A 600V FS-IGBT using locally isolated P-well structures for improved short circuit ruggedness

Trench gate field stop (FS) IGBT is widely used in various power applications owing to its low conduction and switching losses. However, the trench gate FS-IGBT induces the high saturation current due to its high cell density so that it deteriorates the short circuit ruggedness, which is essential for the power applications such as welding machines and motor controls. In this paper, a 600V trench gate FS-IGBT having improved short circuit capability is proposed. The proposed IGBT employs locally isolated Pwell structure in the active region. Thereby the IGBT shows sufficient short circuit withstanding time with VCE,SAT of 1.5V and EOFF of 25μJ/A by means of the carrier stored effect.
TRAVELLING WAVE SOLUTION IN REACTION-DIFFUSION EQUATIONS WITH ALLEE EFFECT

We consider a reaction-diffusion system which describes the dynamics of the predator-prey interaction over a spatial bounded domain. We study the travelling wave solutions of the Lotka-Volterra equations with weak Allee effect type growth, in which the prey’s growth rate has an autocatalytic effect. It is known as Holling Type II predator functional response. The existence of travelling wave solutions is shown by means of bifurcation theorem. The stability of travelling wave solutions is established with singularly perturbed reaction-diffusion equations. The methods involve phase space investigation, invariant manifold and spectrum analysis. Numerical examples are provided to verify the main theoretical results.

의약품의 약효를 안전하게 나타내기 위해서는 정확한 용량의 복용이 중오하다. 정해진 용법 ·용량에 따라 투여를 하더라도 1회 복용단위당 항량이 균일하지 않으면 복용자의 의지에' 관계없이 과량 혹은 유효량에 디치지 못하는 양을 복용하게 되므로 복용단위당 유효성분의 균질성은 매우 중요하다. 이에 국내 시판 의약품 중 경구용 성형제제를 대상으로 중랸과 항랑의 균질성 평가 및 상관성에 대한 기초적 연굴를 통하여 함량군일성시험의 규긱 설정에 관한 기준을 마련하고자 하였다. 국내 시판 중인 총 560롯트의 경구용 성형제제에 대하여 주성분의 수 함량 등에 따라 븐류하고 함량시험, 중량편차, 함량균일성시험을 실새하여 중량편차와 함량균일성의 상관계수를 구하였으며, 상관성분석을 통하여 각 분류한 군에서 상관성 있는 것으로 나타난 롯트의 비을을 살펴보았다. 주성분 함유량 2% 미만, 혹은 2 mg 미만인 제제에서는 함량균일성으로의 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 제형에 따라서는 당의정에서 상패적으로 상관성 있는 롯트의 수가 적게 나타나 함량균일성으로의 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다
Person-centered Care linked to Improving Patient Engagement and Nursing Satisfaction

Aim(s): This study was to investigate person-centered care in relation to patient engagement and nursing satisfaction among stroke rehabilitation patients. Method(s): This study utilized a descriptive and correlational research design. A sample of 223 post-stroke patients from 6 rehabilitation hospitals located in S city and Gyeonggi province, Korea completed a self-reported questionnaire, including demographic characteristics, person-centered care, patient engagement, and nursing satisfaction. A hypothesized model that links the person-centered care to patient engagement and nursing satisfaction was tested by a path analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Result(s): The tested model had good fit and explained the direct and indirect effects of study variables. Findings from the path analysis showed that person-centered care had direct effects on patient engagement and nursing satisfaction. Also, the indirect effect of person-centered care on nursing satisfaction through patient engagement was statistically significant. Conclusion(s): Findings indicate that person-centered care is a significant predictor of patient engagement and nursing satisfaction in stroke rehabilitation patients. It is important to develop person-centered nursing care as effective strategies to improve the quality of nursing care as well as patient outcomes in rehabilitation settings.
AN ANALYSIS OF A PREDATOR-PREY MODEL WITH LANDSCAPE FEATURES

We present an analysis of a predator-prey model with landscape features. We give the analysis based on the Hopf bifurcation theory. Moreover, the wave speed for different values is given by means of both nonlinear analysis and numerical simulation for derivation of the phase equation. The obtained results show that numerical simulations are in agreement with mathematical analysis.
