At present, the students majoring in tourism approach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is balanced between creativity and specialty. And yet, the initial step of on-the -job training has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are known as a beginning stage. Thus, this study is focusing on the on-the -job training in the area of tourism major in technical college. The study outlines: First, to find the purpose, necessity and linkage of on-the-job training Second, to analyze the current situation and process of tourism major in technical college and to provide issues and alternative solutions. The issues and alternative solutions are as follows: First, A placement for trainee is not aligned with a purpose of the on the job training. Second, Due to high staying cost in case of students from provincial area, a systematic support such as a dormitory facility would be required. Third, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regular employee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Forth, According to a survey result, the degree of satisfaction and achievement among trainees is shown as low after the completion of job training. Fifth, As a result of unavailable service training and time barrier by companies, an effective service and technical training have not been provided. Sixth, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Seventh, Many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service; however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university. Eighth, A general image on tourism business is known as a negative influence on students' parents as well as a job market in tourism business circle. In doing so, a flexible operating system is more important for to implement job training than a social system or training program itself. In particular, tourism business known as labor intensive is sensitive to economy change. Since a tourism business is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports are needed as follows: First, An active support on job training provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuous driving force and a thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, A government's active concern on a system alignment and financial support on-the-job training is inevitable. Forth, In order to achieve a objectives and practical and effective job training, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.

한방의료체험을 통한 한방의료관광 인식이 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 - 대장금 한방의료체험 행사장을 방문한 중국관광객을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to reveal how 3 factors which are Influence of satisfaction, perception and importance of Oriental medical Tourism is effective on Revisit intention through the Oriental Medical Experience. The result of this study are listed. First, entertainment and deviation factors among the oriental medical experience factors influenced satisfaction of oriental medical tourism. Second, There are no relation between factors on oriental medical experience and perception of oriental medical tourism. Third, entertainment, education, deviation and esthetics factors influenced importance of oriental medical tourism. And also, education factor influenced negatively on importance of oriental medical tourism. Satisfaction of oriental medical tourism influenced intention to revisit, intention of oriental medical tourism didn't influence on intention to revisit. Today, there are limited studies on oriental medical tourism. Thus, as figuring out desire and behavior, this study may be used basic material for making program of oriental medical experience. 최근 한국을 방문하는 중국 관광객의 수가 한국 관광시장에서 영향력이 높아지고 있어 이들에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 삶의 질이 중요해지고 있는 21세기를 맞아 의료관광(Medical Tourism)이 부각되고 있고, 이러한 가운데 우수한 한의학 인력자원과 함께 우리 고유의 독특하고 체계적인 한의학을 바탕으로 하는 한방의료관광이 세계적으로도 경쟁력을 갖기에 충분하다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내의 의료관광에 대한 연구 동향이 주로 양방에 한정되어 진행되고 있고, 우리나라 고유의 전통의학을 활용한 한방의료관광에 대한 연구가 많이 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 한방의료체험 후의 한방의료관광에 대한 만족 수준과 인지 수준, 중요 수준이 재방문의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것이며, 이와 같이 관광객들의 재방문을 유도하려는 노력은 한방의료관광에 있어서 핵심적인 전략이라 할 수 있다.

This study, based on Professor Jeong Hong-gyu’s discovery of Father Emile Take and records and dissemination of his pastoral activities, examines the French priest’s dedication to Catholic missionary work in Korea for 55 years from the age of 24 to 79 and the nationality of Jeju’s king cherry trees. The research began with the hope that all Koreans should know about the achievement and be able to properly enjoy the scenery of Prunus yedoensis blossoms. The results of this study are as follows: First, Emil Take should actively promote Jeju’s Bonggae-dong, Gwaneumsa, and Singye-ri Yoshino cherry trees’ native habitats in Jeju, and build a “Jeju Island’s native Prunus yedoensis tree trail.” Second, we need to develop Jeju eco-tourism products and an eco-tourism tour course that link Jeju Seogwipo Myeonhyeong House⇒Seogwipo Cathedral, which was the pastoral journey of Father Emil Take, and the “Jeju Island native cherry tree trail.” Third, a “spiritual eco-tourism trail” must be established to visit the cherry blossom trees at Mokpo Sanjeong-dong Cathedral, Naju Noan Cathedral, Masan St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Seongji Girls’ High School, and Daegu Catholic University Justino Campus, where Father Take was assigned. In addition, a course to visit the clergy cemetery in Namsan-dong, Archdiocese of Daegu, where Father Emil Take is resting, must be established.

Identification of the Marker Genes Related With Chronic Mitral Valve Disease in Dogs

We aimed to identify genomic variations as well as the marker genes related with chronic mitral valve disease (CMVD) in Canis lupus familiaris using whole genome resequencing, which provides valuable resources for further study. Two ten-year old female Canis lupus familiaris English cocker spaniels were used for this study, one control and one who had been diagnosed as CMVD. For the whole genome resequencing, muscles from the left ventricular wall were collected from each dog. With the HiSeq DNA Shotgun library and HiSeqTM 2000 platform, whole genome resequencing was performed. From the results, we identified 5 million and 6 million variants in gene expression in the control and CMVD-diagnosed subject, respectively. We then selected the top 1,000 genes from the SNP, INS, and DEL mutation and 675 genes among them were overlapped for every mutation between the control and CMVD-diagnosed patient. Interestingly, in both groups, the intron variant (91.16 and 91.18%) and upstream variant (3.10 and 3.08%) are most highly related. Among the overlapped 675 genes, gene ontology for intracellular signal transduction is highly counted in INS, and DEL, and SNPs (35, 33, 31, respectively). In this study, we found that the COL and CDH gene families could be key molecules in identifying the difference in gene expression between control and CMVD-diagnosed dogs. We believe further studies will prove the importance of variants in key molecule expression and that these data will serve as a valuable foundation stone the study of canine CMVD.

