최근 u-City 산업의 활성화 및 정부의 '저탄소 녹색성장' 정책의 추진으로 인한 '그런IT' 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 핵심적인 기반 기술인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 경우, 유비쿼터스 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 주변 환경 정보 수집을 위한 RFID/USN 미들웨어를 필요로 한다. 또한, 미들웨어는 환경 정보 수집에 따른 다양한 이기종 RFID/센서 디바이스 처리 및 관리 기술이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 RFID/USN 미들웨어에서 다양한 이기종 RFID/센서 디바이스를 동적으로 관리하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법을 이용하여 새로운 RFID/센서 디바이스 추가 및 삭제 등, 미들웨어에서 동적으로 디바이스를 관리함으로써, 상황에 맞는 유비쿼터스 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 한다. Recently "Green IT" technology has been attracting public attention that the Ministry of Environment has come up with new plans to make "low carbon and green growth" technology and to promote u-City industries. Making an offer, Uubiquitous Service needs RFID/USN Middleware to handle heterogeneous RFID/USN devices in order to gather existing informations. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of a dynamic management method for heterogeneous RFID/USN devices. In compliance with the paper I will furnish Uubiquitous Service regarding existing circumstances by handling heterogeneous RFID/USN devices such as new RFID/Sensor devices addition and deletion and so on.
VDT작업이 안 조절반응과 동공 대광반사에 미치는 영향

6명의 20대 여성을 대상으로 VDT작업으로 인한 조절반응 및 동공대광반사의 작업부과에 따른 변화와 다른 사무작업을 부과할 때와의 차이를 보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. VDT작업에서 작업부과 시간이 증가함에 따라 조절 수축속도가 감소했으며 1시간의 휴식시간 후에는 현저하게 증가했고 다시 작업을 부과함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 조절 수축속도의 변화보다는 뚜렷하지 않지만 이완속도도 VDT작업부과에 따라 감소되고 휴식에 의한 회복되는 경향을 보였다. 2. 일반 사무작업과 근거리 사무작업에서는 조절 수축속도에서 VDT작업부과때와 같은 반응은 보이지 않았으며, 근거리 사무작업에서 이완속도가 작업부과에 따라 감소하였으나 휴식 후 회복되지 않았다. 3. 동공대광반사에서 최초동공직경, 최초동공면적은 VDT작업에서만 작업시간의 증가에 따라 유의한 감소를 보였는데 휴식 후 회복되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 조절 수축속도의 변화, 조절 이완속도, 동공직경과 면적의 변화가 VDT작업의 특성을 연구하는데 사용될 가능성을 보여주며, 이를 위해서 연구대상이 개인차, 생체리듬, 감정적 자극 등을 보정한 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. We studied on change of lens accommodation and pupil light reflex caused by VDT work in six women and compared them with those of other office works. The results were as follows. 1. In VDT work the accommodation contraction velocity decreased during the first 2-hr VDT task, then recovered markedly by the end of the one-hour lunch break, and decreased again by the end of the 2nd 2-hr VDT task. Changes of relaxation velocity showed similar pattern although it was less typical than that of contraction velocity 2. There was no marked change in accommodation contraction velocity and amplitude of accommodation in general office work and near-distance office work, and in the near-distance office work accommodation relaxation velocity decreased according to work load without recovery after lunch break. 3. Initial pupil diameter, initial pupil area of light reflex decreased significantly during VDT task only in VDT work and didn't recover after lunch break. These results suggest possibility that changes of accommodation contraction velocity, accommodation relaxation velocity, near point distance, and pupil diameter and area are useful in evaluating characteristics of VDT work. For this, more research adjusted individual differences, circadian rhythm, emotional stress needs.
장항제련소 지역의 논토양과 수도체중 Cu 함량의 변화에 관한 연구

To investigate differences in Cu contents in paddy soils and rices, being affected by air pollutants from the Janghang Smelter, soil samples at the different directions and surface (0-15㎝) and subsurface (15-30㎝) were collected in 1982 and 1990, and rice plants at the soil corresponding sampling sites in 1990 were also at separately collected from the Janghang Smelter area. Soil samples were extracted with 4M-HNO₃and plant samples were digested with a mixture of HNO₃and HClO₃for analyzing Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The Cu contents in soils ranged from 5.1 to 391.0 ㎎ ㎏^(-1). The average content of Cu in 1990 was higher than that in 1982. The Cu content in soils nearer to the center of the smelter was higher than that farther from the center. The Cu content was highest at the east direction, and was in order of east > north-north east = north east > north. The variation of Cu levels in soil at east sites was more considerable than other directions. The Cu level in surface soils was higher than that in subsurface soils. The Cu contaminated area was within 5 ㎞ at east, and 3 ㎞ at north-north east and north east. A significant correlation was found between Cu content in surface soils of 1982 and that in surface and subsurface soils of 1990, and between Cu content in soils and soil properties such as organic matter(OM), available phosphate, available silicate, exchangeable Ca^(++) and Na^(+) in 1982. The Cu content in brown rice ranged from 0.4 to 3.6 ㎎ ㎏^(-1), and was the lowest in parts of rice plant, and Cu content in a part of plant was 13.75 times higher than that in brown rice. The Cu content of leaf sheath, stem and brown rice was correlated with the levels of Cd, Zn, Cu and Pb in soils. The Cu content in soil regardless of years and soil depths was correlated with Zn and Pb in soil in the area affected by waste gas.
