김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

비만 개선 효과를 지닌 탄수화물 및 지방 흡수 억제 기능성 식이조성물 개발

In a previous study, we developed a new food additive as an egg yolk antibody (IgY) against carbohydrate digestion enzymes for the regulation of blood glucose level and weight control. The IgY delayed and decreased the increment of blood glucose level after administration of sucrose in human being by 30% in 20∼30 min. We also developed a lipase inhibitor as a water extract of two kinds of herb, Platycodon grandiflorum and Solanum melongena. Twenty three volunteers were subjected to the intake of the egg yolk IgY plus the herbal extracts for 50 days. In average, the treated subjects appeared to lose 1.96 ㎏ of body weight and 3.4 ㎏ of body fat mass during the treated period. Furthermore, Panniculus adiposus and breech size were significantly decreased during the experimental period. Above results suggested that the administration of the dietary additives composed of egg yolk IgY and natural herbal extract improve the obesity by the decrement of body weight and body fat mass.

야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

目標計劃法을 利用한 生産計劃에 관한 硏究

Goal Programming is a powerful technique for the analysis of real world problems in which one is often unable to reduce the problem to a single dimention objective. Therefore, it is a useful technique to solve the problems of modern business which is involving multiple and conflicting goals. In these days, material purchasing and allocation is very important but multidimentional problem. So this paper is to provide a model for this problem utilizing Goal programming. By doing so, we are to test the possibility of GP application to material purchasing and allocation problem and then extend the application area of Goal Programming in real world problems. The result of the model appears to be relistic and satisfactory for the problem. If the decision maker desired to pursue further analysis in terms of sensitivity of the solution, it could be easily accomodated by changing the priority and constraints.

불규칙파를 이용한 파랑에 의한 회절에 관한 연구

This research was performed the diffraction of irregular waves due to the semi-infinite breakwater. As for the simulation of irregular waves, the directional spreading function was divided by 10, 20, and 36 respectively under the condition of a constant division M=10 of frequency spectrum. Also two kinds of parameter Smax=10 and 75 were adopted for investigating the dissipation effect in the sheltered region. As the results of comparing with division number of the directional function, some differences were found between N=10 and N=36, but no any remarkable variance were found in the comparioson between N=20 and N=36. As for Comparing with the values of Smax, the diffraction coefficient distribution for Smax=75 was lower than that of Smax=10, and also irregular diffracted wave heights were almost lower than regular waves. As the verification step, the results of diffraction wave height and period's ratio obtained by this study were compared with Goda's results, a good agreement was found between them. Therefore the method of the this study may be useful for estimating diffraction wave height and layout of breakwater.

생쥐 피부의 창상치유에 관한 형태학적 관찰

The back skin of ICR mice were incised. The skin tissues were obtained from the incised wound on the 1st day, 1st weeks, and 2nd week after incision. And these tissue were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution. And, the formalin-fixed tissues were stained by PAS and alcian blue-safranin for the research of morphological changes of epidermis and the mast cells and granulation tissues of dermis. The tissues fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution were prepared for scanning electron micros-copy, and observed the crusts of scar surface. The results were as follows. 1. The collagen fibers in he granulation tissues at wound region were increased gradually, and became more dense than normal skin on the 2nd week after incision. 2. The newly-formed epidermis was thicker than that of normal skin at the 1st week, and increased in thickness to the 2nd week after incision gradually. 3. The mast cells were decreased in number than those of normal skin on the 1st day after incision, however, increased than those of normal skin on the 1st week after incision. On the 2nd week, the number of the mast cell were similar to those of normal skin. 4. Mixed mast cells containing both histamine and heparin appeared the granulation tissues on the 1st day and 1st week after incision. 5. In scanning electron microscopy, fibrin network on the scar began to appear on the 1st day, formed in a row on the 1st week. But fibrin network changed into irregular rough crusts on the 2nd week after incision.

