄력성은 ERG 하위요인과 조직기반자긍심간의 관계에 있어서 모두 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서 연구의 간략한 요약 및 실무적 시사점, 그리고 향후 연구 방향를 제시하였다.

Management of immune thrombocytopenia: Korean experts recommendation in 2017

Management options for patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) have evolved substantially over the past decades. The American Society of Hematology published a treatment guideline for clinicians referring to the management of ITP in 2011. This evi-dence-based practice guideline for ITP enables the appropriate treatment of a larger pro-portion of patients and the maintenance of normal platelet counts. Korean authority oper-ates a unified mandatory national health insurance system. Even though we have a uni-form standard guideline enforced by insurance reimbursement, there are several un-solved issues in real practice in ITP treatment. To optimize the management of Korean ITP patients, the Korean Society of Hematology Aplastic Anemia Working Party (KSHAAWP) reviewed the consensus and the Korean data on the clinical practices of ITP therapy. Here, we report a Korean expert recommendation guide for the management of ITP.

Earthquake resistant performance of steel frame with hysteretic damper

이 논문은 이력감쇠기, 즉 unbonded brace를 이용한 폐브레이싱된 골조의 거동을 지배하는 구조적 특성을 연구하였으며, 이를 이용한 골조의 설계지침 개선을 제시코자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 시간이력댐퍼를 이용한 6층 폐브레이싱된 골조의 지진거동을 예시로 제시하였다. 또한 좌굴방지 브레이싱의 기계적 특징과 장점에 대해 간략히 서술하였다. 골조의 형상과 특성의 중요 파라메타의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 비선형동적해석을 수행, 비교 분석하였다. This paper highlights research being conducted to identify ground motion and structural characteristics that control the response of concentrically braced frames using hysteretic damper, unbonded brace, and to identify improved design procedures and code provisions. The focus of this paper is on the seismic response of six story concentrically braced frames utilizing hysteretic damper. A brief discussion is provided regarding the mechanical properties of such braces and the benefit of their use. Results of detailed nonlinear dynamic analyses are then examined for specific cases to characterize the effect on key response parameters of structural configurations and proportions.

柳成龍의 懲毖錄 撰述과 人物 評價 : 李舜臣과 元均을 중심으로

류성룡은 임진왜란을 맞아 국정의 최고 관료로서 전란를 극복하는 데 가장 큰 역할을 하였다. 그는 임란기 역할과 활동에 대한 정당한 평가를 받지 못한 채, 예상치 못한 상황에서 발생한 정응태 무고사건으로 정치적 위기를 맞았다. 류성룡이 이 무고사건을 변무하기 위한 진주사에 자원하지 않은 것은 탄핵의 빌미가 되었고, 대간들은 그의 임란 책임론을 거론하여 류성룡을 집요하게 탄핵하였다. 이와 같은 대간들의 류성룡에 대한 탄핵은 임란기 그의 책임론을 넘어서, 그를 문묘종사와 조종조에 해악을 끼친 간인으로 지목하기에 이르렀다. 또한 류성룡이 실각한 후에도 조정에서는 그의 임란기 활동에 대한 전면적인 비판이 일어나면서 그 책임론은 가열되었다. 이와 더불어 북인들은 류성룡이 일본과 화의를 주장했다고 하는 혐의를 제기하면서, 이에 동조한 인사들에 대한 탄핵으로 이어갔다. 따라서 류성룡에게 북인들이 제기했던 전란의 책임론과 화의에 대한 비판은 어떻게는 풀어야 하는 과제가 되었다. 이와 같은 정치적 위기의 순간에 류성룡은 징비록을 찬술하였다. 그 찬술 의도는 임란에 대한 반성과 함께 전란의 책임론에 대한 자기변호와 남인들의 정치적 위상을 재고하기 위해서였다. 이를 위해 류성룡은 징비록에서 상황적 근거를 들어 자신에게 제기된 문제들을 철저하게 반박하였다. 첫째, 일본의 침략을 받은 것은 일본과의 失和가 그 근본 원인이라고 지적하였다. 둘째, 이순신을 징비록 서술의 중심에 세우고 원균과 상호 비교하여 서술하였다. 이러한 의도는 임란 전공을 둘러싼 선조와 조정 대신들의 공신책봉 논리를 전면적으로 비판하기 위해서였다. 따라서 류성룡은 정치적 위기의 상황에서 징비록의 찬술을 통해서 자신에게 제기된 책임론을 철저하게 비판하여 그 혐의를 벗고자 하였다. 또한 그는 이순신을 징비록 서술의 중심으로 내세움으로써, 임란기 자신의 정치적 활동에 대한 정당한 평가를 받고자 했다. 그렇게 함으로써 류성룡은 자신과 남인의 정치적 정당성을 확보하고자 했던 것이다. 주제어 : 류성룡, 징비록, 정응태 무고사건, 임란 책임론, 선조, 탄핵, 북인, 남인, 이순신, 원균

This paper experimentally investigates the seismic performance of RC columns retrofitted by Super Reinforcement with Flexibility (SRF). A total of three specimens with a scale factor of 1/2 were constructed and tested in order to assess the structural behavior of the retrofitted RC columns. One specimen was a non-seismically designed column without any retrofitting method while others were retrofitted with either one or two layers of SRF by using urethane adhesive. The static cyclic testing with a constant axial load was conducted to assess the seismic performance of the retrofitted RC columns. It is concluded that the SRF retrofitting method increases the strength and ductility of the RC columns and can also impact on the failure mode of the columns.
