        체육수업에서 지각된 교사신뢰가 중학생의 교과흥미도 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 지각된 교사신뢰가 중학생의 교과흥미도 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 자료수집은 2017년 6월 7일부터 6월 27일까지였으며, G와 G시에 소재하고 있는 S와 H중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정하여 해당학교 재학생을 대상으로 할당표집방법에 의해 총 420명을 표집하였다. 수집된 자료 중에서 361명의 설문자료만을 실제 최종분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구에서 사용된 연구도구는 교사신뢰, 교과흥미도, 자기핸디캡을 측정하는 검사지를 이용하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 기술통계, 요인분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석한 연구결과를 토대로 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사신뢰와 교과흥미도의 관계에서 교사신뢰의 친밀감은 교과흥미도의 교과가치 및 노력, 교사선호에 정적 영향을 주며, 수업구성은 교과내용, 교과유능감에 정적 영향을 주며, 지도방법은 교과가치 및 노력, 교사선호에 정적 영향을 주며, 공정성은 교과가치 및 노력, 교사선호, 교과유능감에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사신뢰와 자기핸디캡의 관계에서 교사신뢰의 친밀감은 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교과흥미도와 자기핸디캡의 관계에서 교과흥미도의 교과가치 및 노력, 교과유능감은 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 주는 반면에, 교과내용은 자기핸디캡에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 종합해보면, 체육수업에서 지각된 교사신뢰는 교과흥미도와 자기핸디캡 간에 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived teacher-trust on subject interest and self-handicapping of middle school students in physical education class. The subjects of this consisted of 361(boys 178, girls 183) middle school students. The data was collected by quota sampling method. The used instrument of this study were the Park & Park(2009) for measuring physical education teacher-trust scale, the Han(2009) for measuring subject interest scale, and the Hwang & Park(2010) for measuring self-handicapping scale. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis as a statical method. The results of this study was as follows. First, in the relationships between teacher-trust and subject interest, intimacy positively influenced to value and effort and teacher preference, and process of class positively influenced to content of the subject and subject efficacy, and teaching methods positively influenced to value and effort and teacher preference, and fairness positively influenced to value and effort, teacher preference, and subject efficacy. Second, in the relationships between teacher-trust and self-handicapping, intimacy positively influenced to self-handicapping. Third, in the relationships between subject interest and self-handicapping, both value and effort and subject efficacy negatively influenced to self-handicapping, but content of the subject positively influenced to self-handicapping. In conclusions of this study, it demonstrated that perceived teacher-trust was closely related to subject interest and self-handicapping in the physical education class

      • Understanding the Impact of IT Service Innovation on the Firm Performance : The Case of Cloud Computing

        The goal of this study is to examine the impact of cloud computing adoption on the market value of the firm. Employing the event study methodology, we analyzed 72 firm-level announcements regarding cloud computing adoption. The results indicated that cloud computing adoption announcements were associated with positive increases in the market value of the firm. In addition, we found that there were differences in market returns to cloud computing adoption depending on strategic adoption intention, firm size, and industry sector. These results provide useful implications for the firm’ decision-making about whether, when, and how to adopt cloud computing to maximize its business value.

        The Impact of Message Characteristics on Online Viral Diffusion in Online Social Media Services

        In this paper, we explore the information diffusion mechanism under social network environments by investigating the effect of message characteristics on the volume and speed of retweeting in Twitter, a popular online social media service. To this end, we select eight main keywords (i.e., ‘무상급식’, ‘반값등록금’, ‘나가수’, ‘평창’, ‘김연아’, ‘박태환’, ‘아이폰’, ‘갤럭시’) that have been popular on online social media in recent days. Each keyword represents various social aspects of Korea that recently grab people’s attention such as political issues, entertainment, sports celebrities, and the latest digital products, and eventually holds distinctive message characteristics. Analyzing the frequency and velocity of retweeting for each keyword, we find that more than half of the sample messages posted on Twitter contain personal opinions for the certain keyword, but we also find that the tweets which include objective messages with hyperlink are the fastest ones when being retweeted by other followers. In overall, when being retweeted, the group of messages related to the certain keyword present distinctive diffusion patterns and speed according to message characteristics. From academic perspective, the findings in the study broaden our theoretical knowledge of information diffusion mechanism over online social media. For practitioners, the results also provide managerial implications regarding how to strategically utilize online social media for marketing communications with customers.

