인터넷과 모바일 기술이 급속한 성장에 따라 소셜네트워크 서비스를 중심으로 사업영역이 확대됨에 따라서 마케팅 활동이 중요해지고 있다. 소셜네트워크 서비스의 확산은 곧 빠른 정보의 확산, 대량 정보의 확산 등을 의미하는데, 결과적으로 이러한 정보는 구전(word of mouth)현상의 포괄적 이해를 요구한다. 국내 구전연구는 오프라인과 온라인을 거쳐 네트워크 솔루션에 접하기 까지 연구가 수렴되어 있지 않고, 개별차원에서 연구가 수행되어 이에 대한 포괄적인 이해가 필요한 실정이며, 이에 본 연구에서는 메타분석을 통하여 선행연구를 이해하고, 구전효과의 선행요인의 효과크기를 표준화하여 하나의 연속선상에서 구전현상을 이해한다. 국내 6개 주요 마케팅관련 학술지의 창간호 이후부터 2011년 3월까지의 자료가 수집되어 메타분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과 발신자-수신자관계와 제품(서비스)소비자와의 관계가 구전효과에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 중에서 가장 큰 요인으로 규명되었으며, 연구방법(실험연구/조사연구)에 따라 구전효과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 끝으로 국외 구전연구와 국내구전연구 결과를 비교하고, 시사점, 한계점, 그리고 미래연구방향을 기술하였다.

'Hotel companies need to analyze on customer's preference style meets on their satisfaction throughout the making profitability, as a basic concept for managing strategies in hotel industry nowadays. Therefore, set the 3 goals to achieve conclusions are as follows; 1. Making theoretical system through consult about the importance of hotel F&B products and sales promotion concerned. 2. Summarized the theories for purchasing behavior of hotel customers, making the models meet to promote HTL products. 3. Provide the efficient ways sales promotion for F&B products by analyzing the actual customer's characteristics. Using the questionnaire, frequency analysis & chrisquare test reached the results of this study are Firstly, making the new programs not only concentrated on how-well connecting with room facilities but also traffic convenience. A Study on Symbol-based Adaptation : Focused on the OSMU Cases of 'Tristan and Isolde' The reason that term of “cultural contents” is been rising a social hot topic comes from changing of production, distribution, and enjoyment cultural products through development of digital technology. Although the appearance of Cultural contents is affected from media and digital technology, it is filled with traditional culture outcomes. Especially, we often see some motives came from myths, folktales, fables. These contents impress consumers by transcending space and time through human universal sensitivity. We commonly called ‘cultural archetype’ in cultural contents society; myths, folktales, and fables also, cultural element. Cultural archetype parlay came making material of creativity of Cultural industry into animation, music, publication, e-book, cartoon, character, game, broadcasting, film, mobile, internet, and etc. since early of the society. Therefore, researching of cultural archetype is very important to make another cultural contents. It is possible to call universal elements of belonging to cultural area. However, in case of analyzing of the word “archetype”, having their own archetype is incontestable based on collective unconscious of Carl Gustav Jung. On the other hand we have ideal concept of cultural archetype but on the other we need to think about the symbol of the concept of universal element. At the time, symbol is a adjunctive thing of archetypes, there are different opinions are available Compare with uniformity archetype case by case. Symbol can be a special case affected by external