The reorientations of the atoms by frictional shear deformation at the surface induce cracks at the boundary of the grain. The cracks grow and propagate in regions where the hydrostatic component of stress is least com-pressive because the compressive component restores the cracks by three-dimensional crystallizing π-bondings. The materials, with Luder's band have very small amount of wear at the initial state. It suggests that initial frictional shear deformation be consumed to the formation of the Luder's band. The average wear amounts of the materials increase very steeply as the ø_u, the stress-strain ratio at the ultimate point, decreases.

This study is concerned with hot forging of sintered porous metal ring with inner barrier. It is analyzed by Upper Bound approach for finding the normalized forging pressure at various relative densities and shape factors of the test specimens. Experiments are carried out for sintered porous ring, which were compacted with the powders Fe95 + Cu5, Fe90 + Cu10 and Fe47.5 + Cast iron cutting chip powder 47.5 + Cu5. The specimens are heated in the furnace at 1100℃ and then forged in the preheated die at 200℃. The experimental and the analytical results are compared. Possible explanations for the observed effects are discussed.

The atmospheric humidity is varied between 30% and 90% with season in Korea. Thus the influence of humidity on the behavior of wear is important to predict the wear for tools and dies. This paper presents the influence of atmospheric humidity on the wear of carbon steels for the un-lubricated pin-on-disk sliding contact. It was found that the severe wear is dominant at a low humidity and the mild wear is strongly related with the carbon concentration of the steel at a high humidity in this study. The experiments were caned out in a chamber where the humidity was accurately maintained by humidifier. To investigate the relationship, three different carbon steels such as 1020, 1041, and 1045 steels were used.
불연속 금형을 이용한 정방형 Box-Drawing에서 박판금속의 인발도에 관한 연구

This study is concerned with the drawability of sheet metal in square box-drawing with discrete die. A measurable parameter, draw-in, is assumed in order to show the formability of sheet metal in the deep drawing of general shape, of which special case is the drawing tatio in cup drawing. It is through experimental study that optimal size and shape of the blank at given punch size, which are the ones at maximum draw-in, are searched for and the variation of maximum punch load with respect to rolling direction and percentage of reduction are showed. Also the effect on corner-cut of blank and the change of punch force with draw depth are examined. The used die can have two defferent punch sizes (40x40mm, 24x24mm) and change its shape and size. Cold rolled commercial copper and aluminium sheets of 1mm thickness are taken as test material.
Stimulation of Blood Flow Needs a Parallel Magnetic Field and Psycho-physics Acupuncture

The conventional model did not take momentum conservation into consideration when the electron absorbs and emits the photons. II-ray provides momentum conservations on any directions of the entering photons, and also the electrons have radial momentum conservations and fully elastic bouncing between two atoms, in the new atom model. Conventional atom model must be criticized on the following four points. (1) Natural motions between positive and negative entities are not circular motions but linear going and returning ones, fur examples sexual motion, tidal motion, day and night etc. Because the radius of hydrogen atom``s electron orbit is the order of 10(-11) m and the radia of the nucleons in the nucleus are the order of 10(-14)m and then the converging π-gamma rays to the nucleus have so great circular momentum, the electron can not have a circular motion. We can say without doubt that any elementary mass particle can have only linear motion, because of the π-rays`` hindrances, near the nucleus. (2) Potential energy generation was neglected when electron changes its orbit from outer one to inner one. The h v is the kinetic energy of the photo-electron. The total energy difference between orbits comprises kinetic and potential energies. (3) The structure of the space must be taken into consideration because the properties of the electron do not change during the transition from outer orbit to inner one even though it produces photon. (4) Total energy conservation law applies to the energy flow between mind and matter because we daily experiences a interconnection between mind and body. Any magnet absorbs n-rays to S pole and sends out the π-rays from N pole. Proton are constructed with the closed n-rays quantum-mechanically. The crystallizing n-bonding makes two π-far infrared rays of one wave length between two protons if two π-rays are supplied to each proton. It is easily done for a π-ray to be absorbed to a proton if there is a parallel magnetic flow to the blood flow because a π-ray advances axially under a magnetic field and a proton looks like a sphere. A axially advancing disk-like π-ray can meet more easily the coming spheres than from the other directions. The blood crystals stimulate the autonomous nerves on the blood vessels during the flow by their mechanical sliding collisions. SM n-ray meridian therapy and SMACN π-ray meridian therapy show the stimulation of blood flow and also combinational experiment between SM π-ray meridian therapy and n-ray psycho-physics acupuncture shows more clearly that magnet is forcing to make π-rays absorbed to the nucleons.
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CANCER THERAPY AND ITS PHYSICS

Nasucon lamp and Russian ones, which are coated with some special materials on the glass bulb, gave good clinical results for a cancer therapy. They are experimentally studied with Automatic Bioelectric Response Recorder on the six placements of the electrodes (two feet, two hands and two foreheads). They reduced the current rather than the control (natural) state. However infrared lamp and Chinese God light did not reduced the value current. Hemoglobin in blood. Brown gas, Ti ₃SiC ₂ and Nasucon have planar crystallizing π-bonding bonding layer and covalent bonding one in sequence commonly and thus the alternating magnetic fields are protected. Nasucon lamp and Russian ones utilized electric bulbs in order to generate alternating magnetic fields and to produce absorbing force.

