      • 조선어복합동사의 격지배 및 중국어와의 대응관계

        문법적측면에서 볼 때 조선어는 교착어이고 중국어는 고립어로서 격표지에 있어서도 뚜렷한 차이를 보인다. 조선어는 “조사”란 문법적형태를 접속시켜 격을 표시하지만 중국어는 격을 나타내는 “조사”가 발달하지 못하여 거개가 무표지로 격을 나타낸다. 그만큼 조선어와 중국어의 복합동사는 그 형태, 의미상에서 서로 다른 특징을 갖고 있다. 본 론문에서는 먼저 조선어의 복합동사의 의미적특성에 대해 알아보고 복합동사의 격을 지배하는 상황을 중국어와 대조하면서 그 대응관계를 알아보고자 한다.

        Silencing of Atp2b1 increases blood pressure through vasoconstriction

        BACKGROUND:: Recent genome-wide association studies (GWASs) have identified 30 genetic loci that regulate blood pressure, increasing our understanding of the cause of hypertension. However, it has been difficult to define the causative genes at these loci due to a lack of functional analyses. METHOD:: In this study, we aimed to validate the candidate gene ATP2B1 in 12q21, variants near which have the strongest association with blood pressure in Asians and Europeans. ATP2B1 functions as a calcium pump to fine-tune calcium concentrations – necessary for repolarization following muscular contractions. We silenced Atp2b1 using an siRNA complex, injected into mouse tail veins. RESULTS:: In treated mice, blood pressure rose and the mesenteric arteries increased in wall : lumen ratio. Moreover, the arteries showed enhanced myogenic responses to pressure, and contractile responses to phenylephrine increased compared with the control, suggesting that blood pressure is regulated by ATP2B1 through the contraction and dilation of the vessel, likely by controlling calcium concentrations in the resting state. CONCLUSION:: These results support that ATP2B1 is the causative gene in the blood pressure-associated 12q21 locus and demonstrate that ATP2B1 expression in the vessel influences blood pressure.

        Formic Acid Oxidation Depending on Rotating Speed of Smooth Pt Disk Electrode

        This work presents the variation of formic acid oxidation on Pt depending on hydrodynamic condition using a rotating disk electrode. As the rotating speed increases, the oxidation rate of formic acid decreases under voltammetric and chronoamperometric measurements. The coverages of poison formed from formic acid during the chronoamperomertric investigations decrease when the rotating speed increases. As the roughness factor of Pt electrode surface increases, on the other hand, the current density of formic acid oxidation increases. These observations are discussed in terms of the tangential flow along Pt electrode surfaces generated by the rotating disk electrode, which reduces a contact time between formic acid and a Pt site, thus the formic acid adsorption.

      • Precise Expression Profiling by Stuffer-Free Multiplex Ligation-Dependent Probe Amplification

        <P>In systems biological studies, precise expression profiling of functionally important gene sets is crucial. Real-time polymerase chain reaction is generally used for this purpose. Despite its widespread acceptance, however, this method is not suitable for multiplex analysis, resulting in an inefficient assay process. One alternative technology in the spotlight is multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA). But MLPA depends on length-based discrimination of amplified products, which complicates probe design and compromises analysis results. Here, we devised a variation of MLPA that utilizes conformation-sensitive capillary electrophoresis, and demonstrated the simplicity of the probe-design process and improved precision of the assay in analyses of 33 <I>Escherichia coli</I> metabolic genes and 16 <I>Caenorhabditis elegans</I> longevity-related genes. The results showed that relative expression could be quantitatively measured over a relevant dynamic range by using similar-sized probes.         Bi-modified Pt supported on carbon black as electro-oxidation catalyst for 300 W formic acid fuel cell stack

