As a reflector of reference arm in OCT systems, a coated fiber reflector has mostly used. Instead, this paper has realized the swaept source optical coherence tomography system using a loop mirror within a reference ann. Through the expehments for a tilted thin glass plate, we found that the loop mirror is better than the coated fiber typed mirror for obtaining the clear image.
Spectral-Domain 광 계측을 위한 CCD 이미지 센서 드라이버 제작

This paper presents Spectral-Domain optical measurement system using self-fabricated CCD sensor driver. The light source is a high brightness white LED and the detector is a 2048 array typed CCD image sensor. I have fabricated the CCD sensor driver to generate four pulse signals, which are the CCD-driving pulses. Using this Spectral Domain optical measurement system, the distance value between the reference mirror and the sample mirror can be obtained successfully.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This prospective study evaluated the efficacy and toxicity of intravenous busulfan and melphalan as a conditioning regimen for autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). A total of 99 patients with MM, enrolled between January 2013 and March 2016, received intravenous busulfan (9.6 mg/kg) and melphalan (140 mg/m<SUP>2</SUP>) before ASCT. The median time to transplant was 6.2 months, and 90 (90.9%) patients underwent ASCT within 12 months of the diagnosis. The overall response rate after ASCT was 94.0%, including 43.5% with a stringent complete response/complete response, 27.3% with very good partial response, and 23.2% with partial response. The most common severe nonhematologic toxicity (grade 3 to 4) was infection (26.3%) and stomatitis (15.2%). Three (3.2%) patients developed veno-occlusive disease. No treatment-related mortality was observed. After a median follow-up of 26.1 months, the median progression-free survival was 27.2 months (range, 13.0 to 41.4 months) and median overall survival was not reached. 형질전환동물세포주에서 벤조피렌의 변이유발성에 대한 천연물질의 항 돌연변이 효과

인간에게 고퉁을 주고 있는 질병중 많은 부분이 돌연한이로 인한 특정 유전자의 손상과 손상된 윤전자의 발현과 관련되어 있음이 밝혀져 왔다. 특히 암은 대표적인 유전자 돌연변이의 결과로 생기는 빌병으로서, 많은 암 유발 용힌중 화학물질에 의한 돌연변이 유발작용이 발암성과 관련하여 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 잇다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외부DNA를 자신의 genome내게 삽입시킨 형질전환동물로부터 제조된 세포주를 이용하여 유전자 돌연변이를 검출할 수 있는 최신 유전독성 연구기댄을 확립하고자 하였다. 시험법을 확립하기 위하여 f3c f gene을 target으로 하는 Big Blue· Transgenic Mouse Embryonic Cell을 사용하였으며,시험법의 타당성 및 재현성여분를 확인하기 위하여 음성대조물질로는 1% DMSO, 양성대조물질로는 100rg/mf MNU(rnethrlnitrosourea)를 이웅하여 시험한 결과 mutant frequency(MF)는 각각 0.55±0.39Nle-', 4.26±1.51×10-'으로 나타나 재현성을 확인하였다. 또한 이 시험법의 유용성을 높이기 위하여 B[alP (benzo(alpyrene)를 양성대조물질로 in oifro대사환성화계에서 시험한 결과, 처리농도 20, 40, 60rgjm1에 대하여 Mf값이 9.1츠겪.14×10-", 14.3츠깆.86×10-', 20.St3.78×10-"로서 농도의존성을 보였다. 또한 식품을 비롯한 각종 천연물에는 돌연변이원 물질의 활성을 억제 또는 경감시키는 작용이 많이 보고되고 있어 갈조류의 일종으로서 강력한 항산화효과를 나타내는 것으로 알려진 료」ooi3 rfofonif☞ra(속칭 :곰피)를 사옹하여 꽉립된 시험법으로 항돌연변이 효과를 점색하고자 하였다. 양성대조물질로 사용한 MNU에 대하여 곰릭의 메탄을 추출물을 병용투여하여 항돌연변이 효자를 시험하였다. 100rg/mf MNU와 곰피 25.6, 51.2, 100.3#9/mf을 병용처리한 결과 MF가 각각 67, 79, 74% 감소하여, 형질전환동물세포주께서 공피 추출물치 돌연변이 억제 효과를 관찰하였 다. 그러나 암 예방제 개발의 기초자료로 활용하기 위해서는 돌연변이된 염기 서열을 분석하여 변이의 종류와 특성을 확인하여 그 작용기전을 밝히는 추가연구가 수챙되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. Transgenic animal cell with a A shuttle vector containing a fac ftarget gene is useful as a short-term in oifro mutagenesis assay. The gene is recovered from the cells treated by exposiog mousegenomic DNA to in oifro packaging extracts and plating the rescued phage on agar plates containing S-brorno-4-chloro-3-indolyl fD-galactopyranoside (X-gal). Phage with mutations in the f3c f gene formblue plaques, whereas phage with a nonrnutated fac J form colorless plaques, so mutant is defected easily.In order to estabilish this new transgenic technology, we studied mutagenicity of the direct-ectingalkylating agent N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU ) and indirect mutagen benzora]pyrene in the BigBlue" transgenic mouse emf)ryonic cell line. Treatment of the cells with MNY or benzo[alpyrene causedinduction of mutations over 1% DMSO negative control and we conformed the reproducibility of thetransgenic mutagenicity assay. Also, dose-dependent response has been ohserved in benzo[a]pfrene-treatment cells. Sdrfonia afofonif☞ra, an edible brown algae, haying a strong antioBidizing activity, wasevaluated its antimutagenic effect by performing this assay, the methanol extract of Sffonia sfofonifrrashowed rfuction of mutation frequencies in MNU-treated transgenic mouse cells.

