      • Koji를 이용한 저식염 멸치젓의 속성제조에 관한 연구

        산업적으로 경쟁력이 있는 젓갈을 제조하기 위한 목적으로 본 연구는 현재까지 연구된 저식염 젓갈에 Koji를 첨가하여 젓갈의 속성제조 및 풍미성분의 개량을 시도하여 보았다. Koji를 첨가한 저식염 멸치젓은 숙성 30일경에 완전히 숙성되었으며 이때 아미노질소 함량도 가장 높았다. 지방 및 단백질 분해효소의 활성은 대조구 및 Koji첨가 시료 모두 숙성 20일 및 30일경에 가장 높았고 그 후로 감소하였다. 단백질 분해균은 Koji의 경우 숙성 20일경에, 대조구는 숙성 30일경에 가장 많았으며 그 후로 감소하였다. Koji를 첨가한 저식염 멸치젓은 재래식 기존 젓갈에 비해 단기간에 숙성시킬 수 있었다. The adding effect of Koji, made by Aspergillus oryzae, in low salt-fermented anchovy paste was studied to reduce fermentation time and to enhance flavor quality as a commercial feasibilty in seafood industry. The content of volatile basic nitrogen increased slowly during fermentation, whereas that of amino nitrogen was the highest in 30days of low salt-fermented anchovy made with Koji. Protease and lipase activity in anchovy paste, which made with or without Koji, were high amount in 30 and 20 days of fermentation, respectively. A number of proteolytic bacteria was high level in 13 days and then slowly decreased afterward.

        Campbell Early(Vitis labruscana B.) grape shoot tips derived from cuttings were cultured on modified basal media of Murashige and Skoog(MS) differing in pH, nitrogen strength, N-source(NO3 - N and NH4- N), Cl- and SO42-, and their responses to nutrient uptake were investigated. 1.Optimal pH for mineral absorption except P was 5.0. 2.Maximum nutrient uptake was obtained with 0.50 - (0.50N) to 0.75-fold nitrogen (0.75 N) media. 3.Increase in total mineral contents of P, K, Ca, and Mg in shoot mass derived from one initial shoot tip was proportional to NO3-N level while N absorption was enhanced with 75 : 25 to 50 : 50(NO3-N : NH4-N) media. 4.MS medium with both Cl- and SO42- was favorable for N uptake. Absorption of P, K, and Mg was greater with the media composed only with SO42-, while Ca uptake was stimulated with Cl- media.

        Pseudomonas sp. EL-G527에 의한 환경친화성 생물계면활성제의 생산최적조건

        A biosurfactant-producing microorganism was isolated from activated sludge by enrichment culture when grown on a minimal salt medium containing n-hexadecane as a sole carbon source. This microorganism was identified as Pseudomonas sp. and it was named Pseudomonas sp. EL-G527. It's optimal culture condition is 2% n-hexadecane, 0.2% NH_4NO_3, 0.3% KH_2PO_4, 0.3% K_2HPO_4, 0.02% MgSO_4·7H_2O, 0.0025% CaCl_2·6H_2O, 0.0015% FeSO_4·7H_2O in 1ℓ distilled water and initial pH 7.0. Cultivation was initiated with a 2% inoculum obtained from starter cultures grown in 30 ㎖ of the same medium in 250 ㎖ flask. They were cultivated at 30 ℃ in reciprocal shaking incubator and the highest biosurfactant production was observed after 4 days.

        중년 여성의 평상 식이 지방산이 체지방 함량 및 혈중 지질 함량에 미치는 영향

        The present study undertaken to investigate the interrelationship among their regular dietary fatty acid intake, body fat content(BFC), and plasma lipid fractions(PLF) of middle-aged Korean women. Forty-nine women(age 30 to 49) participated in this study in which the aim was to determine their total nutrient intake per day, BFC and PLF, and to analyse the intercorrelations of these. Strong correlation was seen among their body mass index, mid-upper-arm-circumference, and BFC which were positively correlated with plasma total lipids(TL) and triglycerides(TG). Dietary myristic acid and lauric acid were positively correlated with both total cholesterol(TC) and LDL-cholesterol(LDL-C) in plasma. Palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, and total monounsaturated fatty acid(MUFA) were negatively correlated with HDL-cholesterol(HDL-C). Although dietary total saturated fatty acid(SFA) was not correlated with TC and LDL-C, it was positively correlated with TL and TG in plasma. However, dieary n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) in regular Korean diet was not correlated with any of lipid fractions in plasma which might he due to the high ratio of n-6/n-3 in their diet. From the above results, it was concluded that plasma lipid fractions were modulated by their dietary nutrients, especially the types of the fatty acids. Dietary SFA and MUFA intake not PUFA are strongly correlated with LDL-C and HDL-C in the Korean diet. This may relate to the frequency of coronary heart disease in the age group.

        In this paper, setting and strength development of cement mortar are discussed under various mineral admixture content and curing temperature. Setting time exhibited an increasing tendency with an increase in curing temperature. Under low curing temperature, use of CKD resulted in a reduction in setting retarding, whereas FA and BS retarded the setting time of cement mortar. For compressive strength, high curing temperature and age leaded to an increase in compressive strength of concrete. Under low curing temperature, the use of CKD resulted in an enhancement of compressive strength at early stage, and exhibited a similar level of compressive strength with plain concrete. For this reason, use of CKD in cold weather concreting has positive effect on strength development at low curing temperature under early age.

