      • Shotgun 염기서열 분석법을 이용한 0.1X coverage의 돼지 게놈서열 분석

        The RISA384 sequencer is known to be more sensitive for the quality of template DNA, method of purification followed by sequencing reaction, and gel concentration. Therefore, we investigated optimal conditions for template preparation, purification, sequencing reaction, gel concentration, and injection medium. For plasmid preparation, using chloroform instead of phenol improved the average read length from 532 bp to 684 bp. The addition of 2.5% DMSO and a longer extension time (from 1.5 min to 4 min) resulted in 200 bp longer sequences. Purification using 50 mM EDTA and 0.6 M Sodium Acetate (pH 8.0) presented 20 bp longer sequences than that using 50 mM EDTA (pH 8.0) and 0.6 M Sodium Acetate (pH 5.2). Moreover, there were 150 bp more readable sequences in 3.6% PAGE gel than in 4%. Consequently, it was concluded that an average of 700 bp per reaction with 85% accuracy can be obtained by the following optimal conditions: template preparation using chloroform, 2.5% DMSO, 4 min extension, and 3.6% gel concentration. The Swine Genome Sequencing Consortium (SGSC) was formed in September 2003 by academic, government and industry representatives to provide international coordination for sequencing the pig genome. The SGSC's mission is to advance biomedical research for animal production and health by the development of DNA-based tools and products resulting from the sequencing of the swine genome. As a member of international consortium for the whole genome sequencing of pig, Korean Swine Genome Sequencing Consortium (KSGSC) has sequenced bidirectionally shotgun clones (average 3 to 8 kb), which had been prepared in The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, using the RISA384, ABI 3730 DNA sequencer. A total of 492,025 high quality reads among 501,561 reads were used to analyze the assembly (error probability 0.05). Total length of reads were 336 Mb which is equivalent to 0.1 X coverage of pig genome and an average read length was 684 bp. The repetitive sequences of all reads were masked using RepeatMasking. Total repeat masked bases were 37.61% (SINEs 12.5%, LINEs 16.37%, LTRs 2.82%) and GC content was 41.27% which is similar to 41% in human genome. A total of 24,128 contigs and 432,566 singlets were obtained through clustering and assembling the non-repetitive fraction of the sequences using TGICL and CAP3. Consequently, the shotgun sequencing of KSGSC has been normally performed and the quality of sequencing was very high and informative to integrate to reads of 4 X shotgun sequencing of minimal tiling path BAC clones.

        This paper explored translation equivalence concepts in bottom-up process according to the structure of the Baker's internationally renowned translation textbook 'In Other Words'. In chapter 2, various translation theories regarding translation equivalence concepts including Nida and Taber's dynamic equivalence and Catford's concept of text-based translation equivalence have been reviewed though briefly. In chapter 3, Baker's bottom-up approach to examine translation equivalence concepts has been adopted to follow up the related theories of both Korean and English academia and to find matching examples to each level of equivalence in English-Korean translation. Specifically, in the word level equivalence part, the comparison of the Korean word concept with that of English and the theories related to lexical meaning have been the main themes as well as the practical English-Korean translation examples for the word level equivalence. In the part of equivalence above word level, the main issues include the concepts and translation examples of collocation, fixed expression, and idioms in both languages. In the part of grammatical equivalence, Young Sung Lee's paper on 'Contrastive Analysis of English and Korean for Interpretation and Translation' along with Baker's explanation about the grammatical equivalence have been examined to determine grammatical differences between Korean and English. In the part of textual equivalence, various theories to analyse a thematic structure and information flow of text have been touched to enhance understanding of the source language in English-Korean translation. Also, in this part, how the cohesion in a text realized has been analysed through studying various related concepts such as reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction and lexical cohesion. In the last part of the chapter 3 the pragmatic equivalence-related theories and examples have been studied to understand what is coherence. Also, translation strategies at the pragmatic equivalence level have been discussed.

