많은 거시경제학자들은 통화량 변화는 산출에 영향을 미치며, 따라서 적극적인 통화정책은 경기변동을 안정화시키는데 있어서 잠재적으로 매우 유용한 역할을 할 수 있다고 생각하였다. 그러나 그간의 많은 연구들은 화폐가 실질변수에 미치는 효과들이 대칭적(symmetric)이라는 가정 하에서 이루어져왔다. 통화의 대칭적 효과(symmetric effect)라 함은 통화량의 서로다른 방향의 충격이 그 절대량면에서 동일하다면 다른 변수에 미치는 효과의 절대량 역시 동일함을 의미한다. 반면 최근의 많은 연구들은 그러한 믿음에 의문을 제시하면서 「통화량의 변화에 있어서 수축적 통화량 변동이 팽창적 통화량 변동보다 경제에 더 큰 효과를 미친다」는 비대칭적 효과에 대한 가설을 연구하고 있다. 다시 말해서 통화정책을 통한 통화량 증가율의 증감이 실질 GNP와 같은 실질변수에 장‧단기적으로 영향을 끼치는지의 여부는 경제학에 있어 오랜 논쟁중의 하나라고 할 수 있으며 화폐의 중립성 및 이와 관련된 정책의 유용성 등의 주제와도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 고전학파와 이를 계승한 합리적 기대학파에서는 가격의 신축적인 조정과 합리적 기대를 바탕으로 통화정책의 무력성을 주장해 왔으나 80년대 후반이후에 등장한 뉴케인지언 경제학자들은 가격의 경직성에 대한 미시경제학적 기초를 바탕으로 확장적인 통화정책과 긴축적인 통화정책이 실질변수에 미치는 효과의 크기에 있어서 비대칭성이 발견되며 이러한 비대칭성의 정도는 인플레이션 추세와 (+)의 상관관계를 가지게 된다는 새로운 견해를 제시하였다. 본 논문은 가격의 경직성에 대한 미시 경제학적인 기초를 바탕으로 통화정책의 유효성과 통화정책의 비대칭성을 주장한 뉴케인지언 경제학자들의 주장에 따라 모형을 세우고 그 모형에 의해서 통화정책이 실질 산출물에 미치는 영향에 있어서 비대칭성이 존재하는지를 보았다. 그 결과 가격조정의 비대칭성으로 인한 통화정책 효과의 비대칭성이 존재함을 입증하였다. 또한 이러한 모형의 결과가 실증적으로 지지 받을 수 있는 지에 대한 검정을 위해 한국의 분기별자료를 기초로 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석을 통해 우리나라의 경우 확대통화정책과 긴축 통화정책 사이에 고정적인 비대칭성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며 인플레이션 추세를 고려해서 비대칭성의 정도가 달라질 수 있는 것을 허용한 마코프-스위칭 모형에서는 확률적인 비대칭성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석의 결과는 고인플레이션 체제하에서보다는 저인플레이션 체제하에서 경제효과가 더 효과적으로 발휘된다는 것과 정책담당자들에 의해 행해지는 통화정책의 효과는 그 방향과 평균인플레이션 정도에 따라서 상이한 효과를 가져오게 됨을 의미한다. 따라서 물가를 안정시킴으로써 저인플레이션 체제로 이행하는 것이 통화정책효과의 유용성을 강화시킬 수 있는 하나의 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다.

