가상복지공간을 활용한 독거노인 사례관리모형 탐색 : 가상현실예술융합을 기반으로

Along with the increase of single person households, the population of solitary elderly is upsurging, and the solitary elderly may often be placed in a vulnerable state due to loneliness, disease and medical problems, economic poverty, and lack of family support. In recent years, case management has been used as the most effective service to meet the chronic and complex needs of the solitary elderly. However, with prolonged life span, the elderly population has increased rapidly, and the number of solitary elderly who cannot carry out the most basic functions, such as grocery shopping and going to the hospital, is increasing quickly.It has become difficult to have them only as passive recipients of services. Therefore, to increase the active purchasing power of the elderly, an Internet-based purchasing system designed for the elderly needs to be adopted to enhance their lives and raise their satisfaction with life. This study will use case management for solitary elderly by utilizing virtual reality welfare spaces. 1인 가구의 증가와 더불어 독거노인 인구는 매해 급증하고 있고, 독거노인은 고독, 만성질병, 경제적 빈곤, 가족의 부양기능 부재 등으로 가장 취약한 상태에 놓여 있기 쉽다. 근래에 이러한 독거노인의 만성적이고 복합적인 욕구를 충족시키는 가장 효과적인 서비스로 사례관리가 적용되어 왔다. 그런데 수명 연장에 따른 고령인구가 급증하면서 거동이 불편하여 가장 기본 생활인 장보기나 병원 이동이 어려운 독거노인들이 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 노인들을 더 이상 수동적인 서비스 수혜자로 유지하기에는 국가적·사회적으로 한계에 이르렀다. 따라서 노인들의 능동적인 서비스 구매력을 높이기 위해서는, 인터넷을 활용한 노인 대상의 스마트 구매시스템을 제공하여 노인의 생활 자립과 삶의 만족을 높이는 접근이 요구된다. 노인을 위한 스마트 구매시스템에는 노인복지, 인문학, 예술, 과학기술이 창의적으로 융합되어서 노인의 신체 제한적, 인지능력 저하 등의 문제들을 가상현실 등 디지털기술 활용을 통해 다각적으로 해결하는 융합연구가 요청된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가상현실예술을 도입하여 의료 및 물건 구매 시스템을 구현한 가상복지공간을 활용한 독거노인 사례관리 모형을 탐색하고자 한다.

성인의 인권의식에 영향을 미치는심리적 및 인권관련 경험적 요인 탐색

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of self esteem and empathy as psychological factors, and human rights activities and education experience as empirical factors on the consciousness of human rights in adults. The questionnaire survey was conducted in November and December, 2018 to 501 Adults who belong to graduate schools located in Chungcheong-do and Gyeonggi-do. 469 sincerely answered were used and data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, descriptive statistic, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, first, self esteem and empathy as psychological factors were the significant predictors to explain the consciousness of human rights in adults. Second, human rights activity also was the significant predictor to explain the consciousness of human rights in adults. Third, but only education experience related to human rights didn’t has statistically significant effect on the consciousness of human rights. In conclusion, to improve the consciousness of human rights in adults, self esteem, empathy, human rights activities are important factors. 본 연구는 성인의 인권의식에 영향을 미치는 개인의 심리적 요인 및 인권관련 경험적 요인의 영향력을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 심리적 요인으로는 자존감 및 타인공감을, 인권관련 경험으로는 인권활동 및 인권교육 경험을 독립변인으로 설정하였고, 인권의식을 종속변인으로 설정하였다. 본 조사의 자료수집을 위하여 경기도 및 충청도에 위치한 대학원에 재학 중인 성인들을 조사대상으로 편의 표집하였다. 조사기간은 2018년 11월 25일부터 12월 25일까지였으며 설문에 참여한 응답자들은 총 501명이었다. 그 중에서 여러 항목을 누락하거나 성실하게 답변하지 않은 32부의 설문지를 제외하고 469부만을 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 검증한 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 개인의 심리적 요인인 자존감 및 공감능력은 인권의식을 높이는 영향요인으로 제시되었다. 둘째, 인권관련 경험적 요인인 사회적 약자에 대한 인권서명 및 자원봉사 또한 성인의 인권의식을 높이는 주요 영향요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 반면에 보편적으로 실시되는 일방적 강의형태의 인권교육은 인권의식을 높이는 요인으로 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 자존감 및 타인공감, 인권서명 경험 및 자원봉사 경험 등이 많을수록 인권의식이 높게 나타남을 알 수 있는 반면, 단순한 강의형태의 인권교육은 성인의 인권의식을 높이는데 통계적으로 유의하지 않을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본고에서는 지난 30년간 본 한국가족치료학회(KAFT)의 국제교류 발자취 및 현황을 파악하면서 이와 더불어 미국가족치료학회(AAMFT) 및 아시아가족치료학회(AAFT)의 국제교류 동향도 함께 탐색하고자 하였다. 또한 이렇게 수집된 자료를 근간으로 향후의 본 학회의 국제교류 방향성 및 발전방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 자료분석 방법은 주로 텍스트 분석으로, 홈페이지 및 관련 자료들에서 발견되는 독립적 의미를 연결하여 맥락을 발견하고자 하였다. 본 학회의 국제교류 텍스트로는 한국가족치료학회 홈페이지 및 학회원들에게 소장된 일부 미간행 자료가 포함되었고, 미국가족치료학회 및 아시아가족치료의 국제교류 내용은 주로 해당 홈페이지에 제시된 국제교류 내용을 파악하였다. 조사결과에 기반하여, 향후 국제사회에서 한국가족치료학회의 국제교류 강화 및 리더쉽 확보를 위한 추진방향 및 과업은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 학회의 구체적 활동을 알리는 SNS 및 뉴스레터를 통하여 학문 및 임상 영역에서의 새로운 성과나 업데이트, 소식 등을 상호 공유한다. 둘째, 본 학회는 IFTA를 벤치마킹하여 아시아 국가들에서 가족치료사로 활동할 수 있도록 자격인증 제도를 도입한다. 셋째, 해외 가족치료 및 상담 관련 센터, 협회들 간에 단발적이 아닌 정기적인 교류를 지속한다. 넷째, 워크샵 또는 여러 국제적 학술교류 이후에 청중들의 피드백이나 반응을 초청 연사들에게 전달하여, 향후 한 차원 높은 국제교류의 아이템을 지속적으로 개발한다. 이상과 같이, 본 학회의 국제교류 현주소를 확인하고 더 나아가 지속적 성장을 위한 제언을 하였다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the projects and works undertaken by the international network of the Korean Association of Family Therapy during the last 30 years, and to suggest directions and future goals for building and improving networks abroad in the field of family therapy. Methods: Text analysis was used to find information related to international perspectives from webpages for the Korean Association of Family Therapy and other international family therapy associations. Results: We made four suggestions. First, newsletters of KAFT should be disseminated to international organizations at least twice per year to share events, achievements, and updates in the clinical and academic field in Korea. Second, we should launch an international accreditation system in order to make KAFT’s certified family therapies applicable, especially in other Asian countries. Third, planning regular programs and events with clinical centers and organizations abroad may help with our better understanding clients with different cultural backgrounds. Fourth, it would be beneficial to provide feedback from attendees to international guest speakers and to develop strong relationships. Conclusions: Specific activities and suggestions applicable to the context of Korean family therapy were discussed.
