Elementary school textbooks looked vocabulary corpus in this study to measure the productivity of native language noun derived prefix. Baayen(1989) review the existing formula to apply the methodology was proposed in Korean productivity measuring expression as "P = (n1 + U + 1) .T / N". n1 is the number of Sudan I, U is the number of tail lamp Measure, T is the total sum of the macro means forming species derivatives, N is the frequency of the average frequency of less than or equal to the frequency of the macro forming derivatives. Measurement "Su- > Han- > Cham- > Tong- > Am- > Si-, Heot- > Mat-, Deot- > Soe- > Maen- > Gae-, Haet- > Al-, Jul-, Jjok-, Put-, Nal- > Dol- > Jan- > Deuls -, Mak-, Chal- > Meok- > Mat- > Neut-, Min-, Oe- > Gun-, Mal-, Ut- > Hol- > Me- > Gyeop- > Ddeok" was measured in the order. Discussion on the productivity of the macro is to be expanded in terms of species, will get developed into detailed categories and how to apply the theoretical study of vocabulary teaching meantime.

Xanthoma disseminatum (XD) is a rare benign form of non-langerhans cell histiocytosis, affecting the skin and mucous membranes. The cutaneous manifestations consist of multiple yellowish papules which symmetrically involve the face, trunk and proximal extremities. Involvement of other organs including brain, bone and bone marrow also may be seen, and a case of hepatic involvement with XD has been reported in a child. A 60-year-old male presented with a two year history of asymptomatic yellowish-brown papules on the face, neck, both axillae, inguinal and perianal areas with size ranging from 0.1 to 0.3cm in diameter. The lesions were first appeared on intertriginous areas such as both axillae, inguinal and perianal areas with unknown etiology, and then disseminated to the neck, periocular and perioral areas with acute exacerbation of liver function. An abdomen CT revealed acute hepatitis with common bile duct (CBD) dilatation. Although liver function was normalized after removing CBD stones, multiple laryngeal masses causing dyspnea were found and surgically removed. Histopathology of the skin lesions and laryngeal masses revealed dermal infiltration of foam cells with few Touton-type giant cells and immunohistochemical analysis showed positive labeling for CD68, but negative for S-100. Routine testing including serum lipid profiles was normal. Consequently, this case was diagnosed with XD.

<P>Borehole data are more commonly used than other geotechnical methods for determining the 3D geospatial information of a given site. However, the inadequate acquisition of continuous geotechnical information over an entire site limits the usefulness of this technique. In contrast, 2D continuous geophysical tomography over a large area reveals geophysical characteristics that can be transformed into geotechnical information. It is therefore possible to obtain more reliable stratal information by combining borehole datasets and geophysical measurements using geostatistical methods. In this study, a 3D geostatistical integration method incorporating site-specific geotechnical variability was proposed to construct a 3D geospatial database for developing geological unit boundaries for engineering projects. First, borehole datasets, reviewed by a geologist, were modified to fit a geostatistical trend of geological strata using a cross-validation-based outlier detection method. Then, site-specific geological layer criteria were determined based on proper statistical comparisons to convert geophysical values into boundary criteria for each geological layer. Finally, 3D geospatial information incorporating site-specific geomaterial characteristics was determined using indicator kriging. The proposed framework was established as functional modules in a geographic information system (GIS) platform and applied to three testbeds in Korea, incorporating a variety of site conditions such as spatial variability of coastal and mountainous areas, to validate its applicability depending on various geophysical characteristics. Application of the proposed framework indicates increases in estimation accuracy of 3D subsurfaces using geophysical and borehole information. However, the geostatistical integration of the two datasets has limited application in areas of geological complexity, such as areas with faults or anisotropic geological strata.</P>

