      • 우리나라 항공기 소재부품 공인시험 체제구축 방안에 관한 연구

        항공기산업은 기술집약형 종합기술산업으로 항공기 관련 제품은 고도의 안전성이 요구되며, 모든 항공기는 품질 면에서 균일성과 신뢰성이 보장되어야 한다. 항공기 부품은 국제적 공인성이 부여될 때에만 상품으로서 가치를 인정받을 수가 있기 때문에 품질인증 보다 강조되어지는 분야라 할 수 있다. 현재, 우리나라에서는 헬기사업, KFP사업 및 중형항공기 개발사업 등 대형사업 등이 추진 되고 있으며, 절충교역(Offset Program)에 의하여 일정 양의 국산 항공기 부품을 외국에서 수입하도록 계약이 되어 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 항공기 소재부품에 대해서 공인시험평가를 할 수 있는 인력·기술·설비를 갖춘 업체가 부족한 실정이고 품질평가 및 보증 체계가 미흡하여 수출에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내에서 수행되고 있는 항공기관련 소재 및 부품의 공인시험의 범위와 현황을 살펴보고 국내 항공기 소재부품의 공인 시험의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. Aircraft industries are complex technology-oriented industries, which require high level of safety and comprehensive assurance on the quality control as well as reliability. As parts for aircraft must have international certification of their quality and reliability in order to be put on the market, quality assurance cannot be over emphasized. Large national projects such as KFP program, Helicopter program, mid-range aircraft program are currently being proceeded in Korea and certain amount of domestically manufactured parts for aircraft ought to be purchased by foreign aircraft manufacturer through the "Offset Program". However due to the lack or shortage of the personnel, technology, and facilities in the areas of the internationally approved quality inspection and evaluation program, the offset program is not going very well. Therefore in this paper the current status of quality inspection system on materials used in aircraft parts in Korea is reviewed and the suggestions for the development of systematic quality assurance and inspection program are made.

        After the authors researched to state the chararteristics on modern physical education and the physical education of the future through a literature, the resultant findings are summarized as follows; 1. The characteristics of the mordern education are summarized with the development of a scientific technology and population growth, expansion of Knowledge, increase of leisure time and weakening of the educational function. 2. A device to use of leisure time must become researched and emphasized through a field of the physical education. 3. The physical education of the future must develop a field of desirable education as well as a realization for the perfection of seif. 4. The physical education in order to form the community consciousness. 5. Establish the research institute as a state organ for a scientific physical education. 6. Develop, examine and collect the data concerning an extensive physical education toward the future and a foreseeable information. 7. Found the committee to plan and collect, research toward the physical education of the future.

      • 電氣點火機關의 摩擦馬力에 關한 硏究

        The friction losses of an internal combustion engine represents the difference between indicated horse power and brake horse power, and known to be caused by the friction between the piston ring and cylinder wall, bearing friction, and losses to the other parts of machine, etc.. The factors which affects on friction horse power are assumed as gas pressure in the cylinder, piston velocity, stroke bore ratio and oil viscosity. To investigate these major effects a series of experiments were taken by testing 3 kinds of spark ignition engines which were arbitrarilly chosen. in addition to this, a study about the pressure distribution of oil film formed between piston ring and cylinder wall which occupies most parts of friction horse power was performed to estimate the state of lubrication between the piston ring and cylinder wall. The results are as follows; 1) It was observed that the effect of gas pressure in the cylinder to the friction horse power of the engine was varied according to piston velocity, by large extent in low velocity and little in high velocity. 2) The effect of engine design to the friction horse power was constant throughout all the range of piston velocity and the fact that large stroke bore ratio engine has greater friction horse power than the small one was also observed. 3) As to the effect of piston velocity to the friction horse power, It was observed that the friction horse power increased as the piston velocity increased; for 10% increase of piston velocity, the increased ratio of friction horse power was about 14.2%. 4) As to the effect of oil viscosity to the friction horse power, it was ascertained that the oil viscosity was given a proper change the friction horse power changed accordingly; for 10% change in oil viscosity, the amounts of change in friction horse power was about 7.2%. 5) In the process of calculating the distribution of pressure in oil film formed between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, it was observed that the peak point of the pressure appeared at the distance of 0.05cm from the ring edge, and the crank angel where the maximum pressure point appeared after top center was 80 degrees.

        Alopecia areata is characterized by rapid and complete loss of hair in one, or more often several, round or oval patches, usually on the scalp. It is not at present possible to attriute all or indeed any case of alopecia areata to a single cause. Among the many factors which appear to be implicated in at least a proportion of cases are the patient's genetic constitution, the atopic state, non-specific immune and organ-specific autoimmune reactions and possibly emotional stress. Iron deficiency as an etiological factor in diffuse alopecia and androgen-dependent alopecia has been discussed previously. We decided to investigate the iron status of alopecia areata patients visiting our department for treatment. All these patients had alopecia areata for at least 6 months before visiting our department. Thirty patients(16 female and 14 male) participated in the study. Blood samples were sent for full blood count, including estimation of mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, Fe, TIBC, and serum ferritin. The results are shown in Table. We suggest that serum ferritin assay should be included in the hematological assessment of patients with alopecia areata.

