植物生長調節劑가 사과 Jonagold品種의 Anthocyanin形成에 미치는 影響

本 實驗은 1985年부터 1988年까지 4年間에 걸쳐 사과 Jonagold 品種의 着色增進에 目的을 두고 溫道와 植物生長調節劑 處理에 따른 anthocyanin 含量 變化를 調査한 結果는 다음과 같았다. 1. 16℃ 下에서 ABA 濃度가 1000ppm까지 높아질수록 anthocyanin 生成量이 增加하였으나 32℃에서는 ABA 濃度가 anthocyanin 生成에 기여하지 못했다. 2. GA 加用 ABA를 果實에 注射 處理했을 境遇 GA 濃度가 높을수록 anthocyanin含量이 減小했고 25℃보다 15℃에서 anthocyanin 含量이 더 많았다. 3. BA 加用 ABA를 注射 處理한 區가 無處理區에 비해 anthocyanin 含量이 적었으나 BA 加用 ABA의 水準別間에는 差異가 없었다. 4. 幼果의 境遇 ABA의 果皮內 注射는 anthocyanin 發現에 影響을 미치지 않았다. The present studies have been carried out to investigate the influence of plant growth regulators on the content of anthocyanin in the fruit of Malus domestica Borkh cv. Jonagold. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Anthocyanin content was increased at 16℃, but it was not increased at 32℃, being increased by the injection of ABA at concentration. 2. When the fruit was injected by ABA combined with GA₃, the anthocyanin content decreased as the GA₃concentration increased and it was higher when the fruits were treated under 15℃ than under 25℃. 3. When the fruit was injected by ABA combined with BA, the anthocyanin content was lower than, the control but there was no difference among the levels of ABA combined with BA. 4. Anthocyanin content in immature fruit was not affected by ABA injection.

The training and pruning of tree are very important in pomology. This literatural research is concerned with the history of fruit tree training and pruning. Most old books on agriculture in Korea was published during the Yi dynasty and the first book which described fruit tree training and pruning is considered to be "JONGSUPYON, SANRIM KYOUNGJAE (Fruit Tree section in Forest Economics)" which was written in 1676 - 1704 by Hong, Man Son.
