In the last time there have really been considerable changes in Korean society and culture because of industrialization, high-technology and developing of studies in many sectors. So the Church in the social situation has been influenced in many aspects. In modern Christianity, Church shows that it couldn't avoid disposition of its essence and nature, especially in community of Church and its organization. It might be said than Church is threatened to lose it true identity. In this situation, Church is asked to restore its true characteristics. This thesis is designed to clarify what Church should be in this age. Perhaps, the subject of "The Church as 'the body of Christ' is integral and can be easily overlooked to understand Christianity. If we fail to discern the concept of "Church as the body of Christ", we couldn't see what really the Church is and to whom it really belongs. If we fully discern "the Church as the body of Christ", we are possibly to understand the duty toward God and relationship with God through Christ. Furthermore, we could grasp the mission that we should have toward secular world and the right relationship with others. Thus, this study aims to define the true meaning of Church by surveying and pointing out the problems of present Korean Church. It tries to focus that what is needed to be sound Church and what is the definition of desirable Church by studying characteristics and attributes of Church. Finally the thesis concludes the study with a suggestion that what kind of Church system should be taken in the modern world that changes rapidly and is highly specialized.

한국교회의 복지목회 실천을 통한 지역 교회 활성화 방안 연구

ABSTRACT A Study on Activation of Local Church through Welfare Ministry in the Korean Church Jeung-So Lee Department of Theology, The Graduate School Hoseo University CheonAn, Korea (Supervised by professor Byung-June Hwang, Ph.D.) This treatise is about how the various practices of welfare ministry would activate local church in the slowdown of Korean church. For this, not only the concept of Christian social welfare distinguished from that of the existing, but also the necessity, value, function of Christian social welfare were covered. In this study The idea and history of Christian social welfare in the Bible are classified with theoretical consideration. Religious reformers’ theology of Diakonia also was organized for the theological understandings. The study presents three program plans: protection at night for child and youth, small library, and livable community building on the basis of types(church based type, community based type, and church-community integrated type). For case study, four churches that have been activated local churches and communities with welfare ministry were selected and analyzed. They are as follows: 1) S church administering volunteering program in Seoul, 2) B church operating facilities for the handicapped in Incheon, 3) P church improving church and community family with group homes in Sung-nam, 4) A church activating community with sharing and joy in An-san. The study suggests the way to activate community church based on case studies. They are as follows. First, establishing welfare support bureau which can manage social welfare tasks of religious order is needed. Second, welfare ministry class should be opened in the life long education for ministers. Third, it is to find social welfare support center for community church. Fourth, Diakonia course should be included in the required courses in Divinity school. Fifth, volunteer school and volunteer certification center should be organized. Sixth, information for social work should be provided regularly by publishing social welfare brochure. Seventh, it is to be found social welfare foundation, which is utilized by community church. Eighth, welfare ministry is to cope with government policy change with local community in opened seminars. This research. suggests that we should study policy and community and try to network with each other. Also, this study highlights social enterprise, cooperative association, small library as the way which community church should concern. Finally it suggests the relationship between welfare ministry and calling in the study of social work educations by theological, studies on social welfare policies provided by Diakonia. theology.

본 논문은 정소원의 “Couleurs Ennemies for Flute, Clarinet, Violin and Cello(2011)에 관한 분석연구이다. 이 곡은 단악장으로 된 곡으로 A-B-A' 형식으로 구성되었다. 이 곡의 제목은 “조화되지 않는 색”이라는 뜻을 담고 있는데 이 제목이 나타내듯이 전혀 조화를 이룰 것 같지 않은 완전히 대조되는 두 개의 중심소재가 여러 형태로 변하면서 진행이 된다.