수동운전방식에서의 PSD 출입문 신호반응시간 개선방안 연구

승객의 편의와 안전을 위하여, 전동차와 PSD 출입문은 가능한 동시에 개폐되어야 한다. 전동차 제어 시스템과 PSD간의 인터페이스를 제공하는 자동열차운전(ATO) 구간에서는, ATO 신호 시스템이 전동차와 PSD 출입문의 개폐명령 신호를 유기적으로 생성하기 때문에, PSD 출입문은 전동차 출입문과 거의 동시에 열리고 닫힐 수 있다. 그러나 수동운전(ATS/ATC) 구간에서는, 전동차 출입문의 개폐를 검출하고, PSD 출입문의 개폐명령을 생성하여 PSD 제어시스템으로 전달한다. 이러한 PSD 개폐명령 프로세스 때문에, 전동차 출입문 개폐 동작에 응답하는 PSD 출입문 개폐 동작의 지연시간이 발생한다. 이러한 응답지연시간은 1초가 넘을 때가 있는데, 이는 PSD 운영에 있어서 적절하지 않다. 따라서 응답지연시간(response delay time)을 줄이는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서, 승객의 편의와 안전을 위하여 PSD 출입문의 응답지연시간을 감소하는 방안 즉, PSD 출입문의 신호반응시간을 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 수동열차운행 구간에서의 전동차와 PSD의 출입문 연동 방식인 무선(RF) 연동과 출입문 검지센서 연동의 기존 방식을 분석하였고, 그 분석 결과를 토대로 PSD 출입문의 신호반응시간 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 출입문 검지센서 연동에서는 검지센서의 설치 방식을 개선하고, 기준점 판독 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 PSD 출입문 신호반응시간을 개선하였다. 또한 무선(RF) 연동에서는 명령라인을 실선으로 교체함으로써 명령전달 시간을 단축하고, PSD 출입문 반응시간만큼 전동차 출입문의 개폐동작에 지연 시간을 설정함으로써 전동차와 PSD 출입문이 오차범위 내에서 동시에 개폐되도록 하였다. Platform Screen door(PSD) has been installed and operated at the stations of seoul subway line 1~4 in train manual operation mode(ATS/ATC) by SeoulMetro since 2005. SeoulMetro uses the wireless (RF) communication system and the train door monitoring system for the link between the train doors and PSD doors opening/closing motion in manual train operation mode. For the convenience and safety of passengers, the train doors and the PSD doors opening/closing shall be synchronized as much as possible. In ATO(Automatic Train Operation) mode which provides the interface between train control system and PSD system, ATO signaling system makes the train doors and PSD doors open/close command signals systematically, so PSD doors can be opened/closed almost simultaneously with the train doors. But, in the manual train control(ATS/ATC) mode, PSD system needs to detect the train doors open/close operation and make PSD open/close command signals to actuate PSD doors. These PSD open/close commanding process cause time delay of PSD doors opening/closing motion in response to the train doors opening/closing motion. Sometimes the response time can be over 1 second, which is not proper to operate PSD, and need to be reduced. This paper presents the reduction method of the PSD response time to improve the convenience and safety of passengers. In the train door monitoring link system, to improve the sensing performance, the improved sensor arrangement, which enlarges the sensing width and reduces the optical sensor axis pitch, is applied. To reduce the detection time of the train door open/close motion, the improved algorithm, which detects by analyzing the pattern of the sensor signals, is applied. In the wireless(RF) link system, to reduce PSD response time, the PSD open/close command transition communication (serial communication) is replaced with the hard wire communication. For simultaneous open/close of train and PSD doors, the improved method makes purposely the commanding time delay of the train door as same as the PSD response time so that PSD doors can be opened/closed almost simultaneously with the train doors.

e-CRM 기법을 사용한 Customer Attitude 연구

최근 기업의 사업규모가 확대되고 제품과 서비스의 복잡성이 증가하여 기존 CRM 시스템의 한계가 드러나기 시작하였다. 즉 고객의 수요에 대한 비탄력성, 비대면 판매와 비대면 제공서비스 채널의 다양화, 제공되는 대 고객서비스 질의의 불일치성 및 불균형성, 전문 고객 접점요원의 인건비 증가, 그리고 시간과 장소의 제약 등으로 전통적인 CRM 시스템의 운영이 어려워지고 있다. 또한 B2C, B2B전자상거래의 급성장과 더불어 해당 기업들은 고객 서비스 향상에 관심을 기울이기 시작하였으며, CRM 소프트웨어의 중요성도 증대됨과 동시에 기존 CRM 소프트웨어에 웹 기능을 추가한 인터넷 채널 중심의 ‘Web-based CRM’ 혹은 ‘e-CRM’으로 발전하고 있다. e-CRM은 전통적인 CRM 개념을 인터넷 및 전자상거래 시스템이라는 새로운 환경에서 실행하는 것으로 “고객에 대한 Knowledge를 기반으로 한 e-Sales, e-Service, e-Marketing, 그리고 e-Business 등과 같은 Internet Channel 중심의 고객관계관리 시스템”이라고 정의할 수 있다. 즉 e-CRM은 웹사이트를 방문하는 고객들의 로그파일을 분석해서 고객의 성향에 맞는 제품이나 컨텐츠를 실시간으로 추천해주는 일종의 One-to-One 마케팅 솔루션이다. 또한 전통적인 CRM 솔루션들은 SFA(Sales Force Automation : 영업자동화) 자체에 중점을 둔 반면 e-CRM에서는 실시간 Chat과 웹을 이용하여 e-Mail을 통한 고객관리와 인터넷마케팅을 지원하는 신기술의 등장으로 차별화 및 개인별 맞춤 고객서비스를 제공하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 즉 인터넷을 통한 고객 요구사항에 신속히 대응(쌍방향 커뮤니케이션)하고, 고객행동(쇼핑패턴, 구매패턴 등)에 대한 예측성을 높임으로서 고객만족도와 시장점유율을 증대를 통해 기업의 수익성을 증가시키는 것이 e-CRM의 목표이다. 따라서, e-CRM 기법을 사용하여 소비자들이 향후 인터넷으로 물건을 구매함에 있어서 기능별로 마케팅, 판매, 서비스 분류 후 연구모형을 도출하였고 향후 웹사이트 상에서 소비자들이 물건구매 시 유의적 영향을 주는 변수를 실증 분석하였다. With companies expansion in their business size, and with the increase in the complexity of products and services, there are signs of limitations seen with current CRM systems. Thus, there are difficulties experienced in the operation of traditional CRM systems due to : unelasticity in customer demand, variety of channels for indirect sales and service provisions, imbalance and inconsistency of customer service inquiries provided, increase in the labor cost for professional point-of-contact personnel for customers and with limitations in the time and space. Also, with the rapid growth in the B2C, B2B electronic transactions, businesses are now beginning to become interested in the improvements for their customer service. In addition, as CRM softwares importances are coming under light, current CRM software are added with Internet channel based web functionalities, and further developing towards becoming a Web-based CRM or e-CRM. e-CRM may be defined as a traditional CRM concept, operating in a new environment with Internet and electronic transactions, where the customer relationship management system is equipped with Internet Channels such as in e-Sales, e-Service, e-Marketing and e-Business that are based with the knowledge about customers. Thus, for visitors to the website, e-CRM analyzes the log-files and is able to continually suggest particular products or contents that would be appropriate for the customer otherwise known as One-to-One marketing solution. Also, while traditional CRM solutions are focused on the SFA (Sales Force Automation), e-CRM with the help with chatting and the web, focus on providing customized and differentiated services, with the introduction of innovative technologies that supports Internet marketing and e-Mails. Thus the goal of e-CRM is; by actively interacting and responding to customers needs on the Internet, increase predictability regarding customer characteristics and their purchasing patterns, and as a result increase the overall business profitability with customer satisfaction and market share. Hence, using techniques of e-CRM, research model was developed after the grouping of functionalities such as marketing, sales and services in accordance with the future customer purchasing patterns on the Internet, then influential factors that affect customers purchasing patterns on the Internet were analyzed.

