        요가지도자의 지도유형이 수련생의 운동몰입과 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the influences among yoga instructors’ leadership style, exercise flow and life satisfaction. The subjects of this research were the yoga trainees who participated in 2014 Korea Yoga Conference, and 297 subjects were sampled through convenience sampling method. In order to achieve this study, the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 21.O. program. The results were as follows: First, the instructors’ leadership style had an influence on exercise flow. Second, the instructors’ leadership style had an influence on life satisfaction. Third, the exercise flow of yoga trainees had an influence on life satisfaction.

        아파트 매매가 추이 예측에 관한 연구: 정부 정책, 경제, 수요·공급 속성을 중심으로

        한국 자산 시장에서 부동산이 가지는 영향력에도 불구하고 시장 추이 예측은 쉽지 않으며, 그중 아파트는 주거 공간인 동시에 투자 속성을 내포하고 있어 더욱 예측이 쉽지 않다. 아파트 가격에 영향을 주는 요인은 다양하며 지역적 특성 또한 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 서울시 전체, 강남 3구, 노원, 도봉, 강북, 금천, 관악, 구로구의 아파트 매매가에 영향을 미치는 요인과 특성을 비교하고 이를 기반으로 가격 예측의 가능성을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 분석에는 신경망, CHAID, 선형회귀, 랜덤포레스트 등 머신러닝 알고리즘이 사용되었다. 서울시 전체 아파트 평균 매매가에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소는 정부 정책 요소였으며, 거래규제 완화, 금융규제 완화 등의 완화 정책이 영향력이 높게 도출되었다. 강남 3구의 경우 정책의 영향력이 낮은 것으로 파악되었으며 강남구의 경우 주택 공급량이 가장 중요한 요인이었다. 반면 6개의 중·하위 구들은 정부 정책이 중요 변수로 작용하였으며 공통적으로 금융규제 정책이 영향을 끼치는 요인이었다. Despite the influence of real estate in the Korean asset market, it is not easy to predict market trends, and among them, apartments are not easy to predict because they are both residential spaces and contain investment properties. Factors affecting apartment prices vary and regional characteristics should also be considered. This study was conducted to compare the factors and characteristics that affect apartment prices in Seoul as a whole, 3 Gangnam districts, Nowon, Dobong, Gangbuk, Geumcheon, Gwanak and Guro districts and to understand the possibility of price prediction based on this. The analysis used machine learning algorithms such as neural networks, CHAID, linear regression, and random forests. The most important factor affecting the average selling price of all apartments in Seoul was the government’s policy element, and easing policies such as easing transaction regulations and easing financial regulations were highly influential. In the case of the three Gangnam districts, the policy influence was low, and in the case of Gangnam-gu District, housing supply was the most important factor. On the other hand, 6 mid-lower-level districts saw government policies act as important variables and were commonly influenced by financial regulatory policies.

      • 미강유의 TG組成에 관한 硏究

        High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to the anlaysis of triglycerides of rice bran oil. The tiglycerides were clearly separated in five peaks by HPLC on a column packed with μ-Bondapack C18 using methanol-chloroform mixture as a solvent. compositions of the triglyceride and fatty acid of the fraction was also analyzed by gas liquid chromatography(GLC). Each of these collected fractions gave three to four peaks in the GLC chromatograms according to the carbon number of the triglyceride. The fitty acid compositions of these triglycerides were mainly composed of C16:0, C18:1 and C18:2 fatty acids. The major triglycerides of the rice bran oil were found to be those of (C16:0, C18:1, C18:2;16.64%), (2xC18:1, C18:2;16.18%), (3xC18:1;13.7%), (C16:0, 2xC18:1;12.77%), (C18:1, 2xC18:2;9.16%) and (C16:0, 2xC18:2;6.42%)