      • 사이버 금융기업의 대고객 서비스 차별화에 관한 연구 : 온·오프라인 금융서비스를 중심으로

        금융산업은 정보통신기술의 비약적인 성장으로 자동화와 네트워킹화가 급진전하는 환경변화와 함께 성장하였으며 관련기업은 경쟁적으로 다양한 서비스 개발과 차별를 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버 금융기업의 서비스에 대한 차별적 요소를 도출하고, 사이버 금융서비스를 이용하는 고객들의 특성과 요구정도에 따라 보다 효율적인 서비스 방안이 무엇인지 탐색하며, 고객확보 및 유지를 위해 사이버 금융 기업에서 지향해야할 바를 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 결과로 이용고객의 인구학적변인에 따라 사이버 금융이용율이 결정되며, 사이버 금융서비스의 이용율이 증감함에 따라 거래액수와 타인추천율이 증가하거나 특징적인 차이를 보임을 제시하였고, 만족도에 따라 변화 정도가 결정된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 예상과는 달리 재이용 의지는 사이버금융서비스의 이용율보다는 만족도에 의해 결정된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 실태조사에 대한 시사점으로 사이버금융서비스에서 가장 취약한 점은 안전성과 신뢰성의 결여로 확인되었다. 그러나, 신속성과 편리성 그리고 사용범위의 측면에서 얻어지는 사이버금융거래의 장점은 지속적으로 고객들의 거래형태를 변화시킬 것으로 전망된다. 결론적으로 고객들의 만족에 좀더 다가서기 위한 사이버 금융시스템은 전략적으로 고객의 정보관리와 구축, 효율적 정보공유, 그리고 단계별로 정보를 연계해 나가는 것이다. 또한 궁극적인 전자금융서비스는 개개인의 이용고객특성에 맞는 맞춤금융서비스로 거듭나는 것임을 인식하고 고객특성별로 대출업무, 온라인거래, 신용평가, 정보관리와 분석 등의 서비스를 차별적으로 제공해 나가야 할 것이다. The financing industry has been grown up with the environmental change of automation and networking are sharply developed with jumping-up growth of the information & communication technology and the enterprises related thereto make endeavors for various service development and discrimination in competitive manner. The purpose of this study is to grope for that the cyber financing enterprise has to head for securing & maintain customers by detecting what will be the more efficient service plan subject to customers' feature and requirement who utilize cyber financing service by inducing discriminative element of the cyber financing enterprise services. As a this result the cyber financing using ratio will be decided subject to the population science variables of using customers and presented that the transacting amount & others' recommended rate are increasing or shows characteristic difference as the using rate of cyber financing service is increased or decreased, and could be aware that the changing extent was decided by the satisfactory degree. Not like as expected I could be aware that the intent for reuse was decided by satisfactory degree than the using rate of cyber financing service. And, as a hint to the status survey the most vulnerable point in the cyber financing service was confirmed as lack of safety and credibility. However, the advantage in cyber financing transaction as obtained from aspect of promptness, convenience and using scope was prospected as will persistently change customers' transacting forms. As a conclusion the cyber financing system to approach nearer to satisfaction of customers must do strategically information custody & formation of customers, efficient joint possession of information and link up the information by phase. And, to recognize that the affirmative electronic financing service is to reborn as ordered financing service apt to individual using customer's feature and have to discriminatively provide such services as loan service by feature of customers, on-line transaction, credibility assessment, informational management & analysis.

      • 민들레 꽃씨의 이미지를 응용한 조명기기 디자인에 대한 연구

        현대인의 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 조명기기는 실내 공간에 빛을 제공하는 일차적인 기능뿐만 아니라 안락하고 쾌적한 실내 환경을 조성하기 위한 인테리어의 중요한 수단으로 자리매김하였다. 이와 같은 조명기기의 역할과 기능의 다양화로 실내 환경의 아름다움을 연출할 수 있는 새로운 디자인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 바람에 흩날려 이동하는 민들레 꽃씨의 동적 이미지를 조명에 접목시킴으로써 자연친화적이고 신비스러운 분위기 연출을 하고 실내 환경에 충분히 기능적으로 활용될 수 있는 조명기기를 연구하고자 한다. 연구 방법으로는 첫째, 민들레꽃의 생태를 직접 관찰하고 문헌 및 사진 자료를 통해 민들레 꽃씨의 이미지를 연구하였다. 둘째, 조명기기를 제작하는데 있어 민들레 꽃씨의 조형적 특징을 재해석 해보았다. 셋째, 기존 조명의 특성과 종류를 분류하여 조사하였다. 넷째, 최종적으로 빛의 농도, 색 배합 등 에 따른 빛의 장면연출을 고려하여 민들레 꽃씨의 이미지와 부합되는 조명을 디자인하였다. 조명등을 제작하는데 있어 재료는 알루미늄과 아크릴을 중심으로 하였고 광원으로는 엘이디(LED: light emitting diode)를 이용해 표현하였다. 민들레 꽃씨의 형태인 원형의 형태를 강조하고 그 안에서 광원을 설치하여 민들레 꽃씨의 바람에 흩날리는 모습을 표현하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 제작된 조명기기는 자연 친화적인 디자인으로서, 기계문명으로 삭막해진 인간 세계에 희망의 메시지를 불어 넣어주는 의미를 주고자 하였으며 미적 아름다움과 빛의 신비로움으로 기능적, 시각적인 효과를 주어 주어진 공간에 쾌적하면서 운치를 부여할 수 있는 분위기의 조명기기를 제작하는데 목적을 두었다. As the standard of living in a modern society improves, the illumination primarily functions as a light source indoors and establishes as a significant tool to promote the comfort circumstances. Likewise, as the illumination has diversified in the roles and functions, it is necessary to research the new ways of the design to present the beauty of indoor circumstances. In this thesis, I research the illumination to present the nature-friendly and mysterious atmosphere and also function as a light source indoors. As ways of a research, first of all, I observe the mode of life of the dandelion and study the image of its seed through the literatures and photos. Second, I interpret figurative characteristics of dandelion's seeds to produce the illumination. Third, I research characteristics and types of the existing illuminations. Finally, I design the illumination with images of a dandelion seed, considering the depth and the color scheme of a light. Aluminum and acryl for materials and LED for sources of light were primarily used. The form of a dandelion's seed is expressed as a circle, and in that circle, the source of light is placed to strengthen the figure of a dandelion's seed. Through the intimate approach of nature in designs, I purpose to bring a hopeful message to a desolated society where modern convenience and machineries are prevailing over the greatness of nature. Moreover, by shedding indirect lights on dandelion seeds, I intend to harmonize the beauty of nature with mysteries of light and then foster a delightful and refined atmosphere.

