Since the latest international commercial transactions are on the simplifing trend gradually, dealing by the L/C methods are getting lesser and those of non-L/C method bigger. Former non-L/C methods had consisted mainly of the remittance and the collection, but it has begun using the international factoring transactions since 1970's. The utility coefficient of international factoring transsactions for the last few years has been increasing at a high speed around the wourld. In Austrailia and Japan as well as all European countries centering on USA, origin of factoring, international factoring transactions are very popular. And especially it is anticipated that the factoring, the liquidation method, will become more active in order that our country will get vitalized the trade with East Europe. We have to device the following countermeasures to generalize international factoring transactions, as a international commercial ransaction, like L/C method. First, we shall deliberate a credit research ability of factor to avoid credit dangers of import-export trades. For that, we shall build up the corres-system. Second, we shall make up for regulations related to utilizing international factoring transactions. Third, we shall most of all establish newly international factoring transaction with the form of import-export transactions so as to generalized them in our country like other countries.