        1. I tried to abstract the guantity of copper Contained within osyters living on the two different environments, One of which had beed taken from Soo-yong River Contaminnated moreby the industrial absolute water than the other taken from the vicinity of Hyon-je Islands within 20miles off the coast of Busan. 2. The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was applied to determine the guantity of copper contained within osyters and then the result was compared with the articles of Elvehjen Lindow (1928)and of Elvehjen Hartt (1931)who Contributed them to the Fish and wildlife Service. 3. The duration of reseurch spanned from June, 10 1975 to August, 25 1976. Eeach sampling has been made from at (A) 16m, B 8m, (C) 2m in each deplh of the above sea, and (D) Soo-yong River oysters. Then the guantity of copper Contained within oysters was (A) 20.995ppm, (B) 20.88ppm, (C) 21.323ppm and (D) 22.72ppm 4. It was unable to find out the noticeable margin among the samples in various depth because of the ebb and flow, But it is likely to have been increased the guantity of Copper by the environmental effects.

        The damage of plasmid DNA by malonaldehyde and hexanal to elucidate the DNA damage mechanism by lipid peroxidation products was investigated through 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. DNA damage was induced by malonaldehyde and dexanal, byt its mechanism was due to the formation of the DNA-carbonyl compound complex, not to the scission of DNA strand. And there was not the effects of avtive oxygens on the DNA damage by malonaldehtde and hexanal.

      • Linoleic acid의 酸化에 의한 活性酸素種의 生成

        The Formation of superoxide anion(·O_2^-)and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) during linoleic acid peroxidation were investigated in linoleic acid-aqueous system at 37℃. Superoxide anion was rapidly generated in the early stage of peroxidation, marked to 0.375(absorbance at 560mm) in the 12mM linoleic acid(POV below 80millieq/kg) incubated for Ⅰ day and then decrased with time-elapsed. Hydrogen peroxide was also rapidly generated in the early stage of peroxidation regardless of linoleic acid concentration. And, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase greatly inhibited the formation of superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide, respectively.

        This study aims to make clear the interrelations between each ion contained in salt produced by means of spontaneous evaporation and in salt produced by means of boiling evaporation. Comparative examination between each composition in the above mentioned kinds of salt was attemptted and the composition analysis of brine was conducted under the following methods. 1. The quantity of Ca was determined through the method of volumetric analysis that positive ion in the sample was extracted by precipitating with H_2S and ammonia liquid, the filtered liquid was alkalized and was precipitated into CaC_2O_4 with (NH_4)_2C_2O_4 sol, the precipitated material was decomposed into C_2O_4H_2 sol with dil H_2SO_4 and finally this C_2O_4H_2 sol was titrated with KMnO_4 sol. 2. The quantity of Mg was determined by adding (NH_4)_2HPO_4 sol to the liquid of Mg salt, by precipitating this with MgNH_4PO_4 to burn, and finally by determining this as Mg_2P_2O. 3. K was quantitatively analyzed by melting the compound of NaCl, Kcl into the precipitation of KClO_4 with HClO_4 so. 4. The compound of Nacl, Kcl was precipitated with HClO_4 sol into KClo_4 and the value of K was taken from Nacl, Kcl to get the value of Na. 5. The quantitative determination of Cl followed the Mr. Mohr's method. 6. The quantity of Br_2 was determined by adding K_2Cr_2O_7, H_2SO_4 to the sample to boil and by collecting the separated Br_2 from the compound liquid of NaOH, H_2O_2 sol. this collected NaBr liquid was again added to by K_2Cr_2O_7, H_2SO_4 and boiled in order to collect this separated Br_2 into Kl sol. This separated iodide was titrated with normal solution of Na_2S_2O_3 sol to get the quantity of Br_2 7. The quantity of SO_4, was determined by the method that the sample was slightly acidified with Hcl and to this solution BaCl_2 sol was added and precipitated with BaSO_4 and then dried by heating in order to get the determination. The result of this analysis shows the fact that generally the amount of each composition of salt made by means of boiling evaporation is greater than that of salt made by means of spontaneous evaporation except the fact that the amount of Cl' is almost same in both cases. The sequence of the amount of each composition in salt is as follows: Cl″, SO″_4, Mg, Na, K, Br_2, Ca(from the highest amount to the lowest).