        The objective the paper is to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of concrete incorporating mineral admixtures. For setting properties, at low curing temperature, setting time of concrete with mineral admixture is delayed compared with that of plain concrete. But, use of cement kiln dust(CKD) has a desirable effect on reducing setting retard under low curing temperature. For compressive strength, concrete with FA and BS have low strength at early stage compared with that of plain concrete under low curing temperature. However, the use of CKD resulted in an enhancement of compressive strength at early stage under low curing temperature, and exhibited a similar level of compressive strength with plain concrete. For this reason, use of CKD in cold weather concreting has positive effect on strength development at low curing temperature under early age.

      • 영유아예방접종시 보건소이용가정과 병의원 이용가정의 사회계층적 특성에 관한 분석연구

        In order to develop an appropriate health care service program for a population. it is of utmost importance that the particular population's demograhic and socio-economic characteristics are taken into consideration. The purpose of this research was to determine which of the demographic and socio-economic factors gathered from basic family health records contribute to the decision by people to use either the hospitals and clinics. or health centers for their children's health care. The target area of this study was Guro 6 dong. Guro-Ku, Seoul. A sampling method of choosing families whose children(1-3 years old) had already received their third DPT vaccination resulted in 405 subject familes out of 3904 family health records which were on file at the Guro 6 dong health subcenter A general survey of the households under study revealed that 61.9% of the children received the vaccinations at a health center. and 38.1%. at a clinic or a hospital. The demographic. socio-economic. and maternal health behaviour characteristics were all analyzed for each of the 405 families. In addition. the likelihood of each family to use either the clinic and hospital or the health center was analyzed. Significant differences in the data were determined by the Chi-squared methcd. The factors affecting the utilization of medical facilities ware examined through a stepwise discriminant analysis. using the type of medical facility utilized as group variable, and the demographic characterlistics socio-economic characteristics. or maternal health behaviour as discriminant variable. 1. Of the demographic characteristics. father's education. the mother's age. mothor'education. and the mother's occupation had a hit ratio of 58.0% 2. Upon the analysis of socio-economic characteristics, type of housing, status of ownership of the house, household income, and whether the family had a telephone had a hit ratio of 69.9%. 3. Using maternal health behaviour. as the discriminating variable, and prenatal care, postpartum care had a hit ratio of 70.9%. 4. The stepwise discriminant analysis resulted in postpartum care, type of housing, ownership status of the house, mother's occupation, monthly income, and ownership of telephone having a hit ratio of 73.4%. The collection of basic health information of a population is essential for planning an appropriate health care service program. This research has shown that, as part of the basic information, demographic, and scoio-economic, as well as maternal health behavior characterisics are very important in determinizing an individual's preference for a particular type of medical facility from the available ones. Furthermore, these specific characteristics of a population may be used in planning a comprehensive health care service program to make certain appropriate facilities and programs are available. More need to be done in the future to discover the factors which influence the effective utilization of health service programs available to the population.

      • 都市家庭의 衣服管理實態에 관한 연구 : in SEOUL 서울 지역을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to research the behavior of family clothing management, and to find how home background afect the family clothing management. A common questionaire was introduced to survey the behavior of clothing management and the background of the home. The object and scope of this research were mothers of 515 students attending at the randomly selected 9 school among the primary schools and middle schools (both boys and girls) located at 9 regions in SEOUL. For this study, ANOVA TEST, CHI-SQUARE TEST, and statistical analysis was utilized to illustrate measures for corrective implementation. The study results led to the following conclusions ; First, about 96 percent of the surveyed families seperated their off-season clothong's keeping place from seasonal clothing's keeping place. Anyway, most clothings are mainly kept in the wardrobe. Second, many wearable clothings was kept in dead storage. Third, the main reason of above no.2 was to keep pace with the current style. Fourthe, the disposal method of unwanted but still-wearable clothings was give to other person. Fifth, the reason and disposal method unwanted but stillwearable clothings show significant differences in each group classified by socio-economic levels and age. These findings suggest that the research on the more effecient and practicable methodology and education from social institutions on clothings disposal method should be developed and applied, so as to economy materials.

      • 이동형 생체계측을 위한 임베디드 컴퓨팅

        연구목적: 초소형 정밀 기계 기술로 제작된 2차원 가속도 센서와 916 MH2 단거리 고주파 데이터 통신 기술을 응용하여 인체의 운동상태를 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 기법을 제안 하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법: 인체의 신호를 획득하기 위하여 미국 버클리대에서 제작한 무선 센서를 등 산용 조끼의 전면상단에 부착해서, 대상자의 흉골 부위에 위치하도록 하고, 앉은 상태에서 일어서거나 눕거나 하는 동작 및 그 역동작이 일어날 때, 가속도 센서에서 감지되는 4가지 종류의 파형 현화에 해당되는 데이터를 무선센서 네트웍을 통해 획득하였다. 결과: 획득한 신호를 주성분분석(Principal Component Analysis)과 지원벡터머신(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여, 2차주성분까지를 도표화하고 클러스터링 함으로써, 4개의 영역으로 분할하는 것이 가능함을 말 수 있었다 결론: 소형 센서들이 작동되는 임베디드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일상생활 중에 발생하는 인체의 4가지 동작을 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 것이 가능함을 보였다. Purpose: New monitoring and classifying method of human motion contort was pro- posed by using 2-axial MEMS accelerometer and 916 MHz short-range data communica-tion technology. Materials and Methods: The wireless sensor of MICA mote was attached to a woman mountain vest and located close to the subject's sternum. During four types of sub-ject's motion, that is, sit-to-stand, stand-to-sit, sit-to-tying, and tying-to-sit, waveform changes of the accelerometer data were acquired by wireless sensor network. Results: The acquired signal was analyzed by Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) technique. By clustering the first and second principal components, four regions corresponding to the four types of motion, were clearly segment-ed. Conclusion: Human motion context during daily life could be monitored and classified automatically by using small sensors in embedded computing environment