한국 여성공무원의 인사정책 평등실현 방안에 관한 연구

한국은 1980년대 이후 여성의 사회참여는 매년 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 21세기 지식중심사회에서는 많은 여성인력이 필요할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 세계의 시각 보면 유엔여성차별철폐협약 이후 유엔의 여성 정책적 노력과 함께 많은 나라들이 여성공무원의 인사정책을 위하여 인사상의 여성차별 철폐를 위한 다양한 적극적 조치를 실시해 오고 있으며 많은 효과를 보고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 한국은 2010년 현재 전체 공무원 약 98.8만 명 중 여성이 약 41.3만 명으로 전체의 41.8%를 차지하고 있다. 그런데 2010년 현재 5급 이상 여성공무원의 비율은 일반직의 경우 9.0%에 불과하다. 그리고 고위직인 3급 이상의 일반직 여성공무원의 경우 3.8%에 지나지 않는 실정이다. 여성공무원의 양적 증가에도 불구하고 여성공무원의 인사정책에서 차별이 이루어지는 근본적인 원인으로는 남성 중심적인 인사정책과 여성에 대한 편견을 들 수 있다. 여성공무원의 적극적 활용제고는 단지 여성의 지위향상이라는 관점에서만이 아니라 행정환경의 변화와 급속한 세계화에 적극적으로 대응하면서 국가경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적인 인적 자원 활용이라는 점과 연관된다. 따라서 여성공무원의 인사정책에 관한 현황 파악과 분석이 요구된다고 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국의 여성공무원의 인사정책을 분석하고 평가함으로써 여성공무원 인사행정의 구체적 개선방안을 도출하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 먼저 여성의 직업에 대한 여권론적 이론과 여성공무원 인사정책에 관한 법적 내용들을 고찰하고 한국 여성공무원 인사정책을 인사 관련 각종 문헌들과 통계자료 등을 이용하는 문헌연구방법을 통해서 연구하였다. 주로 인사정책에서 채용, 보직관리, 교육훈련, 승진 등 각 단계의 현황 파악을 통하여 여성공무원의 인사정책을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 여성공무원은 꾸준한 증가추세를 보이고 있으나 보직관리와 승진에 있어서 눈에 보이지 않는 유리천장과 유리벽과 같은 차별이 관행처럼 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 여성공무원은 우수한 인적자본을 가지고 있으나 채용, 보직관리, 교육훈련, 승진 등에서 남성에 비하여 능력발전과 승진의 기회가 적으며 또한 소수, 하위계급, 비핵심 부처라는 여성공무원의 구조적인 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 이러한 저해요인들을 제거하고 여성공무원 인사정책의 평등실현을 위해 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 채용과 보직단계에서 일정비율 할당제를 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 교육훈련문제로서 균등기회 보장한 경제적인 지침을 도입하고 양성평등 의식 위한 공무원교육 필요하다. 셋째, 승진단계에서 승진할당제 도입하고 인사위원회 여성참여 확대가 관련한 효율적인 지침을 확립해야 한다. 마지막으로는 여성공무원 위해 출산 및 보육 지원한 방안까지 도출한 것이다.