Background: Low fluence 1,064nm Q-switched Neodymium: Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser has been widely used for pigmentary disorders. Up to now, there has been no reliable study to evaluate an effect of 1,064nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for senile lentigo. Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the beneficial effect of low fluence 1,064nm Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser in treatment for senile lentigo on the face. Methods: A retrospective review was conducted on patients treated with fluence 1,064nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for the purpose of skin brightening. Only 14 patients with multiple senile lentigos were included in this study. All side effects were recorded to assess the safety of the modality. Results: Mean age of patients was 56.7【10.7 years old and male-to-female ratio was 1:6. Mean treatment fluence was 1.57【0.26J/cm2, and mean total treatment sessionwas 9.5【2.1. Mean interval period between each session was 25.7【11.7 days, and mean treatment session to reach marked improvement was 8.7【2.3. At final visit, 9 of 14 (64.3%) reached near total and marked improvement, and 4 of 14 (28.6%) reached moderate improvement. 2 of 14 (14.3%) experienced transient pigmentary changes. Conclusion: Low fluence 1,064nm Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser may be considered as an effective and safe optional modality for the treatment of senile lentigo.

The ethyl acetate fraction of Bat Faeces (Ye Ming Sha: natural products used in Chinese Medicine) after fermentation (EFBF-AF) showed enhanced anti-oxidative effects in 2,2-diphenyl- 1-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6- sulfonic acid) diammonium salt assays. Fermentation of the Bat Faeces by using the crude enzyme extract from Aspergillus kawachii, significantly increased the anti-inflammatory effects. Fermented Bat Faeces markedly inhibited nitric oxide production, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and cyclooxygenase-2 expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. The EFBF-AF reduced the nuclear translocation of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) via IKKα and IκBα phosphorylation, and decreased the phosphorylated the extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK) and p38 expression in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 macrophages. In addition, the EFBF-AF suppressed the expression of pro-inflammatory genes, such as interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α. These results suggest that fermented Bat Faeces may suppress pro-inflammatory responses in LPSstimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages cells via ERK, p38 mitogenactivated protein kinase and NF-κB signaling pathways.

Although alopecia areata (AA) shows a high rate of spontaneous remission, there are many treatment options applied for rapid clinical results. Intralesional corticosteroid is first-line therapy for patients with less than 50% scalp involvement. Most studies with intralesional corticosteroid reported 60-75% of patients experienced hair regrowth within 4 months. However, if there is no regrowth after 4 months of treatment, topical corticosteroids, minoxidil and immunotherapy would be considered. Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), deoxyribonucleotide polymers ranging between 50 and 2000 base pairs, stimulates the adenosine receptor. The receptor is closely associated with the mechanism of minoxidil, used in the treatment of AA. Therefore, we presumed that PDRN would also have a clinical effect on AA, but there is limited data on the effectiveness of PDRN in AA. Herein, we report that two AA patients, recalcitrant to intralesional corticosteroid, show a significant clinical effect of hair regrowth with intralesional PDRN.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune inflammatory disorder. Various cutaneous manifestations are associated with RA, including rheumatoid nodule, vasculitis, palisading granulomatous dermatitis, and neutrophilic disorders. Rheumatoid neutrophilic dermatitis (RND) occurs in patients with active and severe RA, and vesicular-type RND is rarely reported, which predominantly involves the lower extremities. A 66-year-old female presented a 6-year history of RA. She had successfully treated with the combination of systemic prednisolone and methotrexate. At the beginning of 2015, erythematous vesicles with crust and erosion suddenly began to spread symmetrically on the both thighs. The lesion was accompanied with intermittent pain. The patient was initially treated with oral acyclovir and a mid-potent topical steroid, based on the diagnosis of herpes simplex. The lesions, however, were recurrent every month despite taking medications. A year later, a skin biopsy was performed. The histological examination showed intracorneal pustules and dense dermal inflammatory infiltrates, consisting mainly of adundant neutrophils. There were endothelial swelling and luekocytoclasis, but no vasculitis. The patient was then started on leflunomide for the control of RA with satisfactory preliminary skin response. The based on the clinical and histological features, RND was diagnosed.