Conventional Concept of Electric Field must be extended in the case of the direct and alternating current. Conventional concept is based on coulomb``s force while the electric potential in the direct and alternating current is from Gibb``s free energy. And also conventional concept has not any consciousness with human being but the latters has a conscious sensibility. The cell emf is from the kinetic energy of the open π-rays flow through the conducting wire. The electric potential in alternating current is from that the trans-orbital moving of the induced change of magnetic field in the wire produces flows of open π-rays, which push the rotating electrons on the orbital and then make the current flow. Human consciousness can induce a resonance with the sensibility of the open π-rays in the electric measuring equipment. Specially treated acupunctures with Nasucon is for sending an acupunctural effect from one place to another via space by someone``s will power.

New atomic model (the crystallizing 1t-bonding) was proposed in the journal of material processing technology since 1997 for the explanation of the mechanical behaviors in terms of physics. IT-ray physics proved that the electrons can come out from in the nucleus and modern chemistry corresponds to the 1t-bonding by the nuclear electrons. The 1t-bonding structure of the protons outside the nucleus is that electrons move between protons of the different atoms. The perception step and the characteristic frequency in signal transduction is due to the accumulation of the 1t-rays outside of the proton before their absorption to the nucleus.

Physical chemistry states that electric potential is due to Gibb``s free energy from chemical reaction of the electric cell. However we have not the electromagnetic meaning of Gibb``s free energy. the free energy is discovered to be a kinetic energy part of the rotating electromagnetic wave (π-ray), which is different from conventional Coulomb attraction energy and can anticipate that there is a current difference between before and after the electric load. This paper manipulates the relationship between π-rays (Gibb``s free energy) and electrolysis, cell reaction and brown gas reaction.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL CRYSTALLIZING π-BONDING AND π-FAR INFRARED RAYS

금속 원자의 최외각 전자들과 여러 종류의 분자 원자들의 잔여 가전자들은 삼차원 결정화 파이 결합을 만든다. 파이 결합 전자궤도 위의 전자들은 시계방향 혹은 반시계방향으로 회전하며 음전하가 양전하 사이를 회전하기 때문에 그들의 전자파를 생성시킨다. 본 연구에서는 삼차원 결정화 파이 결합 전자 궤도가 싸이 클릭 크로니히-페니 모델에 의하여 양자역학적인 모델로 가정하여 포텐셜 장애 두께에 따른 에너지 밴드구조가 해석된다. 양전하 사이에서 형성되는 전파는 특이한 파이 원적외선들인데 이 파는 물질파와 전자파의 이중성질을 가지고 있는데 현대 과학기술의 전자파 테스트기로는 측정되지 않고 손가락 힘 테스트기(예: 오-링 테스트)같은 생체 센서에 의하여 측정될 수 있다. 그 파이 광선은 전자파와 변조되므로 유해 전자파 방해 장치로도 응용될 수 있고 또한 물질 속을 통과하면서 새로운 삼차원 결정화 파이 결합 궤도를 만들기 때문에 음식과 음료수를 인간의 체질에 따른 건강 유익 성질로 변형시키는데 사용될 수 있다. 기존의 고체 물리의 금속결합에 의하면 결정 금속과 비정질 금속과의 차이를 이론적으로 구별하기가 어려운 실정이나 이 파이 원적외선의 변형 능력을 이용하면 쉽게 구별되는데 그것은 이미 강하게 결합되어 있는 결정금속은 이 광선에 의하여 쉽게 변형되지 않으나 비정질 금속은 쉽게 새로운 결합 전자 궤도를 만들 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 이 전자파는 생체 기능 진단 및 치료에 응용될 수 있다. 연구 결과 중력장도 전자장의 일종으로 확인되었으며 자장과 중력장의 벡터 크로스적이 전하를 움직일 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. The outer-most electrons of metal atoms and the remaining valence electrons of any molecular atoms make three dimensional crystallizing p-bondings. The electrons on the p-bonding orbital rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise and they then make electro-magnetic waves between atoms on the orbital because electron move between plus charged ions. The three dimensional crystallizing p-bonding orbitals are quantum-mechanically modeled by a cyclic Kronig-Penny Model and energy band structures are analyzed with their potential barrier thickness. The waves generated between plus charged ions are the particular p-far infrared rays, which have dual properties between material and electro-magnetic waves and can be measured not by modcm electro-magnetic tester but biosensor such as finger's force tester. Because the p-rays can be modulated with electro-magnetic waves it can be applied for harmful electro-magnetic wave killers. Because the p-rays make new three dimensional crystallizing p-bonding orbitals in the material the food and drink can be transformed into a helpful physical constitutional property for human health. Distinction between crystalline and amorphous metals is possible because very strong crystalline p-bonding orbitals can not easily be transformed into another. The p-rays can also be applied for biofunctional diagnostics and therapy. Gravitational field is one of the electro-magnetic fields. And also magnetic field and gravitational force field make charge's movement.