정순도의 <마태수난곡> 분석 연구

국 문 요 약 정순도의 <마태수난곡> 분석 연구 본 논문은 작곡가 정순도의 작품 <마태수난곡> (Mattäuspassion! Also spricht Sundo Chung>을 시어와 스토리텔링의 전개에 따른 작곡기법을 분석, 연구하였다. 신약성서 중 마태복음의 내용으로 작가 이승원이 각색한 내용을 대본으로 하여 정순도가 작곡한 <마태수난곡>은 2016년 3월에 로마솔리스트 앙상블에 의해 김영희의 지휘로 초연되었다. 정순도는 <단종의 눈물>, <나인 테일즈>, <메밀꽃 필 무렵> 등의 한국적 정서의 오페라를 작곡하면서, 그 음악의 특성과 한국의 전통적 감성을 극음악에 맞게 연출하였다. 본 논문에서 저자가 다루는 핵심적인 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 우선 정순도의 <마태수난곡>을 음악적으로 세세하게 분석함으로써 한국어 텍스트에 걸맞은 시어의 감성을 선율적으로 어떻게 그리고 있는지, 그리고 반주로서의 기능과 연주로서의 기능을 혼재한 피아노의 역할 속에서 예수 생애의 이미지를 연출할 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 연구자의 시각에 따라 작곡가의 의도가 왜곡될 수 있는 한계를 지정함으로써 정순도 음악 어법을 객관적으로 서술하기 위하여 노력하였다. 이로써 이승원의 대본과 정순도의 음악이 유기적으로 어우러질 수 있는 작가들의 크리에이티브한 정서과 감각들이 서로 협의를 통하여 드러났음을 증명할 수 있게 한다. 정순도가 사용하고 있는 음악적 테크닉의 여러 세부 내용들을 악보를 통하여 분석하고, 가사에 쓰인 텍스트와 음악의 연관성을 찾아내는 등, 작가가 전달하려는 메시지를 작곡가 자신의 고유한 정서로 표현하는 방법을 찾아내고자 하였다. <마태수난곡>의 분석을 통하여 정의 내릴 수 있는 정순도의 음악어법들은 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 그는 하나의 곡에서도 여러 기법을 동시에 사용함으로써 복합적인 감정이 효과적으로 표현되게 하였는데, 특히 시어에 가장 적합한 리듬과 음고를 선택하여 발음과 내용에 충실한 선율을 담아내는 그만의 기술을 통하여 감상자에게 해석에 대한 편안함과 시어가 주는 이미지의 심상을 자연스럽게 느끼게 해 준다는 것이다. 특히 현대의 한국어 가곡이나 아리아서 많이 범하고 있는 가사 전달의 불합리성은 한국의 언어와 노래가 서로 상이한 메시지를 전달하는 데에서 기인한다.“시어와 선율이 리듬적으로, 그리고 정서적으로 하나가 되어야 비로소 시적 의미를 가지는 메시지로서의 기능을 온전히 수행할 수 있다”라는 작곡가의 주장이 힘을 받게 된다. 심지어 그는 시어의 전달에 집중하고 리듬에 있어서의 부자연스러움을 배격하기 위해 기존의 Recitativo에 대한 부정을 발현하기도 하였다. 대사와 가장 잘 어우러지는 선율과 화성의 구조를 조성하면서 리듬적인 면에서도 시어가 그려내는 장면에서의 시각적 이미지를 효과적으로 병합하여 구체화시키고 있다. 균형감 있는 리듬 분할과 음악의 가사를 연결하는 다양한 시도를 엿볼 수 있는 드라마틱한 선율 구성, 이에 어울리는 과감한 화성의 진행과 전조, 화려한 반음계적 진행 등을 동시에 사용하고 있다. 또한 캐릭터를 표현함에서 선율과 리듬, 화성에 어우러지는 연출적인 아이디어를 첨가함으로써 몰입감을 상승시키는 효과를 내기도 하였다. 둘째, 회화에서 보여지는 이미지의 심상을 바탕으로 공감감적인 시놉시스를 창출하는 아이디어가 돋보인다. 작가 이승원이 성서의 내용에 입각한 대본을 썼다면 작곡가 정순도는 성서의 내용을 담고 있는 회화를 통하여 장면 연상과 함께 멜로디, 빠르기, 리듬, 화성에 대한 아이디어를 얻어 시놉시스와 연결하는 새로운 시도를 하였다. 다시 말해서 그는 음악을 <마태수난곡>을 작곡하기 이전에 대본에서의 아이디어를 중세와 낭만 회화 장면 묘사에 대한 감상을 바탕으로 먼저 음악을 그려낸다고 할 수 있다. 작곡가 정순도가 목표하고 있는 인터-미디어적인 영역으로의 접근을 이루어낸 한 부분이라 할 수 있겠다. 셋째, 곡을 확장하는 아이디어를 얻는 다양한 형태를 살펴보았다. 작곡가 정순도는 작곡하는 모든 단계에서 감성에 치우쳐 작업을 하면 타성에 젖어 새로운 악상을 창출할 수 없다는 기준을 가지고 느낌만으로 작곡하기보다는 정밀하게 기획된 수리적, 물리적 요소들의 틀 안에서 작곡하기를 목표한다. 구성적으로는 모티브를 동형 진행하여 곡을 확장하는 방법, 대위법을 사용하며 곡을 확장하여 합창음악의 묘미를 살리는 등의 기법을 사용하였다. 이와 같은 기법을 바탕으로 작곡가 정순도는 한국어로 된 성서의 이야기를 기존의 오라토리오 형식에 접목하여 새로운 창법과 작곡 기법을 이끌어 내었다. 정순도의 <마태수난곡>은 현시대의 다른 한국 작곡가들에게도 이탈리아나 독일의 창법이 아닌 한국어 특징을 살린 창법으로 오라토리오 작곡이 가능하다는 사실을 알린 하나의 실례로 작용할 것이다. 그리하여 성서에 입각한 내용을 가지고 현대적인 한국적 재해석을 함으로써 바흐의 <마태수난곡>과의 작곡 기법적인 많은 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 고전의 기승 및 발전에 기여할 것이다. 주제어 : 오페라, 오라토리오, 교회음악, 한국 전통, 작곡기법, 고전의 기승 및 발전 ABSTRACT An Analysis of <Matthew Passion> by Sundo Chung So-Hyang Jung Dept. of New Media Music The Graduate School Sangmyung University This thesis analyzes and studies composition techniques according to the development of poetic language and storytelling in <Mattäuspassion! The <Matthew Passion>, composed by Sundo Chung, based on the contents of the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament, adapted by author Lee Seung-Won, was premiered in March 2016 by the Rome Soloist Ensemble under the Conduct of Young-Hee Kim. While composing Korean-style operas such as <Tears of King Danjong>, <Nine Tales>, and <When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom>, Sundo Chung directed the characteristics of the music and traditional Korean sensibility to suit the dramatic music. The main contents dealt with by the author in this thesis are summarized as follows. First of all, by analyzing Sundo Chung's <Matthew Passion> in detail musically, it is possible to melodically depict the sensibility of poetic language suitable for the Korean text, and to direct the image of Jesus' life in the role of the piano, which combines functions as accompaniment and performance. I looked to see if I could. In addition, Sundo Chung made an effort to objectively describe the musical idiom by specifying the limit in which the composer's intention could be distorted according to the researcher's point of view. This makes it possible to prove that the writers' creative emotions and senses, which can harmonize organically with Lee Seung-Won's script and Sundo Chung's music, have been revealed through consultation with each other. I tried to find a way to express the message that the writer is trying to convey with the composer's own emotion, such as analyzing various details of the musical technique used by Sundo Chung through the score and finding the relationship between the text written in the lyrics and the music. . Sundo Chung's musical expressions that can be defined through the analysis of the <Matthew Passion> are as follows. First, he effectively expresses complex emotions by using multiple techniques simultaneously in a single song. In particular, he selects the rhythm and pitch that are most suitable for poetic words and interprets them to the listener through his own technique of capturing melodies faithful to pronunciation and content. It is that it allows you to feel the comfort of and the image of the image given by poetic language naturally. In particular, the irrationality of lyrics delivery, which is common in modern Korean songs and arias, is due to the fact that Korean language and songs convey different messages. The composer's assertion that it can fully perform its function as a message with poetic meaning” is strengthened. He even expressed a denial of the existing Recitativo in order to focus on the delivery of poetic language and reject unnaturalness in rhythm. While creating the structure of melody and harmony that best harmonizes with the lines, in terms of rhythm, visual images in scenes drawn by poetic words are effectively merged and materialized. It uses a balanced rhythmic division and a dramatic melodic composition that shows various attempts to connect the lyrics of music, bold progressions and modulations of harmony, and splendid chromatic progressions that go well with it. In addition, in expressing the character, the effect of increasing the sense of immersion was created by adding a directing idea that harmonizes with melody, rhythm, and harmony. Second, the idea of creating a sympathetic synopsis based on the image of the image shown in the painting stands out. While writer Lee Seung-Won wrote the script based on the contents of the Bible, composer Sundo Chung made a new attempt to connect the synopsis by getting ideas about melody, tempo, rhythm, and harmony along with scene association through paintings containing the contents of the Bible. In other words, it can be said that before he composes the music for <Matthew Passion>, he first draws the music based on the ideas in the script based on his appreciation of the depiction of scenes in medieval and romantic paintings. It can be said that it is a part of achieving an approach to the inter-media realm that composer Sundo Chung is aiming for. Third, various forms of obtaining ideas for expanding songs were examined. Composer Sundo Chung aims to compose within the framework of precisely planned mathematical and physical elements rather than composing only with feeling, with the standard that if he works with a focus on emotion at all stages of composition, he cannot create a new musical image due to inertia. Compositionally, he used techniques such as expanding the song by isomorphic progression of the motive and expanding the song using counterpoint to bring out the beauty of choral music. Based on these techniques, composer Sundo Chung derived new singing and compositional techniques by grafting stories from the Bible in Korean to the existing oratorio form. <The Matthew Passion> by Sundo Chung will serve as an example of the fact that it is possible to compose an oratorio with a singing method that makes use of the characteristics of the Korean language, not Italian or German singing methods, to other contemporary Korean composers. Thus, by doing a modern Korean reinterpretation with biblical content, it will contribute to the rise and development of the classic despite the many differences in compositional technique from Bach's Matthew Passion. 청각장애의 가창중심 음악활동이 말명료도 향상에 미치는 연구

