The author has reported already that the Lubricating conditions of the gears remarkably affect the endurance Limit of the pitting. To explain these phenomena theoretically, the author has analysed the hydrodynamic lubrication film of the gears, taking into account the elastic deformations of the rolling surfaces and the film temperature. In the present report, however, it is shown that the experimental results for the pitting are reasonablly explained with the aid of the above theoretical analysis. That is the thicker the theoretical film thickness is, the more the cut-marks of grinding of the gear surfaces remain after the running. Further, if the maximum film Pressure calculated on the basis of the above theory is taken instead of Hertz stress, the wohler curve becomes only one curve under various lubricating conditions. These results show that the pitting must be analyzed with the aid of the hydrodynamic film lubrication theory.

In this thesis, the sequence of calculating the proper conclude force has been investigated by making use of the experiment consequence done by above-mentioned men, along with the example of friction joining, power a hexagonal bolt nut and the result of calculation has been expressed through a diagram or a table.

CO₂아크용접기를 위한 3상 전압형컨버터의 입력역률개선

Diode rectifier has been widely used as preregulator in CO2 arc welding machine, which has an advantage of low cost in application field. One of the demerits of diode-bridge rectifiers, is the line-current harmonic caused by the nonlinear nature of rectifier operation. As it is linked to power utility, a disorder of other instruments can be burst out, and the reactive power degenerates the total system efficiency The adoption of voltage source PWM converters can be considered and it must catch the compromise of system performance and cost. So, in this paper voltage source converters which have single and six control switch respectively, are analyzed and confirmed through digital simulation and experiments. In addition the improved input characteristics of CO2 arc welding machine known as low power factor system with nonlinear property, are shown and evaluated compared to conventional one.

사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 유능성 욕구 충족의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to test moderating effect of the competence need satisfaction on the relation between social anxiety and subjective well-being. A self-report questionnaire was administered to 235 college students. Data were analyzed by the structural equational modeling (SEM). The results are summarized as follows. First, the moderating effect of the need for competence on the relation between social anxiety and subjective well-being was significant. That is, in the low need for competence group, the higher the level of social anxiety the lower level of subjective well-being. In contrast, in the high need for competence group, the relation between social anxiety and subjective well-being was not significant. These results imply that the need for competence may serve as a buffer against the negative effects of the social anxiety on subjective well-being. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for further research were discussed. 본 연구는 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 유능성 욕구 충족의 조절효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 235명에게 자기보고식 설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 유능성 욕구 충족의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 유능성 욕구 충족 수준에 따른 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감 간 단순회귀선의 기울기를 검증한 결과, 유능성 욕구 충족의 수준이 낮은 집단에서는 사회불안 수준이 높을수록 주관적 안녕감 수준이 유의하게 낮았지만, 유능성 욕구 충족의 수준이 높은 집단에서는 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계가 유의하지 않았다. 이는 유능성 욕구 충족은 사회불안이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완충하는 요인으로 작용함을 시사한다. 마지막으로, 이 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

We have demanded the preventive the accident because fracture happened that thread with friction, vibration impact, sliding so on got loose by unexpected several forms. The cause of thread getting loose has happened to deflection by roughness from contact part, plastic deformantion insurface of seat, friction from contact part, deflection of gasket so on thread on the surface of seat, vibration from contact forcing vanishment and getting loose by wear. In this paper, I have studied the preventive of getting loose and effect on the thread which I had comparatively studied with result of experiment, for example, in case of vibration and impact without of getting loose rotation and with rotation.

능동전력필터 기능을 갖는 병렬형 무정전 전원 시스템의 해석 및 설계

Conventional UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems offer load voltage continuity and are standing by power outage when the utility power is maintained normal. It has a low efficiency because it operate at power failure. Harmonic currents induced by switching supplies badly distort the output waveform of power sources. Utility power quality has become an important issue recently. So various APF(Active Power Filter) has been proposed to suppress harmonics caused by nonlinear load. This paper presents a new concept of UPS system that provides the combined functions of APF. An off-line UPS similar to voltage type APF that proposed in this paper. The operation of the new off-line UPS system used not only eliminate the harmful harmonics caused by nonlinear load but also offer load voltage continuity. A half-bridge inverter is utilzed to deliver clean power to the loads during power outage or to suppress the harmonics from the line current in normal. It is efficient and economical because the one inverter use for combined function. We use 8051 single chip microprocessor for software synchronization, generation of reference voltage waveform and SSR(Solid State Relay)control. Its transient performance is good at the moment of the change of operation mode.
