Background: Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) frequently occurs following bimaxillary orthognathic surgeries. Compared to opioids, Nefopam is associated with lower incidences of PONV, and does not induce gastrointestinal tract injury, coagulopathy, nephrotoxicity, or fracture healing dysfunction, which are common side effects of Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. We compared nefopam- and fentanyl-induced incidence of PONV in patients with access to patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) following bimaxillary orthognathic surgeries. Methods: Patients undergoing bimaxillary orthognathic surgeries were randomly divided into nefopam and fentanyl groups. Nefopam 120 mg or fentanyl $700{\mu}g$ was mixed with normal saline to a final volume of 120 mL. Patients were given access to nefopam or fentanyl via PCA. Postoperative pain intensity and PONV were measured at 30 minutes and 1 hour after surgery in the recovery room and at 8, 24, 48, and 72 hours after surgery in the ward. The frequency of bolus delivery was compared at each time point. Results: Eighty-nine patients were enrolled in this study, with 48 in the nefopam (N) group and 41 in the fentanyl (F) group. PONV occurred in 13 patients (27.7%) in the N group and 7 patients (17.1%) in the F group at 8 hours post-surgery (P = 0.568), and there were no significant differences between the two groups at any of the time points. VAS scores were $4.4{\pm}2.0$ and $3.7{\pm}1.9$ in the N and F groups, respectively, at 8 hours after surgery (P = 0.122), and cumulative bolus delivery was $10.7{\pm}13.7$ and $8.6{\pm}8.5$, respectively (P = 0.408). There were no significant differences in pain or bolus delivery at any of the remaining time points. Conclusion: Patients who underwent bimaxillary orthognathic surgery and were given nefopam via PCA did not experience a lower rate of PONV compared to those that received fentanyl via PCA. Furthermore, nefopam and fentanyl did not provide significantly different postoperative pain control.
An Educational Program against Digital Drama using Artificial Intelligence

Cyberbullying and digital drama are on the rise among students. Therefore, this paper proposes an educational program that can enhance students' ability to use artificial intelligence(AI) technology and develop the power to respond to digital drama. In order to understand the effect of the proposed education program, this education was applied on a trial basis to 205 middle school students residing in South Korea. Moreover, the change of coping ability to the digital drama was observed before and after education. After applying for the educational program, the students' empathy(t=-5.506, p<0.001), peer conflict resolution(t=-3.842, p<0.01), and peer mediation(t=-4.213, p<0.001) improved, and did not significantly affect their anger control ability(t=-0.272, p>0.05). The educational program proposed in this paper uses AI to make it more attractive for students familiar with digital devices to participate in education and increase their educational concentration. This paper has its limitations as it is a study only for middle school students in South Korea. However, it is significant that the educational program proposed in this paper prevented the recently increased digital drama and led to a crucial change in coping ability.
창의융합형 인재 양성을 위한 지능정보기술 활용 창의교육 실천 프로그램 시범수업 운영

급변하는 시대변화 속 인문학적 소양과 지능정보기술 활용 역량을 융합할 수 있는 역량을 함양한 인재의 중요성이 확대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학생들이 인문학과 기술적 지식을 새로운 형태로 창조해낼 수 있도록 창의교육 실천 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 주제는 인공지능 인문학 포렌식 사이언스, 디지털 치료제로 구성하였으며, 각 프로그램 개발을 위해 시범적으로 수업을 운영한 결과를 제시한다. In the rapidly changing times, the importance of talents who have cultivated the ability to converge the humanities literacy with the ability to utilize intelligent information technology is growing in importance. Therefore, in this thesis, we developed creative education practice programs to create new humanities and technical knowledge forms. The program"s themes consist of artificial intelligence humanities, forensic science, and digital therapy, and the results of pilot classes for each program development are presented.