This paper develop a nurse call system using the wireless communication to resolve that a portable problem of established nurse call system. The established nurse call system has a problem that don’t use outside of the sickroom because using a wire communication. The proposed nurse call system is composed of a terminal for nurse, a terminal for patient and a server part. The efficacy of the proposed system is verified by means of experimental. Experimental results are presented that show the effectiveness.
Low Frequency Noise and It's Psychological Effects

Objective: This entire study has two parts. Study I aimed to develop a psychological assessment scale and the study II aimed to investigate the effects of LFN (low frequency noise) on the psychological responses in humans, using the scale developed in the study I. Background: LFN is known to have a negative impact on the functioning of humans. The negative impact of LFN can be categorized into two major areas of functioning of humans, physiological and psychological areas of functioning. The physiological impact can cause abnormalities in threshold, balancing and/or vestibular system, cardiovascular system and, hormone changes. Psychological functioning includes cognition, communication, mental health, and annoyance. Method: 182 college students participated in the study I in development of a psychological assessment scale and 42 paid volunteers participated in the study II to measure psychological responses. The LFN stimuli consisted of 12 different pure tones and 12 different 1 octave-band white noises and each stimulus had 4 different frequencies and 3 different sounds pressure levels. Results: We developed the psychological assessment scale consisting of 17 items with 3 dimensions of psychological responses (i.e., perceived physical, perceived physiological, and emotional responses). The main findings of LFN on the responses were as follows: 1. Perceived psychological responses showed a linear relation with SPL (sound pressure level), that is the higher the SPL is, the higher the negative psychological responses were. 2. Psychological responses showed quadric relations with SPL in general. 3. More negative responses at 31.5Hz LFN than those of 63 and 125Hz were reported, which is deemed to be caused by perceived vibration by 31.5Hz. "Perceived vibration" at 31.5Hz than those of other frequencies of LFN is deemed to have amplified the negative psychological response. Consequently there found different effects of low frequency noise with different frequencies and intensity (SPL) on multiple psychological responses. Conclusion: Three dimensions of psychological responses drawn in regard to this study differed from others in the frequencies and SLP of LFN. Negative psychological responses are deemed to be differently affected by the frequency, SPL of the LFN and "feel vibration" induced by the LFN. Application: The psychological scale from our study can be applied in quantitative psychological measurement of LFN at home or industrial environment. In addition, it can also help design systems to block LFN to provide optimal conditions if used the study outcome, .i.e., the relations between physical and psychological responses of LFN.
