Exact Algorithm for the Capacitated Team Orienteering Problem with Time Windows

<P>The capacitated team orienteering problem with time windows (CTOPTW) is a problem to determine players’ paths that have the maximum rewards while satisfying the constraints. In this paper, we present the exact solution approach for the CTOPTW which has not been done in previous literature. We show that the branch-and-price (B&P) scheme which was originally developed for the team orienteering problem can be applied to the CTOPTW. To solve pricing problems, we used implicit enumeration acceleration techniques, heuristic algorithms, and<I>ng</I>-route relaxations.</P>

팬데믹 상황이 이어지면서 감염에 대한 우려와 사회적 거리 두기로 인해 여행을 비롯한 외부 활동의 제약이 커지면서 우울감이나 우울증 증세를 호소하는 ‘코로나 블루’ 현상이 많은 사람에게 확산하고 있다. 본 연구는 감성과 치유적 기능의 빛을 이용한 조명과의 관계를 통해 이러한 사회문제 해결에 기반한 경험 디자인 연구 및 제품 서비스 개발을 진행하였다. 집이라는 닫힌 공간을 감성조명 서비스를 통해 익숙하지만 색다른 공간으로 바꾸어 주면서 치유적 감성적 경험을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 방법론은 UX 디자인 방법론[1]을 통해 디자인하였고 사용자가 참여적으로 이미지 콘텐츠를 업로드하고 이를 조명화 하여 감성적인 조명 효과를 형성할 수 있도록 설계하고 코딩하였다. 본 연구는 단순히 조명의 기능이 아닌 사용자의 경험에 기반하여 참여하고 스스로 치유적 환경을 만들어 인터랙션 할 수 있는 서비스적인 환경제품으로 빛을 이용한 오브제의 선행연구를 진행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
한의 복합 치료가 어깨 관절경 수술 후 급성 통증에 미치는 영향: 후향적 관찰연구

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of integrative Korean medicine on acute postoperative pain after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Methods This study was conducted in a retrospective observational way. Patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into integrative Korean medicine-treated group (IKM group) and no integrative Korean medicine treated-group (No IKM group). The primary outcome was the difference in the amount of change in pain intensity. The secondary outcome was the difference in pain intensity, opioid consumption over time, and the number of adverse events after surgery. Results The change of numerical rating scale for pain intensity from baseline to IKM group was 3.09±2.12, while 2.64±1.80 in no IKM group, and the difference of change between two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05). Difference in the use of opioid between two groups over time after surgery was also statistically significant (p=0.000). Conclusions The results of this study suggest that integrative Korean medicine can be effective for acute postoperative pain after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. 맥브라이드의 노동능력상실률 평가법 활용에 관한 연구 -원서(原書)와의 차이를 중심으로-