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Formic acid is a chemical with a simple molecular structure containing hydrogen. This liquid at room temperature is easy to handle and has a low toxicity, and is thus in the spotlight as a fuel. In particular, formic acid is an excellent fuel candidate because it can be operated at low temperatures when applied as a fuel in fuel cells with a high theoretical open-circuit voltage (1.48 V). However, it has a drawback in that the electrode catalyst is deactivated due to the generation of CO intermediates when formic acid is oxidized during cell operation. Therefore, to prevent this, an irreversibly adsorbed Bi on Pt catalyst is applied to a direct formic acid fuel cell (DFAFC) anode because it is easy to synthesize and economical. Physical analyses such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were conducted, and electrochemical evaluations were performed through half-cell and single-cell level tests. The results revealed that the formic acid oxidation reaction activity of the Bi-modified Pt/C was 13 times higher than that of the conventional catalyst at 0.58 V. Further, a DFAFC stack was fabricated using the Bi-modified Pt/C, which yielded a power of 300 W.         MPEG-7은 형태나 질감, 컬러 등의 속성 및 분포 등을 나타내기 위한 여러 가지 기술자(descriptor)들을 제공함으로써 검색의 효율을 높일 수 있는 방법을 포함한 표준화를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 특징을 MPEG-7의 여러 기술자중 에지 히스토그램 기술자(Edge Histogram Descriptor)를 통해 얻는다. 추출된 에지 특징을 이용하여 영상의 정해진 각 영역의 전체 후보영상과의 상대적 유사도를 비교하여 검색에 반영함으로써 검색의 효율을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다.

        <P>Water management in the cathode is one of the most significant issues in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, especially for long-term stability and dynamic operation in fuel cell vehicles. Therefore, it is critical to design a water-managed/well-fueled cathode layer to overcome significant mass transfer limitations and the corrosion of the carbon support in fuel cells. In this work, we report a simple modification method of the Pt/C cathode using highly graphitized carbon nanofibers for improved water management. This study may open up new possibilities for water management and will be helpful for developing high performing proton exchange membrane fuel cell.</P>

Based on the systematical analysis, we can conclude that the graphitized carbon nanofibers act as a gas transport pathway in the cathode layer of membrane electrode assemblies.         대학 비대면 수업에서 상호작용 활성화를 위한 온라인 교수학습 전략 탐색

        이 연구는 코로나로 인한 팬데믹 상황에서 대학 온라인 수업의 질적 향상을 위하여 대학 교수자가 온라인 수업을 운영할 때 효과적으로 설계하고 적용할 수 있는 다양한 유형의 상호작용 전략을 개발하고 개발된 전략들의 실제 활용현황을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 원격교육, 이러닝, 온라인 수업과 상호작용 전략 등 관련 문헌들을 고찰하고, I대학교에서 온라인으로 진행된 86개 교과목에서 교수자들이 사용한 상호작용을 위한 교수학습 전략들에 대해 사례분석을 실시하여 대학 온라인 수업 상호작용 활성화를 위한 교수학습 전략의 초안을 도출하였다. 도출된 전략 초안은 2차례에 걸쳐 전문가 4인으로부터 타당도를 검증받았으며, 이를 토대로 전략에 대한수정 보완이 진행되었다. 연구결과, 상호작용 활성화를 위한 온라인 교수학습 전략으로 총 27개 전략이 최종 확정되었으며, 이는 ‘교수자-학습자간 상호작용’, ‘학습자-학습자간 상호작용’, ‘학습자-내용간 상호작용’, ‘학습자 내적 상호작용’의 네 가지 상호작용 유형으로 구분되어 제시되었다. 아울러, 개발된 온라인 상호작용 교수학습 전략의 활용현황을 탐색해 보기 위하여 I대학교에서 실제 개설, 운영된 76개 수업에서 교수자들이 사용한 116개의 상호작용 전략들을 바탕으로 상호작용 유형별, 계열별, 수업운영 방법별에 따른 상호작용 전략의 활용 현황을 살펴보았다. 끝으로, 대학 온라인 수업의 상호작용 활성화를 위해 이 연구가 갖는 의의와 시사점 등이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to develop instructional strategies that professors can use their online classes for enhancing interaction, and to analyze the current utilization status of the instructional strategies developed in this study. To achieve purpose of the study, a literature review on the distance education, e-learning, online classes, and interaction strategies was conducted. Additionally, 86 online courses offered at I university in 2020 were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was developed a draft of the strategies for enhancing the interaction of online class in higher education. The draft of the developed strategies for online interaction was validated twice by 4 experts with online class experience. As a result of the research, 27 strategies were developed as the final version for enhancing interaction in online class of university, and the strategies were categorized as ‘instructor-learner interaction’, ‘learner-learner interaction’, ‘learner-contents interaction’, and ‘learner-inner interaction’. In addition, in order to explore the effective use of the developed strategies, the frequencies of 116 interaction strategies used 76 online courses opened in the spring semester of 2021 at I university were analyzed by interaction type, university department, and online course type. Finally, the significance and implications of this study enhancing interaction in online classes of university were discussed.