본 연구의 목적은 청각장애 아동대상으로 가창중심 음악활동이 말명료도 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 D시에 소재하고 있는 D아동발달센터의 초등학교 4학년(만10세), 5학년(만11세), 6학년(만12세)학생을 대상으로 하여 사례연구로 진행되었다. 가창중심 음악활동 프로그램으로 매 회기 40분씩 각 12회기 활동을 진행하였다. 연구 대상 아동들에게 가창중심 음악활동 프로그램을 제공하여 노래 부르기의 발음, 문장 읽기 유창성의 사전 ·사후를 기관에 소속된 언어치료사가 측정하였다. 연구자는 매 회기마다 Praat를 활용하여 음정의 변화를 측정하였다. 또한, 대상자들의 언어적 변화를 매 회기마다 추가 서술 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 대상자들의 발음 향상에 대한 비교 분석 결과 대상 아동들 모두 사후 검사 점수가 향상되었다. 둘째, 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 대상자들에게 문장 읽기 기술 향상에 대한 비교 분석 결과 대상 아동들 모두 사후 검사 점수가 향상되었다. 셋째, 가창중심 음악활동의 매 회기마다 도입단계에서 음정변화의 대한 비교 분석 결과 첫 회기의 사전의 검사보다 마지막 회기의 사후 검사에서 음정의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 청각장애 아동의 말명료도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