노동능력상실율 평가는 손해배상액 산정의 중요한 요소이다. 예를 들어 월급100만원의 근로자가 사고로 정년까지 10년(120개월)간 노동능력이 100% 상실되었다면 1억2천만원의 손해액이 산정된다. (미래 손실을 현재가치로 환산하여야하기 때문에 중간이자를 공제하여야 한다는 점과 해당 사고에 기여한 피해자의 과실은 제외하고 산정) 동일한 노동자가 20%의 노동능력이 상실(장해율)되었다면 2,400만원의 손해액이 산정될 것이다. 이렇게 노동능력상실율의 평가는 손해배상액을 산정하는데 매우 중요한 지표이기 때문에 공정하고 공평하여야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라 자동차보험회사는 오래전부터 자신들이 임의로 해석한‘맥브라이드 해설서’를 고용손해 사정사와 자문의사에게 배포하고 그 기준대로 평가할 것을 주문하였다. 맥브라이드 원전의 체계는 그 마지막 출판이 1963년인 만큼 오래되어 그 원서를 구할 수도 없고 영어본이라는 점 때문에 손해보험회사 등이 자동차보험표준 약관에 직업계수를 임의로 옥내근로자와 옥외근로자의 계수 두 가지만 적용하도록 제정하여 사용하는 등 여러 문제가 지금까지 유지되고 있다. 원전에서 표기한 구체적 기준들이 보험회사의 편의에 맞춘 체계에 의해 누락되고 왜곡되면서, 노동능력상실율 평가에 객관성도 모호해져 의사들조차도 객관적인 지표를 가지고 장해율을 판정할 수 없다. 대표적인 예로, 주로 사용하는 팔이 아닌 경우에는 장해율을 10%를 감산하여야 하는 점, 연령에 따라 장해율이 가산되는 점, 유사한 직업을 찾아 직업계수를 적용할 수 있는 점이 누락되었다. 이런 누락과 애곡은 결국 장해에 대한 합리적인 평가를 보상의무자와 피해자 양측에서 인정하지 않는 결과를 낳을 수 있고, 더 큰 분쟁으로 이어지게 된다. 이 논문은 얼 멕브라이드의 제6판 서적을 누락이나 왜곡 없이 원문 그대로 제시하여 장해평가 시 생길 수 있는 분쟁을 해소하고자 하는 목적에서 작성하였다. Disability evaluation is the most important factor when calculating damage compensation. For example, if a worker with a monthly salary of 1 million won lost 100 percent of his or her labor capacity for 10 years (120 months) until retirement age, the amount of damage would be 120 million won. (Since the future loss should be calculated at current value, the intermediary interest deductions and the fault of the victim in the accident is not taken into account in the calculation) If the same worker lost 20% of his or her labor capacity the amount of damage would be calculated as 24 million won. As such, the evaluation of the rate of loss of labor capacity (Disability rate) should be fair and impartial since it is very important in determining the amount of compensation for damages. Nevertheless, the auto insurance companies in South Korea have made an arbitrary interpretation of the McBride manual and distributed them to Employment Damage Assessment Officers and consultants for them to utilize the arbitrary interpretation as the standard for evaluation. Since Earl McBride's system was last published in 1963, it is difficult to obtain the original copy of McBride, and since it is in English, there are many abuse of this system in contemporary society for example the insurance companies have arbitrarily set the occupational factors of jobs named in the Standard terms and conditions for automobile insurance into two simple categories: indoor laborer and outdoor laborer. As specific explanations in the original text are omitted and distorted in favor of insurance companies, the objectivity is also obscured in assessing the disability rate, causing the doctors to judge the disability rate with subjective indicators. For Example, the fact that 10% of disability rate should be taken into consideration when your non-main arm is hurt, proportionality of disability rate according to age and similarity in application of occupational factor for similar job is omitted. These distortions can result in disagreement of both sides' recognition of a reasonable assessment of disability and lead to larger dispute. This paper is made with the purpose of resolving disputes that may arise in the assessment of disability by presenting Earl McBride's sixth edition book without omission or distortion.

<P>Ligand exchange processes have been attracting tremendous interest and are necessary when fabricating nanocrystal (NC) thin films for various applications. As ligand exchange processes are based on solution treatment processes, understanding solvents’ effects on the ligand exchange process is necessary. Herein, we investigated the effects of exchanging solvents and rinsing solvents on silver (Ag) NC thin films during the ligand exchanging and rinsing steps. We studied the relationships between solvent properties, such as polarity and steric hindrance, and the structural, electronic, and electromechanical properties of NC thin films. A model system was proposed to explain the obtained relationships. We found that exchanging solvents and rinsing solvents during the ligand exchange process should be separated to regulate the ligand exchange process so that films with desired properties can be obtained. Films optimized for different purposes (highly conductive/highly electromechanically sensitive) were fabricated with the same materials and ligands using different solvents for each process. On the basis of these films, we fabricated a flexible strain sensor using an all-solution process at room temperature. This device exhibits excellent performance, including a high gauge factor up to 400, and high reliability, and stability; furthermore, it can detect minute human motion and sound.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Designing a nanocrystal-based temperature and strain multi-sensor with one-step inkjet printing

Wearable multi-sensors based on nanocrystals have attracted significant attention, and studies on patterning technology to implement such multi-sensors are underway. Conventional patterning processes may affect material properties based on high temperatures and harsh chemical conditions. In this study, we developed an inkjet printing technique that can overcome these drawbacks through the application of patterning processes at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Nanocrystal-based ink is used to adjust properties efficiently. Additionally, the viscosity and surface tension of the solvents are investigated and optimized to increase patterning performance. In the patterning process, the electrical, electrothermal, and electromechanical properties of the nanocrystal pattern are controlled by the ligand exchange process. Experimental results demonstrate that a multi-sensor with a temperature coefficient of resistance of 3.82 × 10<sup>-3</sup> K<sup>-1</sup> and gauge factor of 30.6 can be successfully fabricated using one-step inkjet printing.
