Since the first successful power flight by the Wright brothers in the early 20th century, human and material movement using aircraft has become an important axis of transportation today. In particular, aircraft accounts for almost absolute proportion of human movement between countries, and aircraft-related accidents are more damaging to humans and materials than other means of transportation. So the importance of security activities is being emphasized. From this background, this study compared and analyzed the major curriculum of aviation Security-related departments at four-year universities in Korea to derive implications for fostering aviation security personnel expected to increase explosively in the post-COVID-19 era. As a result of the analysis, the major curriculum of aviation Security-related departments in Korea was still limited to general education for the security industry, and there was a lack of professional practical education proportional to the needs of the industry. In particular, it was judged that the specific major curriculum according to the specialization direction of each university was somewhat insufficient. However, in this study, specific alternatives were insufficient, and in the future, I will try to derive integrated results for presenting a curriculum suitable for practice, focusing on the implications derived from this study.

This paper focused on challenges and directions of cooperation between China and Korea, as allies to the two sides of DPRK-US conflicts and the countries concerned on the Korean nuclear issue, in promoting the peace process on the Korean Peninsula in the context of the currently deadlocked DPRK-US talks. For this purpose, it looked into main challenges facing the peace process: the absence of a strategic plan agreed by North Korea and the United States to change the structural contradictions and general pattern on the Korean peninsula; disagreements among the parties concerned on denuclearization and shifting of the peace regime on the Korean peninsula; different stands taken by the parties towards U.S. Forces Korea. In addition, the cooperation between China and Korea seemed problematic: low political mutual trust in between; discrepant understanding of the Korean peninsula issue. To make the Korean peninsula a peace and denuclearized region early, China and Korea should avoid new friction, strengthen the strategic communication, give creative responses, and actively participate in the peace process on the Korean peninsula as leaders.