파주 지역 역사문화유산의 관광 클러스터 구축 방안: 파주 허준 묘역을 중심으로

요약: 본 연구의 목적은 허준에서 발원한 웰니스 자원을 파주지역의 역사문화유산과 결합하여 효과적으로 지역발전의 동력으로 활용할 수 있는 관광 클러스터 구축 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 클러스터의 개념과 관광에서 클러스터를 어떻게 적용하는지에 대해 연구하고 둘째, 허준 묘역을 중심으로 파주지역에 적용할 수 있는 클러스터 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 일반 클러스터의 4개 유형과 관광클러스터 여섯 개 유형 중 파주형 한방 웰니스 클러스터에 적합한 모델은 허브-앤-스포크 클러스터 모델이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 클러스터 권역 구성의 기반으로 하고, 그 내재적 기능은 수평적 클러스터가 작동하도록 설정한다. 파주에 적용할 클러스터는 의성 허준이라는 인물과 파주의 자생 한약재를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠와 한약재 개발이 중심 콘셉트로 구성되어야 하고 이를 체험 할 수 있는 클러스터 지역( 율곡수목원 인근)에 유관시설(허준 성역화 묘역, 허준 또는 동의보감 체험관, 한약초 체험길, 허준 한약초 연구소, 동의보감 웰니스 연수원, 동의보감 약선 레스토랑)이 관광활동의 중심지가 되도록 제안한다. 이 클러스터가 제대로 작동되면 이곳에 관련 사업이 지리적 근접성으로 연결되고 이들 시설들 간에 물류와 서비스 네트워크가 수평적으로 원활하게 작동하도록 지자체는 적극적인 행정지원을 해야 한다. 다만, 파주 한방 클러스터 구축을 위해서 검토해야 할 것은 파주지역의 수도권 정비계획법과 군사시설보호법 등과의 저촉 여부를 먼저 검토해야 한다.

지역에 내재된 역사문화유산의 관광자원화 방안: 파주 허준 묘역의 한방의료관광을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 지역에 내재되어 있는 역사문화유산을 발굴하여 지역발전의 성장동력으로 삼고자 국가정책방향과 함께하는 ‘지역’ 과 ‘한방’ 그리고 ‘웰니스’의 코드를 함께 충족하는 파주와 허준에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 파주는 허준의 의학적 소양을 함양한 곳이고 어렵게 발견한 허준 묘역 성역화를 추진해야 한다. 파주시는 허준 묘역 주변의 민통선 해제를 위한 신규 경계선 구축 예산의 확보가 필요하고, 자유로운 출입 방안을 모색하기 위한 1사단 및 국방부와 밀접한 논의를 서둘러야 한다. 둘째, 대한한의사협회가 공식적 참배를 하고 있으므로 허준 묘역을 중심으로 한의약의 본향 역할을 실행할 수 있는 전국적 홍보마케팅이 필요하다. 이를 위해 파주시는 허준 묘역 성역화와 더불어 동의보감 자료관과 허준 한방체험관을 건립하여 ‘허준 묘역을 품고 있는 한방건강도시 파주’라는 장소마케팅을 펼쳐야 한다. 셋째, 허준 묘역 주변 관광자원과 연계 개발하기 위해서 허준 한방 트레킹 길(허준묘역~덕진산성~초평도)과 허준 동의보감 트레킹 길(장산전망대~화석정~율곡수목원)을 개발해야 한다. 이러한 활성화 방안이 성공한다면, 파주가 지닌 역사적인 인물, 천혜의 자연환경 등과 결합하여 허준 한방을 테마로 하는 ‘한방건강도시 파주‘라는 시너지 효과를 발휘할 수 있다. 그것이 곧 지역경제 활성화와 신규 및 재방문 관광객의 증대로 고용창출로 이어져 ‘지역의 번영’이라는 결실을 맺을 수 있다.

압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 이용한 가스 분무기 유동의 수치적 해석

The behavior of the flow about gas atomizers with a supersonic nozzle containing an under-expanded or over-expanded jet is very important with respect to performance and stability characteristics. Since detailed experiments are expensive, computational fluid mechanics have been applied recently to various relating flow field. In this study, a higher order upwind method with the 3rd order MUSCL type TVD scheme is used to solve the full Reynolds Wavier-Stokes equations. To delineate the purely exhaust jet effects, the melt flow is not considered. Comparison is made with some experimental data in terms of density fields. The influence of the exhaust-jet-to freestream pressure ratio and the effect of the protrusion length of the melt orifice are studied. The present study leads us to believe that the computational fluid mechanics should be considered as powerful tool in predicting the gas atomizer flows.