        In this paper, we explore retweet mechanism by investigating the effect of message characteristics on information diffusion in terms of volume and speed. To this end, we select four main keywords (e.g., ‘무상급식’, ‘나가수’, ‘김연아’, and ‘iPhone’) that have recently been popular on online social media, embrace various social aspects, and represent distinctive message characteristics. Analyzing the frequency and velocity of retweeting for each keyword, we find that more than half of posted messages on Twitter contain personal opinions for the certain keyword, but we also find that when being retweeted, the group of messages related to the certain keyword present distinctive diffusion patters and speed according to message characteristics. The findings in the study not only broaden our theoretical knowledge of information diffusion mechanism over online social media but also provide managerial implications regarding how to strategically utilize online social media for marketing communication with customers.

      • Relationship among Perceived Learning Environment, Self-regulation Strategies, and Academic Engagement of Middle School Students in Physical Education Classes

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships among perceived learning environment, self-regulation strategies and academic engagement of middle school students in physical education classes. Method: The subjects of this study consisted of 575(boys 279, girls 296) middle school students. The data was collected using quota sampling method. The used instruments of this study were the Lyu(2013) for measuring physical education learning environment scale, Jung & Park(2013) for measuring self-regulation strategies scale, and Lee & Lee(2012) for measuring academic engagement scale. The data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis as a statistical method. Result: First, in the relationships between physical education learning environment and self-regulation strategies, perceived challenge environment and perceived competence environment positively influenced to use of cognitive strategy but, perceived challenge environment positively influenced to self-regulation. Second, in the relationships between physical education learning environment and academic engagement, perceived challenge environment positively influenced to vigor and absorption but, perceived threat environment negatively influenced to it. And perceived challenge environment and perceived competence environment positively influenced to professional efficacy and dedication but, perceived threat environment negatively influenced to it. Third, in the relationships between self-regulation strategies and academic engagement, use of cognitive strategy and self-regulation positively influenced to vigor, professional efficacy, dedication, and absorption. Forth, self-regulation strategies had perfect mediation effector on the relationships between physical education learning environment and academic engagement in physical education. Conclusion: In conclusions, it demonstrated that perceived physical education learning environment was closely related to self-regulation strategies and academic engagement in the physical education classes. To improve the academic achievement of a student, PE teachers need to create a good learning environment that can enhance the academic engagement and, to create the teaching- learning methods that can improve students`` self-control strategies ability.

        Hepatitis E Virus Methyltransferase Inhibits Type I Interferon Induction by Targeting RIG-I

        The type I interferons (IFNs) play a vital role in activation of innate immunity in response to viral infection. Accordingly, viruses have evolved to employ various survival strategies to evade innate immune responses induced by type I IFNs. For example, hepatitis E virus (HEV) encoded papain-like cysteine protease (PCP) has been shown to inhibit IFN activation signaling by suppressing K63-linked de-ubiquitination of retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I) and TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1), thus effectively inhibiting down-stream activation of IFN signaling. In the present study, we demonstrated that HEV inhibits polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (poly(I:C))-induced IFN-β transcriptional induction. Moreover, by using reporter assay with individual HEV-encoded gene, we showed that HEV methyltransferase (MeT), a nonstructural protein, significantly decreases RIG-I-induced IFN-β induction and NF-κB signaling activities in a dose-dependent manner. Taken together, we report here that MeT, along with PCP, is responsible for the inhibition of RIG-I-induced activation of type I IFNs, expanding the list of HEV-encoded antagonists of the host innate immunity.

        스마트 파렛트 기반 부품공급시스템은 제품완성업체가 요구하는 부품들이 제품완성업체의 각 조립라인에 적시에 이종부품으로 인한 결 품이 없도록 부품을 공급하는 효율적인 시스템이다. 일반적으로 파렛트는 이동성이 강하므로 부품공급업체의 공장 내에서 효율적으로 적재/하역 작업을 수행하기 위해서는 작업자들이 언제 어디서나 쉽게 부품공급업체의 부풍관리서버에 접속하여 각 스마트 파렛트의 이종부품확인, 부품서열확인 및 위치정보를 검색 및 조회할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 기능을 지원하기 위하여 스마트 파렛트 기반 부품공급시스템에 적용할 PDA 시스템을 제안하고, 또한 이를 구현하였다.

        Systematic Analysis for the Effects of Atmospheric Pollutants in Cathode Feed on the Performance of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

        This paper describes how primary contaminants in ambient air affect the performance of the cathode in fuel cell electric vehicle applications. The effect of four atmospheric pollutants ($SO_2$, $NH_3$, $NO_2$, and CO) on cathode performance was investigated by air impurity injection and recovery test under load. Electrochemical analysis via polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was performed for various concentrations of contaminants during the impurity test in order to determine the origins of performance decay. The variation in cell voltage derived empirically in this study and data reported in the literature were normalized and juxtaposed to elucidate the relationship between impurity concentration and performance. Mechanisms of cathode degradation by air impurities were discussed in light of the findings.
