위암에서 E-cadherin과 β-catenin의 발현양상

AIM: to invetigate the expression patterns of E-cadherin and β-catenin in fastric adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical methods and relationship with stagings, invesiveness, metastasis to lymph node. METHODS: E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in paraffin tissue specimen which came from 10 cases of gastric carcinoma were examined by immunohisto-chemical methods. patients were performed gastrectomy at chungbuk university hospital and they were conformed gastric adenocarcinoma by histopathological diagnosis. RESULTS: Histochemical stain showed normal expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in 2 cases of early gastric adenocarcinoma. But there were no expres- sion of E-cadherin and ß-catenin at tumor cells in 2 cases of advanced gastric adenocarcinoma. CONCLUSION: This study found that expression of E-cadherin and 8-catenin were decreased in gastric adenocarcinoma between early and advanced gastric carcinoma according to degree of tumor cell differentiation. Therefore it is thought that this study will be helpful for the presumption of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in stomach cancer patients, but further studies on a large number of cases are needed to clarify the valuable relationship prognostic factors with the expression of E-cadherin and ß-catenin related with gastric carcinoma.
<디자인과 마케팅>융합을 통한 출판사 협동조합 'POOM' 개발 -그래픽 디자인, 제품 디자인, 공간 디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국인의 독서 장려와 보다 효율적인 독서문화 전하를 위해 출판협동조합 브랜드 'POOM'을 개발하는 일련의 과정들을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2016년 3-6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <브랜드스페이스마케팅> 수업에서 진행도니 수업의 결과물로써 4개 팀 중 1개 팀의 작업물을 정리한 것이다. 연구 범위는 4개의 주제 중 물의 'product'로 한정하였다. 연구 결과, '늘 내 품에 지닐 수 있는 책' 이라는 상징 개념으로 '품(POOM)'이라고 브랜드 네이밍하였다. 그래픽 디자인은 심플함과 속도감을 나타내는 레드 컬러로 얇은 책을 형상화한 형태를 로고에 적용, 제품 디장니은 휴대하기 편한 패키지디자인 개발, 공간디자인은 지하철 2,3,9호선으로 선정하고 각 호선의 특성을 기반으로 브랜드 컬러로 하여, 각 호선에 맞는 공간과 경유하는 지역의 특성을 통합적으로 브랜딩 하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 출판협동조합의 아이덴티티를 개발함에 있어서 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 좀 더 체계화된 GI, PI, SI의 통합 브랜드 메뉴얼을 만드는 것에 의의가 있으며, 향후 협동조합의 통합 브랜드 디자인 개발에 있어서 그 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
일측성선조체의 6-OHDA손상 후 도파민효능약물 투여로 발현된 회전운동의 특성

The present study examined the characteristics of behavior induced by dopamine agonists following treatment with 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA) unilaterally into left striatum in rats. 6-OHDA was administered at doses of 8.16 and 24 ㎍/2㎕(in 0.1% ascorbic acid) into dopaminergic neurons in left striatum of 7 weeks old rat under anesthetic. Locomotor activity was significantly decreased at 1 week following 6-OHDA-administration in 7 weeks old rats. The contralateral circling behaviour was inducd by apomorphine(5 ㎎/㎏, I.p.) after 1 week following 6-OHDA(24 ㎍/2㎕) treatment, and was further increased by repeated administration of apomorphine at 2, 3 and 4 weeks. The contralateral circling behavior was also induced by lisuride and 1-dopa in a dose dependent manner, but not by SK & F 82526 in 7 weeks old rats treated with 6-OHDA, The contralteral circling behavior ws significantly higher in 21 weeks old rats but significantly lower in 35 weeks old rats when compared with 7 weeks old rats. The contralateral circling behavior induced by apomorphine did not differ significantly in and 35 weeks old male and female rats. These results suggest that 6-OHDA treatment into left striatum causes remarkable destruction of intrastriatal dopaminergic neurons leading to dopaminergic receptor supersensitivity. Thus, the contralateral circling behavior induced by apomorphine may be used as indicator for neurodegenerative diseases.

Spermatogenesis is a particularly difficult process to study the unique multiple cellular associations within the seminiferous epithelium. Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is a recently developed technique that enables the isolation of individual cell populations from complex tissues. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) is the first and most important enzyme of antioxidant defense systems against superoxide anion. The aim of this study was to investigate the quantitative changes of SOD gene expression according to the spermatogenic cycle in mouse testes using LCM and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques. Frozen sections (10 ?m) were obtained from the testes of 8-weeks-old ICR mice. LCM was used to capture all cells in cross-sectioned seminiferous tubules which were grouped into stages Ⅰ-Ⅴ, ⅦⅧ, and Ⅸ-ⅩⅠ. The expression level of cytoplasmic Cu, Zn-SOD (SOD1) mRNA was remarkably higher than those of mitochondrial Mn-SOD (SOD2) and extracellular Cu, Zn-SOD (SOD3) mRNAs in mouse testes. During spermatogenesis, the expressions of SOD1 and SOD2 mRNAs were highest on stages I-V, began to decrease after stage Ⅶ, and showed a lowest level on stage Ⅸ-ⅩⅠ. However, the expression of SOD3 mRNA was highest on stages Ⅶ-Ⅷ. These findings suggest that the subtypes of SOD are expressed differentially in mouse testes during spermatogenesis.
