Urea SCR system is well known technology to reduce NOx from diesel engine. In Korea, Vanadium SCRs have been used in heavy-duty commercial vehicles with introducing EURO-4. As vanadium is regarded as the material of causing cancer, Zeolite SCR would be technical alternative to meet next regulation stage. In this study, NOx reduction characteristics have been compared between Vanadium and Fe-Zeolite SCR depending on some parameters like space velocity, NO2/NOx ratio, NH3 concentration, etc. The tested vanadium and Fe-Zeolite SCR have similar tendency in NOx reduction as above parameters, but show quite different performance characteristics in low temperature.
A Study on Information Contents in the Volatility Spread in KOSPI market

This research examines information content and origin of the volatility spread of KOSPI200 index, which is the difference in implied volatility of call and put options of KOSPI200 having the same maturity and strike. Kim (2011) discovered that the volatility spreads of KOSPI200 options precedes KOSPI200 index return rate. Using a more recent data set of KOSPI200, this study shows that the volatility spread shows forecasting power on KOSPI200 return rate as in Kim (2011). Further, it reveals the fundamental cause of volatility spread is the basis between spot and futures of underlying asset. In addition it has been indicated that spread of spot and futures are the more reliable information in predicting KOSPI200 return than the volatility spread index return rate through VAR analysis and theoretical explanation respectively. This study differs to Kim(2011) mainly in considering futures as key role.
CFD 프로그램 수행을 위한 그리드 컴퓨팅 기반의 메타컴퓨팅 시스템

CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)는 수치 기법(Numerical Methods)과 알고리즘을 사용하여 유체 유동 문제를 풀고 해석하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 CFD 분석 프로그램의 효율적인 수행을 위해 분산 환경을 기반으로 하는 메타컴퓨팅(Metacomputing) 시스템에 대해서 기술한다. 실제 CFD 프로그램을 단일 클러스터 시스템에서 수행시켰을 때와 메타컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용하여 수행시켰을 때 소요되는 시간과 결과 파일을 실험을 통하여 비교한다. 그 결과 메타컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용하여 CFD 분석 프로그램을 분산 수행시킨 경우는 그렇지 않은 경우에 소요되는 시간보다 평균 15.3~38.5% 정도 빨랐고, 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Nowaday, Many country have been using many kind of DPF system. But reduction efficiency was decrease when using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel used for a long time. Because sulfur poisoning. Therefore, It was hard to using for diesel fuel. some country using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel. In this paper was studied for endurable SiC filter of sulfur poisoning. Because Reduction efficiency decrease Occurs. due to sulfur contents Because low sulfur diesel used for a long time. than uses 30ppm of sulfur contents in Constraints on. Need to be developed. In order to export to foreign countries for consumption will occur So I need to be developed to sulfur poisoning resistant SiC filter. Properties were examined for Sulfur poisoning by dynamometer durability Test. As the result. Reduction efficiency was found that many were not different. to Emissions and particulate matter. Reduction efficiency changes depending on the amount of coating. Suggested the possibility to filter development.

Diesel injection of burner systems for optimized control logic to the burner flame characteristics are investigated. Exhaust gas velocity depending, HC-Slip, oxygen concentration and flame temperature are determined on the engine operating conditions. As a result, the engine speed and load increases with increasing space velocity, the flames seem to be the most impact. Interfere with the flow rate of exhaust flame burner and backed by one of the ones that appear to occur is HC-Slip. Burner flame temperature changes with increasing air flow and exhaust flow rate grow from a low speed and high temperatures seem to load. Oxygen concentration of exhaust gas to the temperature of the burner flame seem to decrease. At the conclusion, a burner experiments by changing the shape of the exhaust gas flow rate of the burner flame propagation speed that the affected could be seen.
