        Technological Capability Analysis of Competitor Using Patent Information: Focused on Mobile Communication Technology development companies

        Patent information analysis has been carried out for technological capability analysis of competitors relating to next generation mobile communication. Various analysis methods, such as applicant analysis, technology classification analysis, indicator analysis and the like have been utilized as a method of analyzing patent information. As a first step for the technological capability analysis of competitors, applicants having high patent activity(PA) were selected, and as a second step therefor, technology classifications showing high technological independence (TI) were selected. Furthermore, portfolios for technology classifications showing high technological independence in the patents of main applicants having high patent activity by matching results the first and second steps together were prepared. Through such a process, portfolios for important technologies which have been concentrically researched by competitors could be analyzed. Accordingly, the present analysis results will help to carry out strategic R&D management, such as the establishment of company R&D plans and patent strategies. 차세대 이동통신 관련 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석을 위해 특허정보 분석을 실시하였다. 특허정보의 분석방법으로는 출원인 분석, 기술분류 분석, 지표분석 등 여러 분석방법을 활용하였다. 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석 1단계로 특허활동도(Patent Activity:PA)가 높은 출원인을 선별하였고, 2단계로 기술자립도(Technological Independence:TI)가 높은 기술분류를 선별하였다. 그리고 1단계와 2단계 결과를 매칭하여 특허활동도가 높은 주요 출원인 중에서 기술자립도가 높은 기술분류에 대한 포트폴리오를 작성하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 경쟁기업간에 집중적으로 연구되고 있는 중요 기술 포트폴리오를 분석할 수 있다. 이 분석 결과는 기업의 R&D계획, 특허전략 수립 등 전략적 R&D 관리 수행을 돕는 역할을 할 것이다.

        경도인지장애 노인의 신체조성과 골밀도에 관한 연구

        In order to examine the correlation between cognitive functions, body composition and bone mineral density, the research compared and analyzed body composition and regional bone mineral density of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. The result of body composition shows that there was no significant difference in skeletal muscle mass, body mass and fat mass between two groups. But only in leg muscle, the elderly with mild cognitive impairment showed significantly lower result than the normal group. Through the result, it is considered that, in order to increase the life standard, exercise to increase leg muscle of senile dementia patients is a must as gait capability and balance have significant effect on falling and daily life of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. As a result of comparing regional skeletal bone mineral density between two groups, it was found that the density in lumbar area was significantly low for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment whereas no significant difference was found in femoral area. Such result shows that the higher cognitive function is, the more bone mineral density corresponds to the preceding studies. It is considered that, if the research can be conducted with further expansion of parts and more number of research subjects, it is anticipated that more systematic researches on cognitive function and bone mineral density could to be conducted.

        성인 뇌성마비 장애인의 하지근력이 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        Patients with cerebral palsy have abnormal posture and tension due to rigidity, stiffness, and malfunction, causing abnormal development of the musculoskeletal system. These problems cause muscle imbalance, which affects the overall physical exercise ability including sitting, standing up and walking. These changes lead to a decline in balancing ability, resulting in a tertiary disorder, such as standing and walking. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of an exercise program that can effectively improve the leg strength and walking ability of adult cerebral palsy patients by investigating the effect of leg strength on walking ability by measuring the strength and walking ability of adults with cerebral palsy. As a result, 60°/sec extension and 60°/sec flexion of the knee joint, 300°/sec extension and 300°/sec flexion were significantly correlated with total waling distances (.552~.659), and there was a significant correlation (.562~.601) between the 60°/sec extension and 60°/sec flexion of the knee joint and walking average distance per second (P<.05). However, there was no significant correlation between walking distance per second and lower limb muscle strength. Also, regression analysis showed that 60°/sec of the knee joint had a significant effect on walking ability (P<.05). Knee joint 60°/sec was predictive variable to explain walking ability by 37%. In conclusion, among the lower limb muscle strength of patients with cerebral palsy, knee joint muscle strength and muscle endurance influence walking distance and cycle. And it became clear that the muscle strength of the knee joint is the most important factor to predict the walking ability of patients with cerebral palsy.

        6개월간의 운동프로그램이 척추측만 중학생의 신체조성, 체력 및 Max angle에 미치는 영향

        Sixty middle school students(30 exercise group, 30 control group) who were diagnosed over 10 degree lumbar Max angle measured by X-ray were attended in 6 months exercise program for improving scoliosis. The were tested three times; before, duaring and after the participation of the program, for weight, height, body composition(body fat, lean mass), physical fitness(flexible, general endurance, muscle strength, agility), Max angle. As a result, after 6 months exercise program middle school students who have a scloliosis improved in body composition, physical fitness and max angle of spinal.

        정구선수의 견관절 가동범위와 상·하지 근력 및 근지구력이 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of movable range of shoulder joint and muscular strength and muscular endurance of upper·lower limbs on athletic performance by comparing and analyzing tennis players in business team and college team. 11 tennis players with no specific injury participated in this study as research subjects. Also, this study classified them into 2 groups of business team(n=5) and college team(n=6), and measured movable range of shoulder joint, maximum muscular strength of shoulder joint, and muscular function of knee joint. According to the result of measuring the movable range of shoulder joint, it was identified that external rotational angle was significantly high for the business team and college team(p<.05). According to the result of measuring the maximum muscular strength of shoulder joint, both extensor and flexor muscle were significantly high for the business team and college team (p<.05). To conclude, factors that can make positive effect on athletic performance of business team and college team were movable range of shoulder joint and maximum muscular strength of shoulder joint, and there was difference between business team and college team for muscular function of knee joint but it is not considered as a factor that makes effect on athletic performance.

        유산소성 운동프로그램이 고령여성의 신체조성, 생활체력 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        We evaluated the value of aerobic exercise training on body composition, physical fitness in the daily lives, and blood components. The exercise program in this study consisted of aerobic training for 12 weeks. A total of 30 healthy, elderly women (age 65-75), were randomly assigned to either an aerobic exercise training group (n=15), or a control group (n=15). The effects of 12-week aerobic exercise training on body composition, physical fitness in the daily lives, VO<sub>2max</sub> and blood components, were studied at pre and post exercise training. During the period, compared with the control group, the exercise training group showed significant variations (p<.05) in arm curl, standing up and sitting down a chair, standing up from a supine position, sit-and-reach, stretch test, leg endurance against wall, 10m walking speed, and VO<sub>2max</sub>. The body composition change in fat-free mass (p<.05) was observed, but no significant change in the blood components was obtained. These data suggest that greater improvements in body composition, physical fitness in the daily lives, were achieved during 12 weeks and marked changes were surveyed when aerobic exercise training was added to program by elderly women.

        치매 고위험 노인의 보행능력과 균형능력에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted on 16 senior citizens who visits the dementia patient support center in K-gu, Seoul City. Through simple examination, the group was divided into ordinary group and dementia-high-risk group. Each group was consist of 4 male and 4 female. The results and analysis of tests on gait ability and balance ability are following. 1. High-risk group showed superior balance ability over ordinary group (p<.01). 2. In regards of gait ability, high-risk group's step cycle and gait index was meaningfully lower than ordinary group (p<.05). No significant difference was shown in gait velocity, way of walking and error rate. These results can be summarized as that toppling is a related signal to dementia. It can be concluded that development of gait training and regular physical movement are needed to prevent dementia.
