본 논문은 정소원의 “Couleurs Ennemies for Flute, Clarinet, Violin and Cello(2011)에 관한 분석연구이다. 이 곡은 단악장으로 된 곡으로 A-B-A' 형식으로 구성되었다. 이 곡의 제목은 “조화되지 않는 색”이라는 뜻을 담고 있는데 이 제목이 나타내듯이 전혀 조화를 이룰 것 같지 않은 완전히 대조되는 두 개의 중심소재가 여러 형태로 변하면서 진행이 된다.

In the last time there have really been considerable changes in Korean society and culture because of industrialization, high-technology and developing of studies in many sectors. So the Church in the social situation has been influenced in many aspects. In modern Christianity, Church shows that it couldn't avoid disposition of its essence and nature, especially in community of Church and its organization. It might be said than Church is threatened to lose it true identity. In this situation, Church is asked to restore its true characteristics. This thesis is designed to clarify what Church should be in this age. Perhaps, the subject of "The Church as 'the body of Christ' is integral and can be easily overlooked to understand Christianity. If we fail to discern the concept of "Church as the body of Christ", we couldn't see what really the Church is and to whom it really belongs. If we fully discern "the Church as the body of Christ", we are possibly to understand the duty toward God and relationship with God through Christ. Furthermore, we could grasp the mission that we should have toward secular world and the right relationship with others. Thus, this study aims to define the true meaning of Church by surveying and pointing out the problems of present Korean Church. It tries to focus that what is needed to be sound Church and what is the definition of desirable Church by studying characteristics and attributes of Church. Finally the thesis concludes the study with a suggestion that what kind of Church system should be taken in the modern world that changes rapidly and is highly specialized.

한국교회의 복지목회 실천을 통한 지역 교회 활성화 방안 연구

ABSTRACT A Study on Activation of Local Church through Welfare Ministry in the Korean Church Jeung-So Lee Department of Theology, The Graduate School Hoseo University CheonAn, Korea (Supervised by professor Byung-June Hwang, Ph.D.) This treatise is about how the various practices of welfare ministry would activate local church in the slowdown of Korean church. For this, not only the concept of Christian social welfare distinguished from that of the existing, but also the necessity, value, function of Christian social welfare were covered. In this study The idea and history of Christian social welfare in the Bible are classified with theoretical consideration. Religious reformers’ theology of Diakonia also was organized for the theological understandings. The study presents three program plans: protection at night for child and youth, small library, and livable community building on the basis of types(church based type, community based type, and church-community integrated type). For case study, four churches that have been activated local churches and communities with welfare ministry were selected and analyzed. They are as follows: 1) S church administering volunteering program in Seoul, 2) B church operating facilities for the handicapped in Incheon, 3) P church improving church and community family with group homes in Sung-nam, 4) A church activating community with sharing and joy in An-san. The study suggests the way to activate community church based on case studies. They are as follows. First, establishing welfare support bureau which can manage social welfare tasks of religious order is needed. Second, welfare ministry class should be opened in the life long education for ministers. Third, it is to find social welfare support center for community church. Fourth, Diakonia course should be included in the required courses in Divinity school. Fifth, volunteer school and volunteer certification center should be organized. Sixth, information for social work should be provided regularly by publishing social welfare brochure. Seventh, it is to be found social welfare foundation, which is utilized by community church. Eighth, welfare ministry is to cope with government policy change with local community in opened seminars. This research. suggests that we should study policy and community and try to network with each other. Also, this study highlights social enterprise, cooperative association, small library as the way which community church should concern. Finally it suggests the relationship between welfare ministry and calling in the study of social work educations by theological, studies on social welfare policies provided by Diakonia. theology.

