      • "기업의 ESG 활동과 재무성과 변동성 간의 관련성 연구 : 중국기업을 대상으로

        In recent years, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the concept of sustainable development and green development, and the performance of enterprises in environmental, social and corporate governance(ESG) has attracted wide attention from all walks of life in China. Based on the data of 28,277 A-share superior companies from 2010 to 2021, this paper empirically examines the impact of corporate ESG activities on corporate financial results. The impact of ESG activities on the variability of corporate financial results is studied The results show that the better the performance of ESG is, the higher the financial performance(ROA) is, the better the performance of ESG activities is, and the less the corporate variability is, that is, the higher the stability of corporate financial results is. The improvement effect of enterprise ESG performance on enterprise financial results(ROA) is more obvious. This paper provides empirical evidence for the positive economic consequences of ESG activities, and has certain implications for corporate managers and investors to pay attention to ESG performance and improve ESG policies.

      • 변혁적 리더십과 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 감정노동의 매개역할

        This study analyzed the mediating role of emotional labor in the effect of transformational leadership and organizational fairness on emotional labor and job satisfaction, and the effect of transformational leadership and organizational fairness on job satisfaction. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that employees charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation of transformational leadership had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that employees' distribution fairness and procedural fairness of organizational fairness had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, transformative leadership was verified to have a positive (+) effect on emotional labor, and specifically, detailed hypotheses such as charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation all had a significant positive (+) effect on emotional labor. Fourth, organizational fairness was verified to have a positive (+) effect on emotional labor, and specifically, it was found that all detailed hypotheses, distribution fairness and procedural fairness, had a significant positive (+) effect on emotional labor. Fifth, it was verified that emotional labor had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Specifically, it was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the detailed hypothesis, inner behavioral emotional labor. Sixth, emotional labor was found to partially mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Specifically, it was verified that transformational leadership can partially mediate the relationship between detailed hypotheses such as charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and job satisfaction. Finally, emotional labor was found to partially mediate the relationship between organizational fairness and job satisfaction. Specifically, it was verified that transformational leadership can partially mediate the relationship between distribution fairness, process fairness, and job satisfaction, which are detailed hypotheses. 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십과 조직공정성이 감정노동과 직무만족에 미치는 영향, 변혁적 리더십과 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 감정노동의 매개역할을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 중국 기업에 근무하는 204명의 종업원을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사 방식으로 연구자료를 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 Spss 24.0 프로그램을 사용한다. 연구를 진행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종업원들이 변혁적 리더십의 카리스마, 개인적인 배려, 지적 자극, 영감적 동기부여는 직무만족에 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 종업원들이 조직공정성의 분배공정성 및 절차공정성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십은 감정노동에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 구체적으로 세부 가설인 카리스마, 개인적인 배려, 지적 자극, 영감적 동기부여는 모두 감정노동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직공정성은 감정노동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 구체적으로 세부 가설인 분배공정성, 절차공정성이 모두 감정노동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 감정노동은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 구체적으로 세부 가설인 감정노동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 감정노동은 부분적으로 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족 사이에서 관계를 매개하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 구체적으로 변혁적 리더십은 세부 가설인 카리스마, 개인적인 배려, 지적 자극, 영감적 동기부여와 직무만족의 관계를 모두 부분 매개할 수 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로, 감정노동은 조직공정성과 직무만족 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 구체적으로 조직공정성은 세부 가설인 분배공정성, 절차 공정성과 직무만족의 관계를 모두 매개할 수 있는 것으로 검증되었다.

      • 중국전자상거래의마케팅전략-IKEA사례연구

        This paper mainly analyzes marketing strategies of Chinese e-commerce through theoretical combinations to establish marketing strategies for e-commerce and provide advice to ensure implementation. IKEA, a well-known household company with offline experience marketing, has launched e-commerce business in 13 markets around the world. However, in the face of China's e-commerce market, IKEA is particularly careful. IKEA is under great pressure when the traditional management mode, which is dominated by offline stores, is constantly challenged by the online e-commerce. If IKEA China can combine e-marketing with offline experiential marketing, it is believed that it will not only expand its ready market, but also maintain a higher growth rate of sales. First, we refine and oversee theoretical literature related to current e-commerce and e-commerce marketing fields in basic theory research. It is the theoretical support of the following arguments, including definition and analysis of e-commerce concepts, e-commerce models and marketing channel theory, marketing theory, relationship marketing theory, integrated marketing theory and soft marketing theory. Second, with the guidance of 4Ps theory, this paper generates e-marketing mix of IKEA China from four aspects: product, price, channel and promotion. IKEA China is supposed to uphold its own brand advantages, continue to provide high-quality and low-cost goods, focus on the development of localized products and IoT products. In terms of channels, IKEA China should improve the construction of online shopping malls, cooperate with third-party integrated e-commerce platforms, Implement the O2O Strategy and pay attention to mobile application development and logistics strategy optimization. And, via improving the promotion of social media and online membership system, implementing intelligent recommendation, doing event marketing and promotion, applying AR/VR Technology to Improve Online Shopping Experience and focusing on advertising cooperation can serve IKEA China's e-marketing tactics. Through the interaction of branding and consumer behavior, Ikea's e-commerce in China has become more stable. Finally, this paper also puts forward four guaranteed measures from the aspects of enterprise culture construction, organization and manpower support, technological input and financial and material resources supplement.