      • 慶南地域 製造業體 産業場 騷音環境의 調査硏究

        For 12 industrial areas of four types of industry that may occur intensive noise during the production process in manufacturing field, on actual investigation for noise occurrence and preventive plan is established and questionnair to noise exposure workers is set out and replied, and the results are as follows ; 1. After installing soundproof room, the value of noise reduction is 13 dB(A) for the press process. 2. After changing nozzle for the air spray process, the value of noise reduction is 7dB(A) for the teflon nozzle and 12dB(A) for the aluminum nozzle 3. For the questionnair of the hearing loss at workshop, most people who joined the questionnair recognized they had a hearing trouble by the noise exposure:264 people had this questionnair and 208 people had this trouble, that is 78.8% 4. For the questionnair of the hearing protectors which aren't worn, 31 people, 30.7% of 264 people answered they had a communication trouble when they were wearing them. 19 people, 18.8% answered that their company didn't give hearing protectors to them. 12 people, 7.9% answered they thought it too much trouble to wear them. 5. For the questionnair of earache for putting on hearing protectors, 62 people, 38.1% of 163 people answered they had an earache. it is necessary to make better hearing protectors 6. For the questionnair of necessity of the environmental improvement for the department which may mate noise, 203 people, 80.6% of 264 people answered improvement is to be needed and it is necessary for them to improve work environment.

      • 악보를 사용한 진동 패턴 저작 도구 : Vibrotactile Score for Designing Vibrotactile Patterns

        Despite the plethora of available vibrotactile applications that have already begun to impact our everyday life, how to design vibrotactile patterns easily and efficiently continues to be a challenge. As an intuitive and effective approach for vibrotactile pattern design, this paper proposes a vibrotactile score. The term comes from a metaphor of a musical score and its design is adapted from two common musical scores (piano score and guitar tablature). Another metaphorical feature analogous to the musical clef, named a vibrotactile clef, is also introduced to decouple the processes of low-level vibrotactile signal design and high-level pattern composition. The conceptual design of the vibrotactile score and clef are fully realized in a graphical authoring tool named the Vibrotactile Score Editor (VibScoreEditor). We demonstrate the expressiveness of the vibrotactile score with several examples. In addition, the usability of the vibrotactile score was evaluated, focusing on its learnability, efficiency, and user preference. Experiment 1 was to compare the vibrotactile score and the current dominant practices of vibrotactile pattern implementation including programming and scripting. The results gained from programming experts validated the substantially superior performance of the vibrotactile score. Experiment 2 was to compare the vibrotactile score with the waveform-based design already implemented in a few recent graphical authoring tools for vibrotactile patterns. Ordinary users without programming backgrounds participated in this experiment, and the results substantiated the excellent performance of the vibrotactile score. 최근 진동 피드백이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있지만, 쉽고 효율적으로 진동 패턴을 디자인하는 방법에 관한 연구는 아직 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문은 음과 진동의 유사성에 착안하여 피아노 악보와 기타 타브 악보의 표현 방법을 사용해 진동을 디자인하는 방법을 제안한다. 진동 악보와 진동 음자리표라는 두 가지 음악적 메타포를 사용해 높은 수준의 진동 패턴과 낮은 수준의 진동 신호를 분리해서 정의하여 높은 편의성과 확장성, 다양성을 보장할 수 있게 하였다. 또한, 진동 악보와 음자리표의 개념을 실제 구현한 진동 패턴 저작 도구를 제작하였으며, 이를 VibScoreEditor라고 하였다. 몇 가지 실질적인 진동 패턴 저작 예를 통해 진동 악보의 표현력을 확인하였다. 진동 악보의 장점을 검증하기 위해, 학습 및 사용 용이성, 직관성, 효율성, 선호도 중심으로 사용자 평가 실험을 수행하였다. 첫번째 실험은 프로그래밍에 능숙한 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 하여 이뤄졌으며, VibScoreEditor를 통해 진동 악보를 편집하는 방식이 프로그래밍이나 스크립팅 같은 기존의 방법보다 훨씬 더 나은 것을 확인하였다. 두번째 실험에서는 일반 사용자들을 대상으로 파형 조작 방식과 악보 편집 방식의 두 가지 진동 저작 방식을 비교하게 하여, 악보 편집 방식이 파형 조작 방식보다 더 우수한 것을 확인하였다.