한국 여성공무원의 인사정책 평등실현 방안에 관한 연구

한국은 1980년대 이후 여성의 사회참여는 매년 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 21세기 지식중심사회에서는 많은 여성인력이 필요할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 세계의 시각 보면 유엔여성차별철폐협약 이후 유엔의 여성 정책적 노력과 함께 많은 나라들이 여성공무원의 인사정책을 위하여 인사상의 여성차별 철폐를 위한 다양한 적극적 조치를 실시해 오고 있으며 많은 효과를 보고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 한국은 2010년 현재 전체 공무원 약 98.8만 명 중 여성이 약 41.3만 명으로 전체의 41.8%를 차지하고 있다. 그런데 2010년 현재 5급 이상 여성공무원의 비율은 일반직의 경우 9.0%에 불과하다. 그리고 고위직인 3급 이상의 일반직 여성공무원의 경우 3.8%에 지나지 않는 실정이다. 여성공무원의 양적 증가에도 불구하고 여성공무원의 인사정책에서 차별이 이루어지는 근본적인 원인으로는 남성 중심적인 인사정책과 여성에 대한 편견을 들 수 있다. 여성공무원의 적극적 활용제고는 단지 여성의 지위향상이라는 관점에서만이 아니라 행정환경의 변화와 급속한 세계화에 적극적으로 대응하면서 국가경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적인 인적 자원 활용이라는 점과 연관된다. 따라서 여성공무원의 인사정책에 관한 현황 파악과 분석이 요구된다고 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국의 여성공무원의 인사정책을 분석하고 평가함으로써 여성공무원 인사행정의 구체적 개선방안을 도출하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 먼저 여성의 직업에 대한 여권론적 이론과 여성공무원 인사정책에 관한 법적 내용들을 고찰하고 한국 여성공무원 인사정책을 인사 관련 각종 문헌들과 통계자료 등을 이용하는 문헌연구방법을 통해서 연구하였다. 주로 인사정책에서 채용, 보직관리, 교육훈련, 승진 등 각 단계의 현황 파악을 통하여 여성공무원의 인사정책을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 여성공무원은 꾸준한 증가추세를 보이고 있으나 보직관리와 승진에 있어서 눈에 보이지 않는 유리천장과 유리벽과 같은 차별이 관행처럼 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 여성공무원은 우수한 인적자본을 가지고 있으나 채용, 보직관리, 교육훈련, 승진 등에서 남성에 비하여 능력발전과 승진의 기회가 적으며 또한 소수, 하위계급, 비핵심 부처라는 여성공무원의 구조적인 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 이러한 저해요인들을 제거하고 여성공무원 인사정책의 평등실현을 위해 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 채용과 보직단계에서 일정비율 할당제를 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 교육훈련문제로서 균등기회 보장한 경제적인 지침을 도입하고 양성평등 의식 위한 공무원교육 필요하다. 셋째, 승진단계에서 승진할당제 도입하고 인사위원회 여성참여 확대가 관련한 효율적인 지침을 확립해야 한다. 마지막으로는 여성공무원 위해 출산 및 보육 지원한 방안까지 도출한 것이다.

청각장애의 가창중심 음악활동이 말명료도 향상에 미치는 연구

본 연구의 목적은 청각장애 아동대상으로 가창중심 음악활동이 말명료도 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 D시에 소재하고 있는 D아동발달센터의 초등학교 4학년(만10세), 5학년(만11세), 6학년(만12세)학생을 대상으로 하여 사례연구로 진행되었다. 가창중심 음악활동 프로그램으로 매 회기 40분씩 각 12회기 활동을 진행하였다. 연구 대상 아동들에게 가창중심 음악활동 프로그램을 제공하여 노래 부르기의 발음, 문장 읽기 유창성의 사전 ·사후를 기관에 소속된 언어치료사가 측정하였다. 연구자는 매 회기마다 Praat를 활용하여 음정의 변화를 측정하였다. 또한, 대상자들의 언어적 변화를 매 회기마다 추가 서술 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 대상자들의 발음 향상에 대한 비교 분석 결과 대상 아동들 모두 사후 검사 점수가 향상되었다. 둘째, 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 대상자들에게 문장 읽기 기술 향상에 대한 비교 분석 결과 대상 아동들 모두 사후 검사 점수가 향상되었다. 셋째, 가창중심 음악활동의 매 회기마다 도입단계에서 음정변화의 대한 비교 분석 결과 첫 회기의 사전의 검사보다 마지막 회기의 사후 검사에서 음정의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 가창중심 음악활동의 가창기법을 활용하여 청각장애 아동의 말명료도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
