Die Dichtung entsteht aus der Sehnsucht nach der Wiederkehr zu dem urspru¨nglichen Wesen der Menschen. Der Grundzug der Dichtung ist als eine Phase bezeichnet, in der sich des verborgene Wesen des Ichselbstes kla¨rt. Die Erkenntnis, daβ ich Nichts bin, bird in der Dichtung ausgedru¨ckt, wie wir die menschlichen Grundeigenschaft seven. Je nach der literaturgeschichtlichen Periode habe ich dieses Thema durch die antiken Trago¨dien, Shakes-pear's Trago¨dien, Trago¨diens des deutschen Realismus, Fragmenten von F. Kafka und G. Benn, und Roman von M. Frisch.

Evaluation of job satisfaction of nurses is very important for solving the problems which occur in hospital duty and to set up policies of job procedures. This study was undertaken to investigate the responses and the priorities in job satisfaction. This data were collected through questionnaires from 177 nurses working at two hospitals in Kwangju City during the period of December 12~24,1980. The questionnaires developed by the researcher included 46 questions concerned vvith job satisfaction; i. e. professional status, interaction, task requirements, administration, doctor-nurse relationships, Pay, and personal autonomy. The results obtained can be summarized as follows: 1) The response of job satisfaction occording to hospital duty was most positive 63.9% in Hospital A and 53.0% in hospital B for personal autonomy and most negative 26.2% in hospital A and 25.4% in hospital B for administration. 2) The response of job satisfaction. according to educational level was most positive 64.6% for graduates from junior colleges and 61.5% for graduates from four-year colleges for autonomy and most negative junior college 26.1%, four-vear college 24.8% for administration in hospital A. In hospital B, it was most positive 51.8% & 54.6% for interaction and most negative for doctor-unrse relationship among graduates from junior college 24. 4% and for administration among graduates from fouryear colleges 25.9% 3) The response of priority according to each item showed that personal autonomy is considered the most important and administration the least important in bofh hospitals.

Response surface methodology was employed to optimize extraction conditions for finding the maximal functional properties of Pleurotus eryngii. Based on central composite design, the study plan was established with variations of microwave power (30-150 W), ethanol concentration (0-99.9%), and extraction time (1-9 min). Regression analysis was applied to obtain a mathematical model. A maximal yield of 47.86% was obtained when the microwave power, ethanol concentration, and extraction time were set at 122.7 W, 42.14%, and 8.3 min, respectively. A maximized electron donating ability of 93.32% was found under the following conditions: a microwave power of 144.19 W, an ethanol concentration of 49.52%,and an extraction time of 6.7 min. Whenthe microwave power, ethanol concentration, and extraction time were set at 125.43 W, 40.54%, and 8.1 min, respectively, the maximum nitrite-scavenging ability was 80.47%. The optimum ranges of the extraction conditions, superimposed by the response surface methodology, couldpredicate a microwave power of 110-150 W, ethanol concentration of 0-45%, and extraction time of 7-9 min.

This study was designed to investigate the relationship among morale, task performance. and burnout experience of nurses. Two hundred and fourteen nurses working in clinical settings were selected by purposing sampling at 1 university hospital and 2 general hospitals in Kwangju. The data was collected from August 31 to September 9, 1992. For this study, three instruments were used. For measuring nurse's morale, Choi's instrument was used. The questionnaire is corn posed of 32 items. For measuring task performance, Lee's Nursing Performance Evaluation Tool was used The questionnaire is composed of 44 items For measuring nurse's burnout experience used which developed by Pines. The questionnaire is composed of 21 items. The data were analyzed by frequency, t-test. ANOVA. Pearson 's Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The level of nurse's morale was 2.90 point(by 5 point scale) The level of nurse's task performance was 3.50 point (by 5 point scale) and the level of nurse's burnout experience was 3.64 point (by 7 point scale) 2. The relationship among morale, task performance and burnout experience of nurses. The 1st hypothesis. "The higher the level of morale, the level of task performance would be higher." was supported(r=0.455. p<0.001). The 2nd hypothesis, "The higher the level of morale, the level of burnout experience would be lower." was supported (r=-0.572, P<0.001). The 3rd hypothesis. "The higher the level of task performance, the level of burnout experience would be lower." was supported(r=-0.280. P<0.001).