지방자치시대의 지역사회복지관 운영실태와 개선방안에 관한 연구
In the age of local self-government, as the local social welfare centers that are the one of the best facilities of the local social welfare are prospected that the extension of the target class and the environmental changes(the increase and variety of the local resident's welfare need, the change of the local society, the enforcement of the local self governmental system and so on), and as the concern estimating the local welfare facilities is also the actual circumstance raised greatly, it is necessary to cope with them. or, the social welfare facilities must forecast the changes of the social circumstances and the local welfare need, and must meet them in order to unfold the work meeting the local characteristic actually, the essential faculty and role of the social welfare centers must be built again, and the new working plan must be groped, we have a problem that the desirable policy aspiring to the work of the social welfare centers may be able to carry out the faculty and the role smoothly. This study will try to find a solution to a problem of the desirable policy establishment and the development proposal needed for the sustaining development of the social welfare centers, in the age of localization, as confirming the meaning and the relationship of the local self government, the local welfare and the local social welfare centers and observing the present condition of the foreign social welfare centers and bringing out the present condition and the problems of the Korean local social welfare centers as one of the service organs for public. The local social welfare centers which are alike in other systems is also a complex system composed of the subordinate system performing the faculty maintaining and controlling the systematic body and performing the faculty of conveying the service for the local residents, so by these mutual interactions, one has an effect on the other, we can see that this interdependence between systems has a characteristic which the process of circulation cast into again through the process of a return current is repeated. The system which maintains and controls the local social welfare facilities can classify into the resources management the system management and environment management etc, but generally speaking, the management of personnel, system, finance, environmental relationship, and facilities including the physical environment and so forth can be classified into the subordinate system with the faculty of maintaining system, or the system of conveying service of the social welfare centers can be estimated in the subordinate systems which are households, children, juveniles, the ages, the disabled, the local welfare, the fields of care welfare and the unit work. Based on the above-mentioned, so as to loyally fulfill the mission that the social welfare center is entrusted with from society, above all, the social welfare center must collect the information of the local society to cope with the changing circumstances as well as the management of personnel, material, financial resources and system of the system itself, and must maintain and control the organic cooperation of management to smoothly perform the service conveying faculty of better quality advanced. Finally, to be able to contribute to the welfare improvement of true residents and the local self government in the 21century, to take a role as the complex welfare center completely, the social welfare facilities will have to be given the continuous concern and the political consideration of the state and local government, or the social welfare facilities must be expected to be groped the positive self-reliance efforts that it will be reborn in the better standard of reformation.