factors; climate, technology, geographical environment, and cultural condition. This research analyze the myth’s symbol of “Tristan and Isolde” in important western cultural area. Also, unearth how build up to OSMU(One Source Multi Use) of myths, folktales, fables. This is not a list of analysis of pieces that will show the basis of expectation how consumers become interested in case of upcoming new cultural contents. Especially, this research will focus on visual media, which is steady and consistently important part. The reason that has visually more important portion compare with any other contents style and role of traditional Symbol, too. OSMU, focused on symbol passes the bounds of media focused analysis, based on revelation of variety contents under the original symbol. This can receive a favorable evaluation with overcoming media focused limitation to present how to make variety of cultural contents. Symbol focused OSMU is a important role of making cultural contents academic filed of human focused. Eventually, it can be realized that symbol revealed from original likes making and enjoying contents for human action. Consequently, it can be realized the adaptation of symbol focused that out of media focused is composed of focusing human action. 상징 기반의 원전 변용 연구 : '트리스탄과 이졸데'의 OSMU 사례를 중심으로 문화콘텐츠라는 용어가 사회적 화두로 떠오르기 시작한 이유는 디지털 기술의 발달 따른 문화상품 제작-유통-향유 방식의 변화에 의한 것이다. 그러나 문화콘텐츠의 외형은 미디어 기술과 디지털 기술 발전에 영향을 받을지라도, 그것의 내용을 채우는 것은 전통적인 문화적 결과물에 의해서이다. 특히 우리는 신화·민담·설화에서 모티프를 따온 문화콘텐츠를 자주 보게 된다. 신화·민담·설화를 모티프로 한 문화콘텐츠는 인간의 보편적 감성을 다룸으로 인해 시간과 공간을 초월하여 여러 수용자들에게 감동을 주게 된다. 과거 신화·민담·설화를 비롯한 지역의 문화적 요소를 통칭하여 문화콘텐츠학에서는 이를 ‘문화원형’이라 불렀다. 문화콘텐츠학의 초창기부터 문화원형은 애니메이션, 음악, 출판, 전자책, 만화, 캐릭터, 게임, 방송영상, 영화, 모바일, 인터넷 등 문화산업의 창작소재를 발굴해 내서 활용할 수 있게 해주었다는 평가를 받은 바 있다. 따라서 문화원형에 대한 탐구는 특히 문화콘텐츠의 창출에 있어 커다란 중요성을 지닌다. 문화원형은 각 문화권에 속하는 보편적인 요소들을 칭하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 원형이라는 용어를 칼 구스타브 융의 집단적 무의식에 기반을 둔 개념으로 해석할 경우 문화권별로 서로 다른 원형을 보유할 여지가 없게 된다. 이에 우리는 다소 관념적인 문화원형이라는 개념을 한편에 두고, 그것의 구성요소로 기능하는 상징에 관한 고민을 할 필요가 있다. 이때 상징은 원형에 부속되는 것으로, 고정 불변하는 원형과 달리 상황에 따라 다양하게 해석될 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 상징은 원형들이 외부적인 요인들, 즉 기후, 기술, 지리적 환경, 문화적 상태에 의해 특수화된 경우라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상징의 특징을 감안하여, 서구 문화에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는 ‘트리스탄과 이졸데’ 신화의 상징을 분석하고, 그것이 신화·민담·설화의 원 소스 멀티 유즈(OSMU)에 있어서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 밝혀낸다. 본 연구는 ‘트리스탄과 이졸데’ 신화의 상징을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 어떤 단계의 OSMU가 가능한지를 밝히고자 한다. 이는 단순히 같은 문화원형을 공유하는 작품의 분석을 나열하는 것을 넘어서 이후 새로운 문화콘텐츠가 만들어지더라도 수용자가 어떤 점에 관심을 보이는지를 미리 진단할 수 있는 근거를 제시하게 된다. 특히 본 연구는 21세기에도 지속적으로 중요하게 다루어지는 영상콘텐츠를 집중적으로 다루는데, 이는 영상콘텐츠가 다른 문화콘텐츠에 비해 시각적인 측면이 중시됨과 동시에 전통적인 상징의 역할 또한 중요하게 다루어지기 때문이다. 상징 중심의 OSMU는 미디어 중심 연구의 한계를 벗어나, 원전이 보유한 상징 아래 다채로운 콘텐츠 발현의 토대를 세우는 근거가 된다. 상징 중심의 OSMU는 기존 미디어 중심 OSMU가 지닌 한계를 극복하면서 다양한 문화콘텐츠가 만들어질 수 있는 기준을 제시한다는 점에 있어서 긍정적으로 평가할 수 있다. 더불어 상징 중심의 OSMU는 인간 중심의 문화콘텐츠학을 세우는데 있어서도 중요한 역할을 한다. 상징은 원형에서 발현된 것으로 콘텐츠를 만들어내는 것도, 또 이를 향유하는 것도 결국 인간의 행위라는 원칙을 다시금 확인케 한다. 따라서 미디어 중심이 아닌 상징 중심의 콘텐츠 변용은 우리가 접하는 콘텐츠 전반이 결국 인간 중심으로 구성되어 있음을 알려준다.