        프로 축구선수의 손상 분석

        Purpose : We evaluated and analyze the injury of the professional soccer player which would be helpful data for prevention of injury. Materials and Methods : Thirty-four professional soccer players were followed prospectively for one year and obtained injury exposure rate. We divided the injuries according to the position of the players incurred average 10 injuries for one year and the injury exposure rate was 2.9/1000hours, mostly strains and sprains of the lowre extremities. According to the player's position, the injured area and injury mechanism were different, Defence-Fielder and Mid-Fielder were more vulnerable to injury, 43% and 41.8% respectively, and mainly thigh and ankle injury. But Forward injury was less frequent and mainly leg and knee injury. In Goal-Keeper, neck and upper extremity injury was pre-dominant. Acute traumatic injury was 93% and recovery time was average on day, however, chronic overuse injury was less frequent but much longer time was required for recovery. Conclusion : The overuse injury is preventable by improving the environment and training program so that more attention is required.

        새로운 食道 二重造影法이 개발됐고 그 方法을 本稿에서 소개하며 실제로 1979년 2월 1일부터 同年 8월 14일까지 537명에게 적용하여 보았다. 發見된 症例中 代表的인 것을 소개하며 이 새로움 方法은 간편하고 쉽게 시행할 수 있고 病의 早期 診斷, 早期 治療에 이바지할 것으로 믿는다. A new double contrast esphagograpy is developed and a practical application is done on 537 persons since February 1, 1979 until August 14, 1979. And representative cases are presented with the review of articles on double contrast esophagography, and this new double contrast esophagography is simple, easy to be performed and excellent to be seen through what is in the esophagus.

      • 曝氣時 酸素吸收에 미치는 界面活性劑의 影響

        The purpose of this study is to elucidate the effect of surfactant on oxygen absorption in the bubble column. The experiment was carried out according to some parametars such as temperature(8∼36℃), concentration of surfactant (1.25×10^(-3)∼5×10^(-3)%), air velocity (0.38∼0.96m/sec) and hole diameter(0.7∼0.9㎜)of plate. The equilibrium concentration of dissolved oxygen, overall transfer coefficient and surface tension were investigated by experimental data. The results indicated that equilibrium concentration of dissolved oxygen decreased approximately by 5∼20% on water without surfactant and overall transfer coefficient decreased approximately by 10∼30% on water without surfactant.

        저자들은 전향적으로 총 113명의 늑골하 사위주사(subcostal oblique U.S. scan)를 하였고, 췌장내 총담관을 전 예에서 볼 수 있었다. 저자들은, 첫째 간외담관의 전통적인 초음파 주사와 저자들의 '새 방법이 조합되면 간외담관 전장이 깨끗이 보여지며, 이렇게 하기 위한 지표로 십이지하 총담관과 근위고유간동맥-원위총간동맥으로 구성되는 "moustache sign"(콧수염 싸인)의 새로운 싸인을 소개하고, 둘째 원위총담관과 췌장 두부에 생긴 질환을 찾아내고 그 감별점을 소개해 진단적 정확성을 향상시키는 초음파 방법을 제시한다. The authors did the subcostal scans of total 113 patients propspectively and all the pancreas CBD was visualized. The authors would present : 1. to introduce a new landmark "moustache sign", which was composed of infraduodenal common bile duct, and the distal common hepatic and proximal hepatic arteries to visualize the whole common duct, when combined with the conventional ultrasound scans of common duct 2. to present a scanning method to improve the diagnostic accuracy for detecting a disease at the distal CBD and pancreas head, and their differential points.

        After the authors tried to find the effect of Vertical jump and VO₂max in relative dynamic muscular endurance in eight male graduate students of D. University, the main results obtained were as follows; 1. The correlation coefficient between vertical jump and relative dynamic muscular endurance was revealed as a significantly high correlation at the level of 5 percent, r=0.75(p<0,05), ?=1.044X+5.2541, Sy.χ=4.27. 2. The correlation coefficient between VO₂ max and relative dynamic muscular endurance in the Upper Arm was revealed as a negative certainly correlation, r=-0.65, ?=-8.043X+81.90, Sy.χ=4.90, while the Leg turned out a certainly correlation, r=0.44, ?=10.94X+22.04, Sy.χ=11.49.

      • 인체 두피 모낭 외측모근초 각질형성 세포의 배양

        Follicular stem cell was assumed as a hair matrix cell. But, recently it was suggested that follicular stem cells were in the bulge portion of outer root sheath of hair follicles, and its proofs were reported. We tried to culture outer root sheath keratinocytes in the bulge portion of human hair follicles, and it would be experimental base for many factors and drugs realated with hair growth and differentiation. The outer root sheath keratinocytes were isolated from plucked human hair follicles, and could be serially passaged for up to 2 times on used biologic feeder cell layer.
