      • Student`s Readiness on e-Learning in Technical University (Special at HUST)

        Nowadays, e-Learning is playing crucial role in organizations, especially in universities that deal with fastchanging knowledge in various aspects of a developing society. Yet, In Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), while e-learning project has deployed for two years, we are beginning to question whether student are prepared to learn within an online learning environment. This is critical consideration, since and individual learner``s success in an online course often hinges on this foundation of readiness. One way of specifying a potential students`` readiness is through self-assessment. This article includes the description of a survey instrument that has been developed to assess e-learning readiness with the cooperation of students from different faculties in HUST. The study showed that HUST``s student overall ready for e-learning but they need to enhance their ability in adapting with new way of learning instead of conventional learning. Beside, through this research, we can develop suitable model of learning for HUST``s conditions in the future.