케이블 행어 파단에 의한 장대 아치교의 구조안정성

최근 설계되거나 계획 중인 교량은 주로 장대교량으로 설계되고 있다. 장대교량은 사장교와 현수교뿐만 아니라 아치교 등으로 구분하고 있다. 이러한 장대교는 중량을 최소화하기 위하여 케이블 부재를 널리 사용하고 있으므로 교량설계시 시공단계와 완성단계에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 구조안정성을 검토하고 있다. 정기점검과 정밀안전진단을 통해 공용교량은 하중이력에 대한 손상도 분석과 주행하중에 따른 활하중 응력을 계측하여 교량 내하력을 평가하여 왔다. 그러나 공용 중 불의의 충돌사고로 인한 케이블 손상으로 인한 구조안정성 평가는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 공용 중 충돌사고로 교량의 일부분이 손상이나 파괴될 때 교량의 구조안정성을 분석하는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 케이블 행어를 가진 장대아치교를 해석모델로 선택하였고 케이블 행어 파단에 따른 하중을 충격함수로 이상화하고 정적 및 동적 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과, 행어가 파단되었을 경우 행어의 장력은 파단된 행어와 인접한 행어에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 보강거더의 1/4지점의 행어가 파단되었을 경우 행어의 축력이 가장 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 행어 파단에 따른 하중은 정적 하중보다 동적 하중에서 크게 나타났으며, 동적 하중 중에서는 삼각형 하중 보다 사각형 하중에서 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 장대아치교의 케이블 행어의 손상, 파단과 교체시 구조안정성을 더욱 정확하게 파악하기 위해 행어 파단에 따른 충격하중을 동적 하중으로 고려할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다. A recent bridge to be designed or to be design is expected to be long-span bridges. The long-span bridges are classified into arched bridges as well as cable-stayed and suspension bridges. Since these long-span bridges are composed of cable members in order to decrease self-weight, a variety of structural stability has been examined in construction step and completely constructed step during a design procedure. General bridge in use has been checked into the load-carrying capacity by means of the damage analysis for loading history and stress analysis for moving live loads in daily regular inspection and detailed safety diagnosis. The damage or breakage of cable-hanger of arched bridge in unexpected accident or periodic cable-replacement, however, has not been inspected or has not been reported up to now. This study presents the approach scheme and analysis results of stability of arched bridge when the parts of bridges are damaged or collapsed by colliding accident. For this purpose, long-span arched bridge with cable hangers is selected as analysis model. Static and dynamic analyses are carried out to obtain the structural responses according to a series of fracture of cables assuming the impact load as various type of impact force. As the result of analysis on the tension of hanger, the broken hanger is shown to produce more effect on the member force of next hanger than those of the others. Particularly, the axial force of the next hanger is shown to be increased greatly when the hanger at a quarter span of stiffened girder is broken. The forces in dynamic analysis is larger than those in static analysis, and the responses subject to rectangular-shaped impact force are shown to be more increased than those subject to triangular-shaped forces. Therefore, the dynamic analysis needs accurately to obtain the responses for the structural stability with a realistic impact loading model in the damage, breakage, and replacement of cable hangers of long-span arched bride.

BIM 소프트웨어를 이용한 건축설계 실시 설계도면 작성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 BIM 기반의 소프트웨어는 기존 CAD에서 작성한 실시설계 도면의 질적 표현력을 가지고 있으며, BIM 기반의 소프트웨어를 이용해 현재 납품되고 있는 실시설계 도면의 출력 가능여부를 제시하고자 한다. 최근 건설 프로젝트 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 생산되는 정보를 3차원 모델을 기반으로 관리하는 BIM(Building Information Modelling)의 출현과 BIM을 활용한 국내외 건설프로젝트 성공 사례를 통해 국내 건설 산업에도 BIM의 관심이 증폭되면서 건축물의 대형화, 초고층화, 비정형화, 친환경 빌딩과 같은 건축물을 건설하기 위해 건설 프로세스의 변화가 요구되고 있으며, 그에 따른 정책과 기술 개발도한 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 반면 실무자들을 위해 실질적으로 BIM적용한 설계를 어떠한 방식으로 해야 설계도면에 적용해야 하는지 그 기준이 미비하며, 그에 따른 선행연구, 전문서적의 내용은 기초 BIM 소프트웨어를 사용하는 방법 정도 수준에 미치지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 BIM을 설계에 적용하기에 앞서 BIM 소프트웨어가가지고 있는 본질적인 문제와 컴포넌트의 불충분한 표현의 해결방법은 어떤 것이 있는지 찾아보고 실시설계도면에 적용함으로써 BIM 소프트웨어만을 가지고 실시 설계 납품도서를 작성할 수 있는지 제시하고자 한다. In this study, has a qualitative expressive power of execution design drawings created by existing CAD, software of BIM-based, output status of implementation design drawings using the software of BIM-based, are currently being delivered I try to present. Through the success stories of construction projects at home and abroad by utilizing BIM and appearance BIM to manage on the basis of three-dimensional model with information that has been produced in the construction project life cycle of the recent (Building Information Modelling), also in the construction industry in Japan for interest in BIM is amplified, to build large buildings, ultra-high-rise, unstructured, buildings such as green building, changes in the construction process has been demanded, and technological development policy associated with it is lively with also. On the other hand, may have to how a design that BIM applied substantially necessary for officials to apply to the design drawings, the reference is incomplete, in the prior research associated with it, the contents of the professional document, basic has not reached the level enough to use BIM software. In this study, before it can be applied to the design of BIM, solution of inadequate representation of the components and issues essential BIM software have is by looking for what things and apply it to implement design drawings, it tries to show that it is able to create the delivery books embodiment designed with only BIM software.
