Complete Revision of Cosmetic Law and Future Direction

By the increase of the national income level and life quality, pursuing beauty and healthy life has expanded, pursuing beauty became global trend. Cosmetic became necessaries and guarantee more safety use. Also, the scale is not big but there`s a need to promote cosmetic industry, which creates added value and to increase the national economy. But the excessive restriction in current law can`t support the cosmetic industry. To make the domestic cosmetic to global cosmetic industry, policy support needed, and for this September 7, 1999 National Assembly legislated. Cosmetic Law was completely revised from july, 2000 and government promulgated August 4, 2011. Now Enforcement Ordiance of cosmetic Law, Enforcement Regulation of Cosmetic Law, notification should be revised. These amendment will make national competitiveness in our cosmetic industry and increase of export will contribute to our national economy, expect to get more faith and love to the people by more safety cosmetic.

In this paper, We research into the way of improving electronic vehicle’s dynamic safety. We expect the performance of four wheel driven independent electronic vehicle. Because of the possibility that can be controlled the motor independently. So the vehicle controlled of the motor independently can distribute torque convenient to more than conventional vehicles. Our aim is a development the control algorithm about vehicle dynamic control system for four wheel driven electronic vehicle. And we develop the control algorithm for safe driving under any environment. We use Simulink and Carsim for development the control algorithm and simulation the system. We simulate the vehicle system under slalom course with low mu surface. And we decision the system’s suitability with vehicle’s behavior.

The ablation threshold of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) thin films decreased with increasing dopant levels. We also fabricated grating structures in doped PMMA thin film, heated pure PMMA thin films by using femtosecond laser irradiation at 800 nm and measured the diffaction eciency of the grating by using a He-Ne laser.

본 연구는 유아건강 관련 연구동향을 1974년부터 2019년 9월까지 국내학술지에 게재된 유아건강 관련 논문 124편을 5년 단위로 연도별, 연구방법별, 연구대상별, 연구내용별의 연구동향을 분석하였다. 2차에 걸친 자료수집에 이어 예비연구, 본 연구, 자료 분석 순으로 진행하였다. 연구결과, 유아건강 관련 전체적인 연구동향은 2005-2009년대 이후부터 연구편수가 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 연구방법에 있어서는 조사연구를 중심으로 한 양적연구가 다수로 나타났다. 연구대상은 학부모, 유아, 유아교사 순으로 편수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 연구내용은 유아건강관련 변인, 건강교육, 건강기초 순으로 편수가 상대적으로 많이 연구된 것으로 나타났다. 유아건강 관련 연구는 유아교육 유사학문과 협력연구를 통하여 연구방법, 대상, 내용을 확대하여야 할 것과 유아건강에 대한 의학적 연구를 유아교육적 차원으로 해석하여 유아교육 현장에 도입하고 한의학, 대체의학, 민간의학, 응급처치 등에 대한 의학적 지식도 도입할 것을 제안하였다. 후속연구로는 유아건강을 예방적 차원의 방향을 제시할 수 있는 유아건강철학의 연구, 질적연구 및 임상적 연구를 포괄하는 연구방법의 다양화를 제안하였다. This study aimed to analysis the trends on infant health related research articles published in the academic journal from 1974 to September 2019 by year, method, study subjects, and research contents. A total of 124 research papers were found in five years basis. In secondary data collection and analysis conducted based on primary data. The results showed that the overall research trends on infant health related research has been increased during the year of 2005-2009. Most of the research method were quantitative and survey. The selected subjects were parent, infant and day care teachers. Majority of the research contents were related to infant health based on health and health education. All of the studies suggested to improve the quality of early childhood education and expanding the research methods, subjects and contents of early childhood education and cooperative research. In addition, it was proposed to introduce innovative researches in the field of medicine, oriental medicine, emergency and first-aid related to infant health with early childhood education. The study recommended the diversification of preventive aspects of research methods, qualitative and clinical studies in order to improve infant health awareness in all the direction.

The ablation threshold decreased gradually when the dopant increased. The two-photon absorption cross-section of the dye molecules dispersed in the polymer film was estimated by using the theoretical relationship between the ablation threshold of the blended polymeric thin films and the dye concentration. The relative values of two-photon absorption cross-section are in good agreement with those measured in solution. On the other hand, the absolute values are smaller than the latter.</P>

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of leisure constraints on leisure flow and intention to continue exercise and to identify the influence of leisure constraints of fencing participants based on this, and provide basic data for expanding the academic meaning and fencing base and establishing practical marketing strategies. In this study, a total of 272 questionnaires were used for the final analysis by selecting sports fencing hobbyists as the population and distributing online and offline questionnaires. The questionnaire was composed of a total of 29 questions using a 5-point Likert scale. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 28.0 version for data processing. The results are as follows. First, it was found that intrinsic and interpersonal constraints among the leisure constraints of fencing participants had a negative effect on cognitive flow. Second, it was found that intrinsic constraints among the leisure constraints of fencing participants had a negative effect on behavioral flow. Third, it was found that intrinsic constraints among the leisure constraints of fencing participants had a negative effect on the intention to continue exercise. Putting the above results together, the leisure constraints of fencing participants are considered to be an obstacle to participation in fencing. Accordingly, it is believed that the fencing association, fencing clubs, etc. will be able to bring positive effects through practical marketing strategies that can overcome the leisure constraints of fencing participants.
사륜 독립 구동형 전기자동차 개발을 위한 가상 시뮬레이션

In this paper, simulation of four wheel independent driven electric vehicle is introduced using commercial software like Matlab and Sumulink. Existing vehicle simulation has limit to simulate electric vehicle. Because this simulation software to fit the internal combustion engine vehicle. Especially the electric vehicle ,using multiple independent driven motor, was much more difficult to determine the character as vehicle dynamics. Considering these issues, the simulator for the four wheel independent driven electric vehicle was designed, thereby some problems that may arise producing electric vehicle will be resolved.

Tau plays a role in numerous neuronal processes, such as vesicle transport, microtubule-plasma membrane interaction and intracellular localization of proteins. SUMO (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier) modification (SUMOylation) appears to regulate diverse cellular processes including nuclear transport, signal transduction, apoptosis, autophagy, cell cycle control, ubiquitin-dependent degradation, as well as gene transcription. We noticed that putative SUMOylation site is localized at $^{340}K$ of $Tau(^{339}VKSE^{342})$ with the consensus sequence information (${\Phi}KxE$ ; where ${\Phi}$ represents L, I, V or F and x is any amino acid). In this report, we demonstrated that $^{340}K$ of Tau is the SUMOylation site and that a point mutant of Tau S214E (an analog of the phospho $^{214}S$ Tau) promotes its SUMOylation at $^{340}K$ and its nuclear or nuclear vicinity localization, by co-immunoprecipitation and confocal microscopy analysis. Further, we demonstrate that the Tau S214E (neither Tau S214A nor Tau K340R) mutant increases its protein stability. However, the SUMOylation at $^{340}K$ of Tau did not influence cell survival, as determined by FACS analysis. Therefore, our results suggested that the phosphorylation of Tau on $^{214}S$ residue promotes its SUMOylation on $^{340}K$ residue and nuclear vicinity localization, and increases its stability, without influencing cell survival.
