마그-크롬질 캐스타블에 대한 내알칼리성 증진에 의한 수명 향상의 가능성을 검토하였다. 골재로서 전융 알루미나, 크롬질, 소결 스피넬, 마그-크롬질, 마그네시아질 순으로 알칼리 침식에 대한 저항성이 우수하였다. 마그-크롬질은 다른 골재에 비하여 알칼리에 대한 침식저항성 뿐만 아니라 열충격에 대한 저항성이 양호하였다. 장시간 적용 시험시 β-2CaO · SiO2.3CaO · SiO2 및 K2SO4가 존재하였고 조직 취화를 초래하여 가동면에서 손상을 가속하였다. 전융 마그네시아를 사용한 경우 소결 마그네시아질에 비하여 재질 변경 및 조직 치밀화로 인하여 알칼리에 대한 침식 억제 효과가 있었다. For long life of applications in MgO-Cr2O3 castables, the improvement of chemical resistance against alkali salts were investigated. Chemical resistance against alkali salts was excellent in order, i.e fused alumina, chrom ore, sinterded spinel, Magnesia-chrome, magnesia based castables. magnesia-chrome based tastable was comparatively good in the chemical attacks and the thermal resisatnce. As working for long time, β-2CaO · SiO2, 3CaO · SiO2 and K2SO4 were existed, and they accelerated chemical wear in the working area of magnesia-chrome castables caused the degreaded microstructure. The chemical resistance of fused magnesia in MgO-Cr2O3 castables showed the more excellent than that of the sintered magnesia due to the densification of mircrostructure and the change of materials

요약문본 연구는 대구시 도심지역의 주요 간선도로를 대상으로 일방통행 적용 모의실험을 교통배 분모형을 통하여 행하였다. 일방통행 적용은 도심지역 전체 도로망에 대해 일괄적으로 행하 지 않고, 현실성 있는 일방통행 실현을 위하여 일방통행 대상 도로망을 도로망 형태 및 기 능, 교통량 패턴, 토지이용 특성 등의 기준을 설정하여 선정하였으며, 그 결과 도심지역의 동서간선도로의 경우에는 일방통행 적용 기준에 부적합한 것으로 판단되어 남북간선도로에 대해서만 적용하였다. 일방통행 운영 대안으로는 시내버스 운행과 관련하여 시내버스를 포 함한 일방통행 운영안(대안 1)과 시내버스 제외 일방통행 실시안(대안2) 등 2가지를 설정하 여 분석을 행하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일방통행 운영 대안별 기대효과 분석 결과, 전차량 일방통행 실시안인 대안(1)이 교통 소통, 신호 및 차로운영, 연도 접근성 등의 여러 측면에서 가장 양호한 대안으로 나타났으 나, 대안(1)의 시행에는 41개 시내버스 노선 변경이라는 현실적인 어려움이 있는 것으로 분 석되었다.둘째, 일방통행 운영 대안별 평균통행속도 분석 결과, 일방통행 실시 대상 8개소 도로구간에 서는 대안별 약 23∼51% 증가, 1차 순환선내 주요 도로망에서는 대안별 약 26∼35% 증가 하는 것으로 분석되어 일방통행 실시에 따른 교통 소통력 개선효과도 매우 좋은 것으로 나 타났다.셋째, 일방통행 운영 대안별 교차로에 있어서 차량의 지체도 및 서비스수준 분석 결과는 2 가지 대안 모두 일방통행 실시전에 비해 교차로에서의 지체도가 대부분 100% 이상 개선되 었으며, 종단부 교통처리도 별 문제가 없는 것으로 분석되었다.Abstractthis study has been conducted a simulation of an oneway operation system using a traffic assignment model at major arterials in the CBD in Taegu city. For adaptiong of oneway operation system, arterials selected according to a criterion of road network types, road network functions, patterns of traffic volume, and land use characteristics, while it does not act of road network in whole CBD.The operating method has been analyzed, one for including city bus of oneway operating method(alternative I), and the other for excluding city bus (alternative Ⅱ). The results are as follow :First, the alternative 1 has been appeared most feasible one concerning for traffic operation, signal and lane operation, accessibility. However, the alternative 1 has been analyzed several problems changing about 41 city bus routes.Second, comparing each operating alternatives with average travel speed, eight places of oneway operations were increased about 23-51% within the first circulation. Therefore, the oneway ooperation is very efficient for traffic flow improvement.Third, the results of car delay and level of service analysis according to intersection analysis of each alternatives of oneway operation have been improved almost 100% efficiently, also there was not a big problem treating traffic operation at the end of oneway operation system.

