울산지역 중소기업을 위한 관리시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 울산지역 중소기업의 관리업무의 효율성을 제고시키는 관리시스템의 구축을 위하여 한 자동차 부품업체를 대상으로 부품의 수주, 생산, 납품, 수금 등을 관리하는 PC용 소프트웨어의 개발을 다룬다. 이 소프트웨어는 다수의 자동차 부품생산업체들에 있어서 공동으로 적용될 수 있으며 또한 대기업에 납품하는 협력업체가 많은 울산지역의 다른 중소기업들의 경우에도 적용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper deals with the design and development of managerial system suitable for small and medium-sized firms in Ulsan area. For this purpose, a PC-based software is developed for a company, one of subcontractors of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) which are typical in Ulsan area. This software consists of the input, status, and change modules to deal with the information about orders of parts from HMC, delivery of parts just in the appointed time, and bill collecting. Though the software presented in this paper is developed for the company that manufactures auto parts, it can be used with minor adjustments for other small and medium-sized firms in Ulsan area.
고압 액체 크로마토그래프법에 의한 Coproporphyrin Ⅰ과 Ⅲ이성질체의 분리에 관한 연구

We describe a method of separating coproporphyrin isomer I and Ⅲ by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a absorbance detector set at 405 nm. For the chromatographic analyses we used a solvent system with two solutions, acetonitrile/KH2PO4,/acetic acid and acetonitrile/ammonium acetate buffer. An decreasing the acetonitrile concentration, the retention times increased, and other variables were kept constant. A concentration of 45% (v/v) acetonitrile was chosen for the determination of CP I and CP Ⅲ. Effect of the potassium dihydrogen phosphate concentration and acetic acid were studied at different concentration. A good separation was obtained at concentration of 20 mM and 1% acetic acid. The retention and resolution decreased with increasing pH and no separation was possible at pH above 5.75. The optimum pH was between 5.0 and 5.5 for a rapid analytical separation of the isomers in 1 M ammonium acetate buffer containing 28% acetonitrile. Determination of coproporphyrin isomers by these method may be a useful indicator in screening for exposure to lead.

Enhancement of performance of engine depends upon how perfectly combustion is effected, and air swirl is a factor contributing to this aim. In this paper, the variation of induction air swirl according to intake port shapes is studied by steady flow test. As a result of the steady flow test, using various shapes of intake port the following points are clarified. 1. Air swirl in actual engine cylinder can be fully estimated by steady flow test. 2. A valve position can have a substantial effect upon swirl. 3. The change of port inlet area has an effect on the variation of air swirl.

This paper reviews the literature on strategic human resource management arranging the content around major research questions and discusses some issues which remains to be answered cmpirically as well as theoretically. The development of the topic of human resource management is now well documented in literature. Nevertheless, the focus of the debates to HRM is firms' performance, One of the central features of the recent HRM debate is the importance given to the integration of HRM into the business and corporate strategy. So Attempted to empirically validate Dyer and Holder(1988), and Miles and Snow(1978) typology and also test the performance implications of the match between corporate strategy and HRM strategy.

This is a study to modify the curriculum of the ocean civil engineering department in junior college. We collected and analyzed data which are concerned on the curriculum development or improvement, the marine techniques and the ocean policy. And then we also gathered the opinions of the professors serving at the ocean civil engineering department by holding several conferences and investigated the opinions of the ocean civil engineers serving at the industrial organization by way of the inquring papers. In addition we collected the advices of educational specialists and ocean civil specialists by visiting personally. On the basis of above opinions we developed the jobs of graduates and made a model curriculum shown in Table 6. We tried to intensify the subjects of special basic field related to the ocean & civil engineering and the subjects of basic experiment & practise. The ocean observation practise was newly formed and the E. D. P.S was reinforced.

An investigation of the MeOH soluble fractions of a marine sponge Psammocinia sp. (Order:Dictyoceratida) led to the isolation of a new epidioxy sterol (1) and four known sterols (2-5). Their planarstructures were defined by analyses of the spectroscopic data. The 27-nor-24-methylcholestan type side chain withan epidioxy nucleus (1) was unprecedented. Compounds 1-5 were isolated from a sponge Psammocinia sp. for the first time.
관광 미래예측기법에 관한 이론적 고찰 : 시스템 다이나믹스를 중심으로

During the formulating and implementing process of a decision, the decision-maker of tourism sets an assumption about the future. But, existing assumptions take into account the consequences of the analysis of various phenomenons about the future, without consideration to Tourism policy about the future. This is a limitation. Therefore, there is a need for a methodology that shows direction to anticipate and realize the future phenomenon of tourism, which are methods to understand the internal factors of the tourism system, and methods to analyze the interactions of the component units within the tourism system and its effects on society and the economy, and methods to calculate growth potential. One of the methods to analyze change patterns in behavior of the interactions of the component units is by simulation, and one of the most frequently used simulation is System Dynamics. The System Dynamics simulation is a mode to overcome single-track thinking, by utilizing Systemic thinking to analyze the social phenomenon and it's interactions between it's component units, we can understand the phenomenon of the future more easily. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to theoretically analyze the System Dynamics method, which is based on System Thinking, to overcome the deficiences of the existing system on future analysis.