국내 종합병원 병동부 복도공간의 환자 이용행태에 관한 비교 연구 : 중정형과 중복도형을 중심으로 Focused on the Courtyard and Double-loaded Corridor type

The conventional corridor space was a functional space simply linking the rooms and facilitating the circulations in a hospital. Today, however, they are no longer the spaces for simple circulation. Now, they are changing into healing spaces. Healing space must have some spatial characteristics helpful to curing the patients, and therefore, such a space should be designed to encourage patients to have diverse experiences and behaviors in terms of psychological stability, rehabilitation and personal communication. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at surveying and analyzing patients' behaviors of using the corridor spaces for general hospital wards. To this end, middle corridors and patio-type side corridors for general hospital wards in Korea were sampled. It was found through this study that various healing behaviors shown in the conventional middle corridors were witnessed in the patio-type side corridors. On the other hand, behavioral characteristics of each area were analyzed to determine the factors encouraging patients to be cured, and thereupon, some design points for the corridor spaces of general hospital wards were suggested to help their users quick recovering.

폭풍시 사구의 침식각에 따른 해안단면의 침식에 관한 연구

This EDUNE model developed by Kriebel was used for predicting storm-induced beach and dune erosion due to elevated water levels and waves. This model was based on the convolution integral involving a erosion-force function and an exponential erosion-response function. This numerical model adopted the equation of sediment continuity and a dynamic equation governing the cross-shore sediment transport due to a disequilibrium of wave energy dissipation levels. These equations are solved numerically by an implicit, double-sweep method to obtain the changes in position of elevation contours in the profile. In this study, the changes of a beach profile and dune erosion have been simulated for varying the dune erosion angle due to storm. The range of angle was 0.1~0.4 radian. It is shown that erosion rate is increasing according to the decrease of erosion angle.

항해 홍길주의 고문론의 실체를 총체적으로 조명하기 위한 첫 단계로, 본고에서는 고문과 관련된 핵심 논의들이 많이 수록되어 있는 『현수갑고』를 주된 텍스트로 삼아 연구를 진행하였다. 『峴首甲藁』에 수록된 고문 관련 논의들은 '도문일치에 입각한 글쓰기와 문장의 효용적 가치 추구, 다양한 전범 설정과 육경회귀, 古令의 회통과 법고창신, 의기법의 통합과 주체적 글쓰기'로 정리가 가능하다. 이상 종합된 내용들은 이후 여러 문집과 작품 창작에 있어서 중요한 규구로 작용하기 때문에, 항해의 문학을 이해하는 데 있어서 중요한 실마리를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 가학의 전통과 연천의 영향, 풍부한 독서와 습작을 통해 확립된 항해의 고문론은 이후 연암을 접하면서 변화·확장하게 되는데, 특히 활물적 세계 인식에 기초한 활문장·활독서·생의론 등의 개념들은 항해의 문학을 더욱 생동감 있게 만들고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 항해 고문론의 변화 양상을 밝히는 데 있어서 그 단초를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. In this research, main text is 「Hyeonsugap-go」 which has key theories for ancient documents to take a first step for illuminating the theory of Hanghae Hong, gil-ju paleography. The four major themes are : 1. writing is based on the notion that reason has to coincide with literature and pursues practical value of sentence, 2. creating various role model and returning to the Six Classics of Confucianism, 3. having conversations between ancient and modern times and compromising between old and new styles, 4. uniting the willings for writing and writing independently. These key themes can be a major clue to understanding his works since Hanghae capitalized on them to make collections of his works and create literary works. The writer established his own theory through the tradition of family study, the influence of Yeoncheon and abundant reading and constant practicing. Especially, Yonam's works allowed Hanghae's theory to be evolved and changed on the basis of the idea that All is living. For instant, notions, such as letting sentence lively, getting reading alive and having the implication clear, make his literatures vivid. So this research can be expected to lead to shed light on the phases of development of Hanghae theory.