Lately, more developed semiconductor technolgy is, higher integration per one chip is rapidly. Mow 64 Mb DRAM is used 0.3㎛ techonology. This very large integration is caused faults of new type, and exhaused much time for test. So algorithms which distiguish at higher faults coverage. less time and cost of test is reported. In this paper control circuit of Built-In Self Test(BIST) Algorithm was designed for ULSI DRAM. This circuit generates patterns of the algorithm by input clocks.

This study investigates the influence of two reciprocal variable, perceived organizational support (POS) and leader-member exchange (LMX) quality, on the career commitment in organization and intention to turnover. It also examines whether career commitment is a significant correlate of turnover intention. Relationships among the constructs are tested using survey result from 192 employees working in five corporations of the financial sector in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) shows that perceived organizational support is a key predictor in career commitment and turnover intention whereas leader-member exchange quality is not. Results also indicates career commitment is unrelated to turnover intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study are discussed.
Coacervate microcapsules of vitamin U optimized by central composite design (CCD)

The purpose of this study was to prepare microcapsules encapsulating vitamin U (VU, S-methylmethionine) by complex coacervation. Multiple emulsion method was applied for encapsulating highly water-soluble VU. The composition of microcapsules was optimized using central composite design (CCD). The weight ratio of gelatin to gum arabic (X1) and the volume of oil phase (X2) were set as two independent variables to obtain the maximum weight of microcapsules (Y1) and the content of VU (Y2) in microcapsules higher than 2.5%. When the microcapsules were prepared based on the optimized composition, its actual Y1 and Y2 values were 95% of the predicted values. Morphology of microcapsules observed by the optical and the fluorescence microscopes was round shape. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image of internal particles also confirmed that the multiple emulsions were encapsulated in the microcapules. Mean particle size of microcapsules measured by the laser diffraction particle size analyzer was 79.17 μm. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that VU exists in an amorphous state in the coacervate microcapsules. Thus, it can be concluded that hydrophilic VU was successfully encapsulated in the coacervate microcapsules using the multiple emulsion method, and the design of experiment (DoE) technique was useful to optimize the formulation.

Background: Quality of life is closely related to anemia in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Several studies have examined prevalence, cause, outcomes, and therapy related to the anemia of IBD in Western country. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and clinical characteristics of anemia in Korean patients with IBD. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 92 patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and 82 patients with Crohn`s disease (CD) who were followed regularly at a single tertiary medical center in Korea between January 2003 and December 2012. Hemoglobin thresholds used to define anemia were Results: The prevalence of anemia was 36.3% in UC (41.4% in women and 33.1% in men) and 41.6% in CD (56.6% in women and 39.4% in men). Anemia in CD was associated with admission (p=0.01) and 5-aminosalicylate (5-ASA) (p=0.033) and infliximab (p=0.039) treatment in men. Anemia in UC was associated with admission (p=0.017) and oral steroid (p=0.003), thiopurine (p=0.003), and infliximab (p=0.008) treatment in men. Conclusions: The prevalence of anemia in Korean patients with IBD was comparable to that of the Western. Anemia was associated with admission and 5-ASA and infliximab treatment in men with CD and with admission and oral steroid, thiopurine, and infliximab treatment in men with UC.
