X-Ray 영상에서 고주파 성분 기반 동적 가우시안 필터를 이용한 피부와 뼈 영역 분할 기법

본 논문에서는 X-Ray 영상에서 발 뼈의 골절 영역을 분석 및 진단하기 위한 전단계로서 X-Ray 영상에서 뼈와 피부 영역을 분할하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 X-Ray 영상의 피부 영역과 발 뼈 영역을 분할하기 위해 가우시안 필터를 적용하여 DOG 영상을 생성한다. 그러나 기존의 가우시안 필터는 정적으로 적용되기 때문에 영상을 촬영하는 부위와 각도에 따라 영상의 특성이 달라지는 X-Ray 영상에 적용하기에 부적합하다. 따라서 부위와 각도에 따라 영상의 특성 변화에 민감하지 않는 동적 가우시안 필터를 제안한다. 실험 결과에서는 제안하는 동적 가우시안 필터와 기존의 정적인 가우시안 필터를 각각 적용하여 생성된 DOG 영상에 대해서 발 뼈 영역과 피부 영역을 분할하고, 효율성을 TPR과 특이도로 분석한 결과, 제안된 동적 가우시안 필터를 적용한 방법이 정적 가우시안 필터보다 평균적으로 TPR는 0.12%와 특이도는 평균적으로 0.36%가 개선된 것을 확인하였다.
New Competitive Priority Rating Method of Customer Requirements for Customer-Oriented Product Design

Quality function deployment (QFD) has gained extensive international support as one of the powerful techniques to achieve higher customer satisfaction. In the QFD, correctly rating the final importance of customer requirements (CRs) is a crucial and essential process since it largely affects the target value setting of design requirements (DRs). The final importance ratings of CRs are generally determined by combining relative importance ratings (RIRs) and competitive priority ratings (CPRs). This paper proposes a new method to obtain the CPRs of CRs during the QFD process. The proposed CPR method constructs the customer satisfaction model based on the competitive benchmarking analysis and then evaluates the performance quality of company product using the author’s satisfaction and uncertainty measure. Furthermore, the CPR method is integrated with the Kano’s model to capture the different impacts of CRs on customer satisfaction. Finally, the proposed CPR method is illustrated with a numerical example of car door design problem.

The computer-based simulation tools are currently used overwhelmingly to simulate the performance of automotive designs. Then, the search for an optimal solution that satisfies a number of performance requirements usually involves numerous iterations among several simulation tools. Therefore, meta-modeling techniques are becoming widely used to build approximations of computationally expensive computer analysis tools. The set-based approach proposed in the first report of a four-part paper has been a test bed for the innovation of vehicle structure design process in the Structural Design and Fabrication Committee of JSAE(Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan). In the second report, the proposed design approach is illustrated with a side-door impact beam design example using meta-modeling techniques.
냉온처리 전후의 광환경 조건이 오이 묘의 생존율에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of light condition before and after chillingtreatment started at different times of a day on the survival and physiological responses of cucumberseedlings grown in a greenhouse. Percent survival of cucumber seedlings exposed to a chilling temper-ature of 2oC for 48 hours varied considerably depending upon the initiation time of chilling treat-ment. Seedlings exposed to chilling treatment from 7:00 o'clock, the end of a dark period, showedconsiderably lower % survival of 30.6% as compared to 90.2% in those exposed to the same treat-ment starting from 18:00 o'clock, the end of a photoperiod. This difference in % survival was found tobe closely associated with content of photosynthetic assimilates in seedlings. Relative amount of elec-trolyte leakage was 57.1% in seedlings chilled from 7:00 o'clock and 25.9% in seedlings chilled from18:00 o'clock. Among the ions found in the electrolyte leakage, content of K+ was the greatest, fol-lowed by that of Na+, Mg+ and Ca+2. Light illumination for 2 hours or longer shortly before chillingtreatment during the dark period was effective in increasing % survival of seedlings, probablybecause of increased photosynthetic assimilates in seedlings. Light illumination during a 48 hour chill-ing treatment at 3oC significantly reduced % survival to 43.3% as compared to 92.0% in seedlingskept continuously in darkness.
소맥엽신의 기공운동과 환경조건과의 관계 3 : 토양수분 및 도복이 소맥엽신의 기공개도에 미치는 영향

토양수분, 질소시비량 및 도복의 발생 유무가 소맥엽신의 기공개도에 미치는 영향을 알고져 소맥 조광 품종을 공시하여 침윤법으로 개화기에 기공개도의 일중변화를 조사하였던바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기공이 폐공되는 시각은 토양수분 Potential이 낮을수록 빨라졌으며 폐공되는 정도도 컸었다. 2. 기공개도는 하위엽이 상위엽에 비하여 작았고 토양수분 Potential 이 낮을수록 기공개도의 감소정도는 더욱 컸다. 3. 도복된 맥체의 기공개도는 정상 맥체에 비하여 작았는데 그 경향은 토양수분 정도 및 측정시각에 관계없이 동일하였다. 4. 질소 보비구는 소비구에 비하여 기공개도가 큰 일중변화를 하였는데 도복구나 건조구에서도 같은 경향이었다. 5. 도복후 일수가 경과함에 따라 기공개도는 크게 감소하였는데 도복후 6 일에는 무도복구에 비하여 50%이하의 개도를 보였으며 그 감소정도는 하위엽이 더욱 컸으며 일중에서는 오후에 현저하였다. This experiment was carried out to study in stomatal behaviour of wheat (Chokwang) upon the different soil water potentials, lodging and two different nitrogen treatment. Stomatal aperture was measured at flowering stage under diurnal course with two hour intervals, Stomatal apertures were differently changed according to soil water potentials and leaf position on the stem, showing the rapid closure of stomata at low soil water potential and the narrow opening at low leaf position of stem. Wider stomatal opening appeared at the plot of optimal nitrogen application than that of low nitrogen. It was greatly decreased in opening of stomata at plants lodged, appearing that plant investigated of six days after lodging showed less than 50% than that normal plants, which indicated peculiar decrease of low leaf position of stem at afternoon of diurnal course.
